Preferably, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first preset value and the second preset value are both smaller than a third preset value, and the third preset value is lower than the rated pressure of the oil pump 42. Wherein the third preset value is preferably 20 MPa.
As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, the hydraulic control system further includes a connection oil passage 4, and the control end of the first pressure control valve 30 is communicated with the drive chamber of the slide plate cylinder 20 through the connection oil passage 4.
With the above arrangement, the first pressure control valve 30 can be opened by the pilot oil in the driving chamber of the slide plate cylinder 20, so that the rodless chamber of the dozer cylinder 10 is communicated with the oil tank 41 through the first pressure control valve 30, thereby realizing the pressure relief of the rodless chamber of the dozer cylinder 10, and enabling the dozer cylinder 10 to drive the dozer blade to retreat.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the pilot oil in the driving chamber of the sled cylinder 20 is directly connected to the control end of the first pressure control valve 30, so that the failure rate is low and the control is faster than that in the electric control mode.
As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, the hydraulic control system further includes a selector valve 70, and the selector valve 70 has an oil inlet and an oil outlet. Wherein, the oil inlet of the selection valve 70 is communicated with the oil pump 42, the oil outlet of the selection valve 70 is communicated with the oil tank 41, and the selection valve 70 is arranged in parallel with the shovel cylinder 10.
In the above technical scheme, the selector valve 70 is in a normally open state, and thus, the oil pump 42 and the oil tank 41 can be communicated through the selector valve 70, so that the hydraulic control system is in a pressure relief state, when the hydraulic control system needs to work, the selector valve 70 starts to work, so that an oil path between the oil pump 42 and the oil tank 41 can be cut off through the selector valve 70, the hydraulic control system can be in a working state, namely, the selector valve 70 starts to work, the whole hydraulic control system can start to work, and therefore the whole system is effectively protected.
As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, the hydraulic control system further includes a squeegee cylinder 80 and a squeegee direction valve 85. The scraper oil cylinder 80 is arranged on the main oil supply passage 1, and the scraper oil cylinder 80 is used for driving the tipping bucket 2 of the garbage truck to rotate; the flight reversing valve 85 is in communication with the flight cylinder 80 to control the oil path of the flight cylinder 80 to reverse.
With the arrangement, the scraper reversing valve 85 can control the oil circuit of the scraper cylinder 80 to be reversed, so that the scraper cylinder 80 controls the dump bucket 2 of the garbage truck to rotate relative to the packer 3, thereby realizing the opening and closing of the dump bucket 2 to load garbage into the packer 3.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the left side of the squeegee reversing valve 85 is energized, the rod chamber of the squeegee oil cylinder 80 is connected to the oil pump 42, and the rodless chamber of the squeegee oil cylinder 80 is connected to the oil tank 41, so that the piston rod of the squeegee oil cylinder 80 is retracted along its own axis, thereby driving the dump bucket 2 to rotate counterclockwise relative to the packer 3 in fig. 4, so that the dump bucket 2 is in an open state (i.e., a state of dumping garbage); when the right side of the scraper reversing valve 85 is electrified, the rodless cavity of the scraper cylinder 80 is communicated with the oil pump 42, and the rod cavity of the scraper cylinder 80 is communicated with the oil tank 41, so that the piston rod of the scraper cylinder 80 extends along the axis of the piston rod, and the tipping bucket 2 is driven to rotate clockwise relative to the packer 3 in the figure 4, so that the tipping bucket 2 is in a closed state, and therefore garbage enters the tipping bucket 2.
As shown in FIG. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, the hydraulic control system further includes a blade reversing valve 15 and a slide plate reversing valve 25. Wherein, the shovel directional control valve 15 is communicated with the shovel oil cylinder 10 to control the oil path of the shovel oil cylinder 10 to be reversed; the slide plate reversing valve 25 is communicated with the slide plate cylinder 20 to control the oil path reversing of the slide plate cylinder 20.
