The invention provides an air conditioner, which generally comprises an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, wherein the indoor unit and the outdoor unit are connected through a refrigerant pipe and a cable.
The outdoor unit is generally provided with a casing, and a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, a throttling device, an outdoor fan, an electric control box and other components arranged in the casing, while the indoor unit is generally provided with a casing, an indoor heat exchanger, an indoor fan, a control panel and other components, and the compressor, the outdoor heat exchanger, the throttling device and the indoor heat exchanger are connected through refrigerant pipelines to form a refrigeration loop.
In addition, under the action of the indoor fan, indoor air enters the indoor unit to exchange heat with the indoor heat exchanger and then is output to the outside so as to adjust the indoor temperature.
In the outdoor unit, the following modifications are made to the outdoor unit in order to automatically clean the outdoor heat exchanger after a long time use, and the details will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the outdoor unit of the present invention generally includes: the air conditioner comprises a shell 1, an outdoor heat exchanger 2, an outdoor fan 3, an electromagnetic heating assembly 4 and a water supply assembly 6.
The housing 1 is provided with an intake opening 101 and an outtake opening 102. In a heating or cooling mode of the air conditioner, outside air enters the shell 1 only through the air inlet 101, exchanges heat with the outdoor heat exchanger 2 and is output through the air outlet 102.
The outdoor heat exchanger 2 is disposed in the casing 1, and the outdoor heat exchanger 2 is used for heat exchange with the outside air.
The outdoor fan 3 is disposed in the casing 1 and is configured to drive outside air to enter the casing 1 through the air inlet 101, exchange heat with the outdoor heat exchanger 2, and then discharge the heat to the outside of the casing 1 through the air outlet 102. The outdoor fan 3 includes a motor 31 and a fan 32, the fan 32 is disposed on a rotating shaft of the motor 31, and a water spraying portion 33 for spraying water to the outdoor heat exchanger 2 is disposed on the fan 32.
The electromagnetic heating assembly 4 is used for selectively heating the air before heat exchange with the outdoor heat exchanger 2 when the outdoor fan 3 rotates reversely.
The water supply unit 6 itself can store a certain amount of water and supply the stored water to the shower unit 33 as needed.
In the actual use process, the outdoor unit is installed outdoors, and is influenced by external environmental factors in the operation process, wherein the external environmental factors mainly comprise the ambient temperature, dust pollution, frosting and the like. The following description deals with a solution specially designed for the influence of different environmental factors on the operation of the outdoor unit.
In view of the influence of the outdoor ambient temperature on the operation of the outdoor unit, the heat exchange efficiency of the outdoor heat exchanger 2 is generally reduced due to high temperature in summer or due to low temperature in winter.
For this reason, the air conditioner performs a cooling mode under a high temperature environment. If the external environment temperature is higher than the set maximum temperature value, the outdoor fan 3 rotates reversely, and meanwhile, water output by the water spraying part 33 is thrown onto the outdoor heat exchanger 2. Specifically, the water output by the water spraying part 33 is thrown onto the outdoor heat exchanger 2, so that the temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger 2 can be reduced, and the heat exchange efficiency of the outdoor heat exchanger 2 is improved, so that the energy efficiency of the air conditioner is improved.
And the air conditioner performs a heating mode in a low temperature environment. If the external environment temperature is lower than the set lowest temperature value, the outdoor fan 3 is reversely rotated, and meanwhile, the electromagnetic heating assembly 4 is electrified to heat air before exchanging heat with the outdoor heat exchanger. Specifically, the electromagnetic heating assembly 4 is electrified to heat the air in the shell 1, and under the reverse rotation action of the outdoor fan 3, the heated air in the shell 1 is blown to the outdoor heat exchanger 2 to assist in heating the outdoor heat exchanger 2, so that the heat exchange efficiency of the outdoor heat exchanger 2 is improved, and the energy efficiency of the air conditioner is improved.
In view of the influence of outdoor environment dust and sand pollution on the operation of the outdoor unit, a layer of dust is usually adhered to the surface of the outdoor heat exchanger 2 after the air conditioner is operated for a period of time, so that the wind resistance of the outdoor heat exchanger 2 is increased.
For this, water may be supplied into the water spray part 33 through the water supply assembly 6, and the water in the water spray part 33 is output outward by centrifugal force during the rotation of the fan 32 and finally sprayed on the surface of the outdoor heat exchanger 2 to clean the outdoor heat exchanger 2.
