manufacturing a temperature calibration plate 3, forming a plurality of weight reduction openings 37 on the temperature calibration plate 3, then erecting a heat insulation base plate 31 on the top of the temperature calibration plate 3, fixing a plurality of heating sheets 32 on the heat insulation base plate 31, wherein the position of each heating sheet 32 corresponds to the position of a temperature probe in a chemical component container cabinet, each heating sheet 32 needs to avoid the position of an electric core in the chemical component container cabinet, connecting a temperature collector 33 to one side of each heating sheet 32, and detecting the temperature of one heating sheet 32 in a one-to-one correspondence manner by using sensors of each temperature collector 33; a temperature control board 34 is arranged on one side of the temperature calibration board 3, an aviation plug is arranged on the outer side of the temperature control board 34 and is used as a temperature board wiring plug-in 35, the temperature board wiring plug-in 35 is used for simultaneously transmitting electricity and data, the temperature control board 34 is connected with the switching power supply 14, the multimeter 11 and the router 12 through the temperature board wiring plug-in 35, the temperature control board 34 is independently connected with each temperature collector 33 and each heating plate 32, the temperature control board 34 is used for independently controlling the heating plates 32 to work and carrying out temperature collection through the temperature collectors 33, and a plurality of kidney-shaped holes 36 are opened on both sides of the temperature calibration plate 3, as shown in fig. 4, the kidney-shaped holes 36 on both sides need to be extended in a straight line, the temperature calibration plate 3 is locked, so that the position of the temperature calibration plate 3 can be conveniently adjusted, and the adjustment of the temperature calibration plate 3 is used for aligning the position of a temperature probe in the chemical component cabinet;
a line sequence calibration plate 4 is also required to be manufactured, a weight reduction groove 45 is formed in the line sequence calibration plate 4 in advance, the weight reduction groove 45 needs to avoid the positions of positive and negative probes in the component volume cabinet, and weight reduction is carried out to the maximum extent on the premise of not influencing the normal assembly of the equipment; then, insulating partition plates 42 are arranged at the butt joint positions of the positive probes and the negative probes in the wire sequence calibration plate 4 and the chemical composition capacitance cabinet, two contact conductive plates 41 are arranged on each insulating partition plate 42, each contact conductive plate 41 is not contacted with each other, short circuit is avoided, a wire sequence control plate 44 is arranged on one side of the wire sequence calibration plate 4, the wire sequence control plate 44 is connected with the switching power supply 14, the multimeter 11 and the router 12 through a wire sequence plate wiring plug-in 43, the wire sequence plate wiring plug-in 43 can transmit electricity and data simultaneously, and meanwhile, the wire sequence control plate 44 is independently connected with each contact conductive plate 41, so that the wire sequence can be conveniently and independently connected or disconnected, and the wire sequence is calibrated;
the precision calibration plate 2, the temperature calibration plate 3 and the line sequence calibration plate 4 are stably placed on the layer frame plate 54 and cannot be fixedly installed, meanwhile, the external shapes of the temperature calibration plate 3 and the line sequence calibration plate 4 are the same as those of the precision calibration plate 2, because the temperature calibration plate 3 and the line sequence calibration plate 4 are all calibration plates for butting positive and negative probes inside the chemical composition container cabinet, and the observation holes 24, the butting pins 25 and the limiting blocks 26 on the four corners on the temperature calibration plate 3 and the line sequence calibration plate 4 are all the same in structural position and are all used for accurately butting with the chemical composition container cabinet;

