The first fitting portion 232 is provided with a first channel 223 and a third channel 225, the second fitting portion is provided with a second channel 224 and a fourth channel 226, the positioning portion 32 is provided with a fifth channel 227, and the fifth channel 227 is communicated with the second flow channel 222. When the second matching part is positioned on the second main valve body part, the first matching part or the second matching part is provided with a switching groove, and the switching groove can be used for communicating the second channel with the second cavity;
when the second channel is located at the first main valve body part and the fourth channel is located at the second main valve body part, an additional adapting groove is not needed. The positions of the second channel and the fourth channel can be set by arranging the adapting groove, so that the adapting device is adapted to lubricating oil inlets and outlets of different gearboxes.
The first main valve body portion further includes a first chamber 220, a second chamber 228, and a third chamber 229, the second chamber 228 being positioned between the first chamber 220 and the third chamber 229, the first chamber 220 being distal from the filter portion 30 relative to the third chamber 229. One end of the first flow path 221 communicates with the third chamber 229, and the other end of the first flow path 221 is connected to the installation chamber 212, and may serve as an inlet end of the filter part. The first passage 223 is connected to the first chamber 220, the second passage 224 is connected to the second chamber 228, and the third passage 225 is connected to the third chamber 229. The fluid flowing through the first flow passage 221 is filtered by the filter part 30 and then flows into the second flow passage 222.
As shown in fig. 5, the first main valve body portion includes a spring seat 25, and the spring seat 25 may be integrated with or separated from the other portion of the first main valve body portion. When the spring seat 25 is arranged in a split mode, the spring seat 25 can be positioned through a step at one end, the clamp at the other end is limited, the spring seat 25 is fixed, or the two ends of the spring seat are both limited through the clamp, and other fixing modes can be adopted. The spring seat 25 includes a flow hole 251 so that the liquid in the first flow passage 221 can pass through the spring hole 251. The cross-sectional shape of the spring seat 25 in this embodiment is shown in fig. 9.
As shown in fig. 5, the valve core assembly 24 includes an end cover 241, a first spring 242, a spring cap 243, a thermal assembly 244, and a second spring 245, where the end cover 241 defines a lateral passage 246 and a spring groove, the lateral passage 246 communicates with the first passage 223, the spring cap 243 and the first spring 242 are located in the spring groove, one end of the first spring 242 abuts against a corresponding inner wall of the spring groove, and the other end abuts against the spring cap 243. The end cover 241 can be limited by a clamp, and a sealing ring can be arranged on the peripheral side of the end cover 241 for sealing, so that the fluid in the first cavity 220 is prevented from leaking outwards. The thermal assembly 244 is at least partially positioned within the second chamber 228, and the thermal assembly 244 includes a heat sensitive substance therein that expands in volume when the temperature increases and contracts when the temperature decreases.
The thermal assembly 244 includes a body and a rod, one end of which is abutted against the spring cap. A second spring 245 is disposed at least partially within the third chamber 229, the second spring 245 having one end abutting the spring seat 25 and the other end abutting the thermal assembly 244. The first spring 242 and the second spring 245 are respectively arranged on two sides of the thermal element 244, and the first spring 242 and the second spring 245 are both in a compressed state initially.
The thermostatic valve assembly 20 includes a first valve port 247 and a second valve port 248, the thermal valve assembly 244 includes a first valve port portion 249 and a second valve port portion 240, the first valve port portion 249 cooperates with the first valve port 247 to open and close the first valve port 247, and the second valve port portion 240 cooperates with the second valve port 248 to open and close the second valve port 248.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the axes of the first flow passage 221 and the second flow passage 222 may be arranged in parallel, the first main valve body portion has an open end 601 at one end of the first flow passage 221, and the second main valve body portion has an open end 601 at one end of the second flow passage 222, the open ends 601 are both provided with a sealing cap 602, and a sealing ring may be provided around the sealing cap 602 to seal and prevent the fluid in the first flow passage 221 or the second flow passage 222 from leaking outside. By arranging the opening end 601 and the sealing cap 602, on one hand, demolding is facilitated, and on the other hand, installation of parts is facilitated.
The heat exchanging core 40 includes a first fluid channel and a second fluid channel which are isolated from each other, and the fluids in the first fluid channel and the second fluid channel can exchange heat. The first fluid passageway includes a first port at one end and a third port at the other end. Heat exchange core 40 includes end plate 52, end plate 52 being located at an end of heat exchange core 40 adjacent to mounting plate 50.
As shown in fig. 10, the end plate 52 of the mounting plate 50 is closer to the heat exchange core 40 than the mounting plate 50. The mounting plate 50 includes second mounting holes 53, the second mounting holes 53 are distributed around the mounting plate 50, the number of the second mounting holes 53 is the same as the number of the first mounting holes 52, the position of the second mounting holes 53 on the mounting plate 50 corresponds to the position of the first mounting holes 23 on the main valve body 22, that is, the first mounting holes 23 are aligned with the second mounting holes 53, and can be connected by a fixing method such as bolts.
The mounting plate 50 is provided with a first connecting groove 54 and a second connecting groove 55, and the opening sides of the first connecting groove 54 and the second connecting groove 55 face the heat exchange core 40. The first connecting groove 54 is opened with a first communicating hole 56, the second connecting groove 55 is opened with a second communicating hole 57, the first communicating hole 56 communicates with the third passage 225, and the second communicating hole 57 communicates with the first passage 223.
The end plate 52 is provided with a first connecting through hole 521 and a second connecting through hole 522, the first connecting through hole 521 connects the first connecting groove 54 and the first hole passage, and the second connecting through hole 522 connects the second connecting groove 55 and the third hole passage.
The two surfaces of the end plate 52 are provided with the welding coating layers, so that the connection between the temperature regulating valve assembly 20 and the heat exchange core body 40 has a better sealing effect, and the risk of liquid leakage failure in the first connecting groove 54 and the second connecting groove 55 is reduced.
When the temperature of the fluid is low, the heat sensitive substance in the thermal valve assembly 244 is in a contracted state, the body of the thermal valve assembly 244 moves towards the first valve port 247 and closes the first valve port 247, the second valve port 248 is in an open state, the second chamber 228 is communicated with the third chamber 229, the fluid flows into the second chamber 228 of the temperature regulating valve assembly 20 from the second passage 224, flows into the third chamber 229 through the second valve port 248, flows into the filter portion 30 through the third chamber, and is filtered by the filter portion 30, and the fluid filtered by the filter portion 30 flows back to the transmission case through the fifth passage 227, the second passage 222 and the fourth passage 226.
When the fluid temperature is high, the heat sensitive substance in the thermal valve assembly 244 is in an expansion state, the body of the thermal valve assembly 244 moves towards the second valve port 248 and closes the second valve port 248, the first valve port 247 is in an open state, the first cavity 220 is communicated with the second cavity 228, the fluid flows into the second cavity 228 of the temperature regulating valve assembly 20 from the second passage 224, flows into the first cavity 220 through the first valve port 247, flows into the heat exchanger assembly 80 through the first cavity 220 and the first passage 223 for heat exchange, flows into the third cavity 229 through the third passage 225, flows into the filter portion 30 through the third passage 229 for filtration, and flows back to the transmission through the fifth passage 227, the second passage 222 and the fourth passage 226.
