Abstract
The application discloses a test paper management method and a test paper management device, wherein the method comprises the steps of logging in a background management page by using a management account, and displaying a test paper preview control on the background management page; displaying a test paper management page after the test paper preview control is triggered, wherein a test paper creation control is displayed on the test paper management page; when the test paper creating control is triggered, displaying a created test paper page; acquiring a test paper title, a test paper category and a belonging department input according to the test paper creating page, and creating a test paper according to the test paper title, the test paper category and the belonging department; editing test questions in the created test paper; and after the test paper is edited, setting the attribute of the test paper to be issued, and prohibiting the issued test paper from being edited. The method and the device select the test questions from the question bank and add the test papers by using the existing question bank on the learning platform, so that the editing efficiency of the test papers is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of computers, and relates to a test paper management method and device.
Background
For more production type enterprises, there is a need for clients to learn about the relevant data of the equipment provided by the enterprises. Especially in enterprises producing automation equipment, the use methods of the equipment, the principles of components in the equipment, and the like are all required to be learned by customers to better apply or debug the equipment.
To meet the needs of learning by the customer, the enterprise may provide a platform for the customer and internal employees to learn, on which the enterprise may publish some learning resources. The test paper needs to be managed on the learning platform, and currently, when the test paper is edited, test questions need to be edited and added to the test paper together, so that the test paper editing efficiency is low.

editing the test questions in the created test paper, setting the attribute of the test paper to be issued after the test paper is edited, and prohibiting the issued test paper from being edited.
Optionally, the editing the test questions in the created test paper includes:
displaying a test paper editing page, wherein a test question adding control is displayed on the test paper editing page;
when the test question adding control is triggered, displaying all issued test questions in the question bank, and allowing the issued test questions to be edited into test paper;
the test questions selected from the displayed test questions are determined, and a test sheet containing the selected test questions is generated.
Optionally, after all the issued test questions in the question bank are displayed, the method further comprises:
receiving a screening instruction of a specified condition;
and screening and displaying the test questions meeting the specified conditions from the issued test questions.
Optionally, the determining a selected test question from the displayed test questions and generating a test paper containing the selected test question includes:
determining the test questions selected from the displayed test questions, and acquiring sequence numerical values input for the selected test questions;
sequencing the selected test questions according to the sequence numerical value;
and editing the selected test questions into the created test paper in sequence according to the sequence.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
when an instruction for modifying the attributes of the issued test paper is received, displaying an attribute selection control;
acquiring unpublished attributes selected according to the attribute selection control;

Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a test paper management method provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the test paper management method provided in the present application may include the following steps:

The learning platform provides learning resources for the user account, including learning materials such as test questions, test paper, video, audio, documents and the like. And after the management account logs in the learning platform by using the client, displaying a background management page on the client, and displaying a test paper preview control on the background management page.

The sequential numerical values referred to herein may be 1, 2, 3, etc., or may be non-integers as long as the sequential numerical values may be sorted by size. The mode of configuring the sequence numerical values for the test questions is better than the mode of triggering the upward control or the downward control to sort, and the flow of the test question sequence in the test paper editing by the management personnel is simplified.
In a possible implementation manner, the number of the test questions in the question bank is large, so that in order to facilitate screening of the test questions edited into the test paper, preliminary screening can be performed on all the issued test questions displayed in the test paper application through specified conditions, and then the screened test questions are further selected into the test paper. After all the issued test questions in the question bank are displayed, the following steps can be further included:
step 1054, receiving a screening instruction of a specified condition;
the specified conditions can be defined by question types (single selection, multiple selection), classification, difficulty (simple, medium and difficult), question stem query and the like.
Step 1055, selecting and displaying the test questions meeting the specified conditions from the issued test questions.
In the present application, the issued test questions are allowed to be screened and added to the test paper.
After the test paper is edited, the attribute of the test paper is set to be issued, and the issued test paper is prohibited from being edited. And all the selected test questions in the published test paper are modified to be published.
In some cases, after the test paper is released, the administrator considers that further editing is needed, and at this time, the attribute of the released test paper needs to be modified into non-released test paper, and then the non-released test paper needs to be edited. As shown in fig. 5, which is a flowchart of modifying an attribute of a published test paper in a test paper management method provided in another embodiment of the present application, the test paper management method provided in the present application may further include the following steps:

In a practical application scenario, when an enterprise provides learning resources, such as videos, audios, documents and the like, for a student through a learning platform, a manager edits test questions on the learning platform and publishes the edited test questions in a specified range. Because some test questions can be shared to each department or each learning group, more test questions can be issued and checked and edited by all managers or part of managers, and thus the efficiency of the managers for editing test paper can be greatly simplified.
In summary, the test paper management method provided by the application selects the test questions from the question bank and adds the test questions to the test paper by using the existing question bank on the learning platform, so that the editing efficiency of the test paper is improved.

