The adjustable flange with internal structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the internal adjusting component comprises an internal assembly pipe (19), lateral expansion ports (20) symmetrically arranged on the outer side surface of the internal assembly pipe (19), an internal adjusting screw rod (21) in threaded connection in the internal assembly pipe (19), an arc lateral limiting plate (22) elastically connected in the lateral expansion ports (20) in a plug-in manner, and an external sealing head (23) movably sleeved at the top end of the outer side of the internal adjusting screw rod (21), the top end of the inner side of the inner adjusting screw rod (21) is axially and fixedly connected with an integrated conical extrusion head (24), the arc-shaped limiting clamping grooves (25) matched with the arc-shaped lateral limiting plates (22) are arranged on the arc-shaped surfaces of the inner sides of the upper outer side adjusting groove (5) and the lower outer side adjusting groove (8), the outer side surface of the internal assembly pipe (19) is provided with an annular tooth socket meshed with the internal adjusting ring (11).
