9. A manufacturing method usable in manufacturing a fluid control valve including a valve body member including a body portion (20), a mounting portion (30), a first connecting portion, and a second connecting portion, the manufacturing method comprising:
processing parts: forming the first connecting part and the second connecting part by machining a stainless steel bar or a pipe or a section; machining a stainless steel bar or section into the body part; processing the stainless steel plate or the section bar into the mounting part;
assembling: placing a welding ring on a first matching part of the body part, which is matched with the first connecting part; inserting the welding matching part of the first connecting part into a hole part of a first matching part of the body part, which is matched with the connecting part, and finishing the primary assembly of the first connecting part and the matching part; placing a welding ring on a second matching part of the body part, which is matched with the second connecting part; inserting the welding matching part of the second connecting part into a hole part of a second matching part of the body part, which is matched with the connecting part, and finishing the primary assembly of the second connecting part and the matching part; preliminarily assembling a mounting part with the step part of the body part;
welding: and performing protective welding on the valve body component which is preliminarily assembled through furnace welding or a high-temperature oven, so that the first connecting part and the body part, the second connecting part and the body part, and the mounting part and the body part are welded and fixed at one time.
10. The method of manufacturing of claim 8 or 9, wherein the valve body component further comprises a nipple, and the step of machining the components of the method of manufacturing further comprises forming the nipple using a stainless steel tube machining; the assembling step further includes placing a welding ring on a fitting portion of the body portion that fits the adapter tube, and inserting the welding fitting portion of the adapter tube into the fitting portion; the welding step further comprises: and welding and fixing the first connecting part and the body part, the second connecting part and the body part, the mounting part and the body part, the connecting pipe and the body part or the connecting pipe and the body part and the mounting part at one time.
11. The manufacturing method according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the body portion is provided with a recess at the step portion, and in the assembling step: before the 'preliminary assembly of the installation part and the step part of the body part', a welding ring is placed on the concave part, and then the preliminary assembly of the installation part and the step part of the body part is carried out.
