the height adjusting mechanism (8) comprises a lifting plate (8-1), a rotating rod (8-11), a first rotating shaft (8-8), a first bevel gear (8-6), a second bevel gear (8-7), an adjusting screw rod (8-3), an internal threaded pipe (8-2), a synchronizing wheel (8-4) and a synchronous belt (8-5); a lifting plate (8-1) is movably arranged in the box body (1) up and down, the left side and the right side of the bottom surface of the lifting plate (8-1) are symmetrically and vertically fixedly provided with an internal threaded pipe (8-2), an adjusting screw rod (8-3) is movably inserted in the lower end of the internal threaded pipe (8-2) through threads, and the lower end of the adjusting screw rod (8-3) is rotatably arranged on the inner bottom surface of the box body (1) through a bearing; the adjusting screws (8-3) at the left side and the right side are both fixedly sleeved with synchronous wheels (8-4), and the synchronous wheels (8-4) at the left side and the right side are in transmission connection through synchronous belts (8-5); a first bevel gear (8-6) is fixedly sleeved on an adjusting screw rod (8-3) on the left side, a second bevel gear (8-7) is arranged on the left side of the first bevel gear (8-6) in a meshed mode, a first rotating shaft (8-8) is fixedly arranged in the middle of the second bevel gear (8-7) in a penetrating mode, and the left end of the first rotating shaft (8-8) penetrates through a first partition plate (2) through a bearing in a rotating mode and then is inserted into the left side wall inside the box body (1) through the bearing in a rotating mode; the middle part of a first rotating shaft (8-8) on the left side of a first partition plate (2) is fixedly connected with a worm (8-9), the rear side of the worm (8-9) is meshed with a worm wheel (8-10), the middle part of the worm wheel (8-10) is fixedly provided with a rotating rod (8-11) in a penetrating manner, the lower end of the rotating rod (8-11) is rotatably inserted on the inner bottom surface of a box body (1) through a bearing, a second partition plate (8-12) is fixedly arranged inside the box body (1) on the left side of the first partition plate (2), the upper end of the rotating rod (8-11) is fixedly connected with a crank (8-13) after passing through the second partition plate (8-12) through the bearing in a rotating manner, and the crank (8-13) is arranged below a box cover (3; a locking mechanism (9) is arranged on the top surface of the lifting plate (8-1);
the locking mechanism (9) comprises a mounting frame (9-1), an adjusting plate (9-6), a connecting rod (9-4), a second rotating shaft (9-3), a third rotating shaft (9-5), a fourth rotating shaft (9-7), a connecting piece (9-8) and a locking screw (9-9); the top surface of the lifting plate (8-1) is fixedly provided with a mounting frame (9-1), the mounting frame (9-1) is arranged in an inverted U shape, the bottom surface of the lifting plate (8-1) is fixedly provided with a driving motor (9-2) through a motor support, the output end of the driving motor (9-2) is fixedly provided with a second rotating shaft (9-3), the upper end of the second rotating shaft (9-3) is fixedly connected with one end of a connecting rod (9-4) after passing through the middle part of the lifting plate (8-1) through a bearing in a rotating way, the other end of the connecting rod (9-4) is fixedly connected with a third rotating shaft (9-5), the upper end of the third rotating shaft (9-5) is rotatably connected with an adjusting plate (9-6) through a bearing, the top surface of the adjusting plate (9-6) is fixedly provided with a plurality of fourth rotating shafts (9-7) with equal, the four rotating shafts (9-7) are rotatably connected with one end of the connecting piece (9-8) through bearings, the upper side surface of the other end of the connecting piece (9-8) is vertically and fixedly provided with locking screw rods (9-9), the locking screw rods (9-9) are rotatably arranged on the horizontal end of the mounting rack (9-1) in a penetrating manner through the bearings, and the upper ends of the locking screw rods (9-9) are matched with threaded holes formed in a base (21) at the lower end of the lamp post (20); the driving motor (9-2) is connected with an external power supply.