Specifically, after the water supply unit 6 supplies the cleaning water to the water spray unit 33, the water in the water spray unit 33 is thrown out to the outside of the fan 32 by centrifugal force as the fan 32 rotates at a high speed. And the thrown water moves toward the outdoor heat exchanger 2 and finally hits the outdoor heat exchanger 2.
Utilize the water of throwing away at a high speed, can wash the scale deposit on 2 surfaces of outdoor heat exchanger through the striking on the one hand, on the other hand also can effectual sanitization to the stubborn dirt in 2 fins of outdoor heat exchanger to effectual reduction outdoor heat exchanger 2's windage has improved outdoor heat exchanger 2's heat exchange efficiency.
The frosting on the surface of the outdoor heat exchanger 2 can cause large wind resistance aiming at the influence of frosting on the operation of the outdoor unit in winter.
For this reason, it is necessary to perform a defrosting process on the surface of the outdoor heat exchanger 2. In the defrosting process, the electromagnetic heating assembly 4 is electrified, the electromagnetic heating assembly 4 generates an electromagnetic heating effect by using alternating current, and the electromagnetic heating efficiency is high and the heat generation amount is large. The heat generated by the electromagnetic heating assembly 4 can heat the air before exchanging heat with the outdoor heat exchanger 2.
Like this, the air is heated by electromagnetic heating element 4 back and is exchanged heat with outdoor heat exchanger 2 again, can melt the heating of frosting on outdoor heat exchanger 2 surface on the one hand, and on the other hand outdoor heat exchanger 2 can absorb the heat that the heated air contains to improve outdoor heat exchanger 2 heat transfer performance.
In some embodiments, to enable the water supply assembly 6 to supply water as needed. The water supply assembly 6 includes a water storage tank 61 and a water pump 62, the water inlet of the water pump 62 is communicated with the inside of the water storage tank 61, and the water output from the water pump 62 is supplied to the water spray part 33.
Specifically, the water storage tank 61 can store a certain amount of water and deliver the water to the water shower 33 by the water pump 62. For the water in the water storage tank 61, the user may periodically fill the water storage tank 61 with water, or may use condensed water generated during the operation of the air conditioner, which is not limited and described herein.
In the process of cleaning the outdoor heat exchanger 2, the fan 32 rotates in the reverse direction to drive the water in the water spraying portion 33 to be output and thrown onto the outdoor heat exchanger 2.
Specifically, when the air conditioner is in normal operation, the motor 31 drives the fan 32 to rotate forward, so that the outside air enters the casing 1 through the air inlet 101, and the air is driven by the outdoor fan 3 to be output from the air outlet 102 after being subjected to heat exchange through the outdoor heat exchanger.
When the outdoor heat exchanger 2 needs to be cleaned, the motor 31 drives the fan 32 to rotate reversely, and meanwhile, the water supply assembly 6 supplies water to the water spraying part 33. Because the fan 32 rotates reversely, the air flow accelerated and processed by the fan 32 flows toward the outdoor heat exchanger 2, and simultaneously, the water in the water spraying part 33 moves toward the outdoor heat exchanger 2 along with the air flow under the action of centrifugal force, so that the cleaning is thrown onto the outdoor heat exchanger 2.
Thus, under the dual actions of the air flow and the water, the outdoor heat exchanger 2 can be cleaned more thoroughly and efficiently. Meanwhile, the fan 32 is rotated reversely, so that the impurities stuck between the fins of the outdoor heat exchanger 2 can be more easily separated from the fins.

Specifically, the water storage unit 331 is provided on the hub 321, and the space occupied by the hub 321 can be fully utilized to store water. The water flow passage 332 of each blade 322 can guide the water flowing out of the water reservoir 331, and at the same time, the water flows rapidly in the water flow passage 332 under the action of centrifugal force and is finally thrown out to the outside.
The water flow passage 332 may be a guide water groove provided on the surface of the blade 322, the guide water groove being formed on the surface of the blade 322, and the water flowing out of the water storage portion 331 flows through the guide water groove and is finally thrown out.
Or, the water flow passage 332 is a diversion water pipe disposed on the blade 322, the diversion water pipe may be embedded in the blade 322, one port of the diversion water pipe communicates with the water storage portion 331, and the other port of the diversion water pipe is disposed at the edge of the blade 322.
In addition, the water flow passages 332 have an arc-shaped configuration and are distributed along the surface of the blades 322 such that the water flow passages 332 match the curved shape of the blades 322.
And for the electromagnetic heating assembly 4, it usually comprises an electromagnetic coil, which is used for energizing to generate a magnetic field, and the electromagnetic coil can generate the magnetic field after being energized, and meanwhile, the energized electromagnetic coil can release heat.