the first display module 620 may be configured to display a test paper management page after the test paper preview control is triggered, where a test paper creation control is displayed on the test paper management page;
the second display module 630 may be configured to display a create test paper page when the test paper creation control is triggered;
the test paper creating module 640 may be configured to obtain a test paper title, a test paper category, and a department to which the test paper belongs, which are input according to the test paper creating page, and create a test paper according to the test paper title, the test paper category, and the department to which the test paper belongs;
the test paper editing module 650 may be configured to edit the test questions in the test paper created by the test paper creating module;
the attribute setting module 660 may be configured to set, after the test paper is edited, the attribute of the test paper to be issued, and the issued test paper is prohibited from being edited.
Further, the test paper creating module 650 may include: the test paper generation device comprises a first display unit, a second display unit and a test paper generation unit.
The first display unit can be used for displaying a test paper editing page, and a test question adding control is displayed on the test paper editing page;
the second display unit can be used for displaying all issued test questions in the question bank after the test question adding control is triggered, and the issued test questions are allowed to be edited into the test paper;
the test paper generating unit may be configured to determine a test question selected from the displayed test questions, and generate a test paper including the selected test question.
In one possible implementation manner, the test paper editing module 650 may further include: a receiving unit and a screening unit.
The receiving unit may be configured to receive a filtering instruction specifying a condition;
the screening unit may be configured to screen and display test questions meeting specified conditions from the issued test questions.
In a possible implementation manner, the test paper generating unit provided by the present application may be further configured to perform the following steps:
determining the test questions selected from the displayed test questions, and acquiring sequence numerical values input for each selected test question;
sequencing the selected test questions according to the sequence numerical values;
and editing the selected test questions into the created test paper in sequence according to the sequence.
In another possible implementation manner, the test paper management apparatus provided by the present application may further include: the device comprises a third display module, an acquisition module and an attribute modification module.
The third display module is used for displaying the attribute selection control when receiving an instruction for modifying the attributes of the issued test paper;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the unreleased attribute selected according to the attribute selection control;
and the attribute modification module is used for modifying the attribute of the test paper into the attribute which is not released, and the undistributed test paper is allowed to be edited.

1. A method for managing test paper, the method comprising:
logging in a background management page by using a management account, wherein a test paper preview control is displayed on the background management page;
displaying a test paper management page after the test paper preview control is triggered, wherein a test paper creation control is displayed on the test paper management page;
when the test paper creating control is triggered, displaying a created test paper page;
acquiring a test paper title, a test paper category and a department to which the test paper title, the test paper category and the department to which the test paper belongs, wherein the test paper title, the test paper category and the department to which the test paper belongs are input according to the test paper creating page;
editing test questions in the created test paper, setting the attribute of the test paper to be issued after the test paper is edited, and prohibiting the issued test paper from being edited;
editing the test questions in the created test paper comprises the following steps:
displaying a test paper editing page, wherein a test question adding control is displayed on the test paper editing page;
when the test question adding control is triggered, displaying all issued test questions in the question bank, and allowing the issued test questions to be edited into test paper;
determining the selected test questions from the displayed test questions, and generating a test paper containing the selected test questions;
the determining of the selected test questions from the displayed test questions and the generating of the test paper containing the selected test questions comprises:
determining the test questions selected from the displayed test questions, and acquiring sequence values input for each selected test question, wherein the sequence values comprise integers and non-integers;
sequencing the selected test questions according to the sequence numerical values;
and editing the selected test questions into the created test paper in sequence according to the sequence.
2. The method for managing test paper according to claim 1, wherein after all the issued test questions in the display question bank, the method further comprises:
receiving a screening instruction of a specified condition;
and screening and displaying the test questions meeting the specified conditions from the issued test questions.
3. The test paper management method according to claim 1, further comprising:
displaying a property selection control when an instruction for modifying the properties of the issued test paper is received;
acquiring unpublished attributes selected according to the attribute selection control;
and modifying the attribute of the test paper into unpublished test paper, wherein the unpublished test paper is allowed to be edited.
4. A test paper management apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the login module is used for logging in a background management page by using a management account, and a test paper preview control is displayed on the background management page;

a receiving unit for receiving a screening instruction specifying a condition;
and the screening unit is used for screening and displaying the test questions meeting the specified conditions from the issued test questions.
6. The test paper management apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
the third display module is used for displaying the attribute selection control when receiving an instruction for modifying the attributes of the issued test paper;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the unreleased attribute selected according to the attribute selection control;
and the attribute modification module is used for modifying the attribute of the test paper into the attribute which is not released, and the undistributed test paper is allowed to be edited.
