Description

Ultrasonic diagnosis examination charging method and system
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of ultrasonic diagnosis charging, and particularly relates to a charging method and system for ultrasonic diagnosis examination.
Background
The ultrasonic diagnosis technology is a non-invasive, non-destructive, repeatable and widely applicable examination means, and has become a medical examination means commonly used in various hospitals due to wide application range. In recent years, the national popularizes a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system, and the first diagnosis of a patient is taken by a basic medical institution, so that the basic medical institution generates urgent needs for high-end medical instruments such as ultrasonic diagnostic equipment. However, since high-end medical instruments are expensive, general infrastructure medical institutions are not able to afford a one-time purchase of equipment. This leads to the basic medical institution still being behind in the basic equipment, and thus can not get the trust of the patient, and the implementation of the previous grading diagnosis and treatment system will be difficult.
It would therefore be advantageous to the primary medical community to be able to use these medical devices first, for no payment or at a lower price. However, this presents a risk to the vendor of the device, and thus the confidence that the vendor will deliver the medical device to the medical facility first for free or at a lower price is greatly increased if the vendor can effectively manage and monitor the costs that the medical facility charges to use the medical device to examine patients.

s1, the ultrasonic diagnosis equipment sends first request information to the global server to request a corresponding URL payment website;
s2, the global server generates a corresponding URL payment website according to the first request information and sends the URL payment website to the ultrasonic diagnosis equipment;
s3, the ultrasonic diagnosis equipment encodes the URL payment website to convert the URL payment website into a two-dimensional code, and the two-dimensional code is displayed on a patient registration interface;
s4, switching to a patient registration interface, freezing the ultrasonic diagnosis equipment, and forbidding interface switching;
s5, the user scans the two-dimensional code through the intelligent terminal to open the URL payment website for payment;
s6, the global server judges whether the user pays successfully, if so, the global server marks the ultrasonic diagnosis equipment as a paid state, and executes the step S7, if not, the step S5 is returned to;
s7, thawing the ultrasonic diagnosis equipment and performing corresponding operation to check the patient;
and S8, after the examination is finished, the global server marks the ultrasonic diagnostic equipment as an unpaid state again and returns to the step S4.
It can be seen that the ultrasonic diagnosis device needs to be charged before the patient is checked, the charging link is generated through the global server, the user scans the two-dimensional code converted according to the charging link code to pay, the global server judges whether the user charges successfully, only after the charging is judged to be successful, the global server marks the ultrasonic diagnosis device as the charged state, the ultrasonic diagnosis device can be unlocked and corresponding checking operation is carried out, after the checking is finished, the global server marks the ultrasonic diagnosis device as the uncharged state again, and the ultrasonic diagnosis device is frozen. Therefore, management monitoring for charging every examination of the ultrasonic diagnosis equipment can be realized through the global server. Greatly increasing the confidence that the medical equipment is first delivered to the medical institution by the seller. And the payment link of purchasing the medical equipment is pushed back to the time of checking by the user, the capital pressure of the basic medical institution during purchasing the equipment is shared, the equipment is updated, the patient can also generate confidence, and the basic medical institution gradually enters a virtuous circle.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
the global server provides a uniform IP address for the outside, and the ultrasonic diagnosis equipment has unique identity information;
the ultrasonic diagnosis equipment sends first request information, second request information and an end signal to a global server according to the IP address, wherein the first request information, the second request information and the end signal all contain unique identity information;
and the global server sends the corresponding URL payment website and the payment state to the corresponding ultrasonic diagnostic equipment according to the unique identity information.
In the method, the ultrasonic diagnosis equipment has unique identity information, and the first request information, the second request information and the end signal sent by the ultrasonic diagnosis equipment all contain the unique identity information; and the global server sends the corresponding URL payment website and the payment state to the corresponding ultrasonic diagnostic equipment according to the unique identity information. Therefore, the global server can realize the management and monitoring of charging for each check of a plurality of ultrasonic diagnostic equipment at the same time.
Further, the air conditioner is provided with a fan,
the steps between S4 and S7 further include the steps of: the ultrasound diagnostic apparatus transmits second request information to the global server every 2 seconds to request a paid state, and if the paid state is the paid state, proceeds to step S7 and stops transmission of the second request information, and if the unpaid state is the unpaid state, continues transmission of the second request information.
Step S8 specifically includes: after the examination is finished, the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus sends an end signal to the global server, and the global server re-marks the diagnostic apparatus in an unpaid state and returns to step S4.
Here, it should be noted that the triggering condition for sending the end signal may be: the doctor clicks the end-of-examination button, and may also be that no operation is performed on the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus within a preset time threshold, or the like.
Further, the air conditioner is provided with a fan,
in step S5, the method specifically includes the following steps:
s5.1, scanning the two-dimensional code by a user through an intelligent terminal;
s5.2, the global server judges whether the user registers identity information, if not, the step S5.3 is carried out, and if so, the step S5.4 is carried out;
s5.3, the intelligent terminal is switched into a registration interface to perform identity registration, and after the registration is finished, the global server records registration information;
and S5.4, the intelligent terminal is transferred to a payment interface to pay.
And if the follow-up global server judges that the user pays successfully, the global server also sends the registration information of the user to the ultrasonic diagnosis equipment.
Thus, by this particular step, when the user manages the monitored ultrasound diagnostic apparatus for the first time using the global server, the identity registration can be performed, and the global server will record the registration information. Therefore, all patient information can be managed in a unified mode through the global server, and after the ultrasonic diagnosis equipment of a patient is replaced, the patient does not need to register information again as long as the replaced ultrasonic diagnosis equipment is in the management of the global server, and the method is very convenient.