When the device is used, firstly, the wiring harness connection accuracy of the electric core in the component capacitance cabinet is tested, the line sequence calibration plate 4 is taken out from the calibration cabinet body 5, then the device is placed in the component capacitance cabinet, the butt joint pin 25 of the line sequence calibration plate 4 is checked and ensured to be aligned to the butt joint hole of the lifting frame in the component capacitance cabinet from the observation hole 24, and then the lifting frame in the component capacitance cabinet is lifted, wherein the lifting frame is a device in the component capacitance cabinet and is also matched equipment in each component capacitance cabinet; after the line sequence calibration plate 4 is lifted, the limiting blocks 26 of the line sequence calibration plate 4 are abutted against the top of a material box in the chemical component capacitance cabinet, the line sequence calibration plate 4 is prevented from being damaged by extrusion due to overhigh lifting, then the contact conductive plates 41 on the line sequence calibration plate 4 are contacted with all the positive and negative probes, then each contact conductive plate 41 is controlled to be independently connected through the line sequence control plate 44, and the correctness of the line sequence of the positive and negative electrodes of the battery core in the chemical component capacitance cabinet is checked; the line sequence control board 44 sends data to the calibration computer 6 through the line sequence board wiring plug-in 43 and the router 12 for comparison, and can supply power through the switching power supply 14, and calibrate the channel for individually correcting errors if the data is incorrect, because each channel is calibrated individually, the cells placed in error can be accurately found, the use is very convenient, the anode and cathode probes of each cell do not need to be connected one by one individually, the connecting line does not need to be replaced, and the operation is simple;
then detecting whether the temperature probe of the battery core in the chemical composition capacity cabinet can normally measure the temperature, taking back the line sequence calibration plate 4, putting the line sequence calibration plate back on the layer frame plate 54 in the calibration cabinet body 5, then the temperature calibration plate 3 is put into the component capacity in the same way, and the butt joint pin 25 on the temperature calibration plate 3 is also ensured to be aligned with the butt joint hole on the lifting frame, then the temperature probes in the chemical component cabinet are in one-to-one accurate contact with all the heating sheets 32, then, the heating sheets 32 are heated one by one through the temperature control board 34, whether the temperature probes are accurately detected and the detection positions are accurate is judged by comparing the temperature of the temperature collector 33 with the temperature of the temperature probes, the temperature collector 33 is also used for butting the router 12 and the switch power supply 14 through the temperature board wiring plug-in 35, data are transmitted to the calibration computer 6 for comparison, and the temperature calibration board 3 is taken back and placed on the floor frame board 54 after the comparison is completed;
then current and voltage accuracy is detected, the accuracy calibration plate 2 is taken out and butted on a lifting frame in the formation and partial capacity cabinet, then, each electricity connection plate 22 is ensured to be in butt contact with the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the battery cell, then, the electricity connection plates 22 of the positive electrode and the negative electrode are respectively connected with a circuit on the universal meter 11 and the accuracy control plate 13 through different copper noses 23, meanwhile, the accuracy control plate 13 is connected with the switching power supply 14 and the router 12, and current output control and input receiving are controlled through the accuracy control plate 13, so that the current and voltage accuracy of the battery cell is monitored.
The front side and the rear side of the device are the inner side and the outer side which are arranged in the chemical component cabinet, and are not limited to specific directions, the inner side of the device refers to the side where the handle 56 is arranged but is invisible, the outer side refers to the side where the handle 56 is exposed in fig. 1, and the side where the copper nose 23, the temperature control plate 34 and the line sequence control plate 44 are arranged is the inner side.

the temperature calibration plate (3) is a flat plate which can be in butt joint with a temperature probe in the chemical composition container cabinet, can be stably placed on one layer of frame plate (54) in a separating mode, is provided with a heat insulation cushion plate (31) and a temperature control plate (34), the temperature control plate (34) is connected with a switching power supply (14) and a router (12), the top of the heat insulation cushion plate (31) is uniformly provided with a plurality of heating sheets (32), one side of each heating sheet (32) is provided with a temperature collector (33), probes of each temperature collector (33) are in one-to-one correspondence to be in stable contact with one heating sheet (32), and each heating sheet (32) and each temperature collector (33) are independently and electrically connected with the temperature control plate (34);