Through the arrangement, the push shovel reversing valve 15 can control the oil path of the push shovel oil cylinder 10 to be reversed, so that the push shovel oil cylinder 10 controls the push shovel of the garbage truck to move along the axis of the piston rod of the push shovel oil cylinder 10, and therefore the garbage is pushed and unloaded; the slide plate reversing valve 25 can control the oil path of the slide plate oil cylinder 20 to be reversed, so that the slide plate of the garbage truck moves along the axis of the piston rod of the slide plate oil cylinder 20, and the garbage is compacted or loaded into a garbage can.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the left side of the slide plate reversing valve 25 is powered, the cavity corresponding to the piston rod 22 of the slide plate cylinder 20 not connected with the slide plate in fig. 3 (i.e. the upper cavity of the slide plate cylinder 20 in fig. 3) is communicated with the oil pump 42, and the cavity corresponding to the piston rod 22 of the slide plate cylinder 20 connected with the slide plate (i.e. the lower cavity of the slide plate cylinder 20 in fig. 3) is communicated with the oil tank 41, so that the piston rod 22 of the slide plate cylinder 20 extends along its own axis, thereby driving the slide plate to move downward along the piston rod 22 of the slide plate cylinder 20 relative to the packer 3 in fig. 4, so as to drive the dump bucket 2 to move downward along the piston rod 22 of the slide plate cylinder; when the right side of the slide plate reversing valve 25 is electrified, a cavity corresponding to the piston rod 22 of the slide plate cylinder 20 which is not connected with the slide plate in fig. 3 (namely, an upper cavity of the slide plate cylinder 20 in fig. 3) is communicated with the oil tank 41, a cavity corresponding to the piston rod 22 of the slide plate cylinder 20 which is connected with the slide plate (namely, a lower cavity of the slide plate cylinder 20 in fig. 3) is communicated with the oil pump 42, so that the piston rod 22 of the slide plate cylinder 20 retracts along the axis of the piston rod 22, the slide plate is driven to move upwards along the piston rod 22 of the slide plate cylinder 20 relative to the packer 3 in fig. 4, the dump bucket 2 is driven to move upwards along the piston rod 22 of the slide plate cylinder 20, and the garbage in the dump bucket 2 is brought between the slide plate and the push shovel or.
As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, the hydraulic control system further includes a fluid infusion pipeline 5 and a fluid infusion check valve 90 disposed on the fluid infusion pipeline 5, the rod cavity of the dozer cylinder 10 is communicated with the oil tank 41 through the fluid infusion pipeline 5, and an outlet of the fluid infusion check valve 90 is communicated with the rod cavity of the dozer cylinder 10.
With the above arrangement, when the piston rod of the blade cylinder 10 retracts along its own axis with respect to the cylinder body, the rod chamber of the blade cylinder 10 generates negative pressure, and the fluid replenishment check valve 90 is opened to communicate the rod chamber of the blade cylinder 10 with the oil tank 41, thereby replenishing oil to the rod chamber of the blade cylinder 10, so that the blade cylinder 10 can be protected from gas erosion, and the piston rod thereof is ensured not to deform.
As shown in fig. 3, the embodiment of the present invention provides a garbage truck, which includes the above-mentioned hydraulic control system of the garbage truck, a shovel connected to the shovel cylinder 10 in a control manner, and a skateboard connected to the skateboard cylinder 20. The garbage truck has all the advantages of the hydraulic control system of the garbage truck, and the detailed description is omitted here. Preferably, the garbage truck is a compression type garbage truck.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in the embodiment of the present invention, the garbage truck further includes a guide structure disposed on an inner wall of the packer 3, the sliding plate cylinder 20 is a dual-piston rod cylinder, the dual-piston rod cylinder includes a cylinder body 21 and two piston rods 22 disposed in the cylinder body 21, the cylinder body 21 is disposed on the inner wall of the packer 3 of the garbage truck, one piston rod 22 of the two piston rods 22 is connected to the sliding plate, and the other piston rod 22 of the two piston rods 22 is slidably engaged with the guide structure, so that the sliding plate is movably disposed along an axial direction of the piston rod 22.
Through the arrangement, the cylinder body 21 of the double-piston-rod oil cylinder is fixedly arranged on the packer 3, and the piston rod 22 moves relative to the cylinder body 21, so that the sliding plate on the piston rod 22 is driven to move, and then the garbage is compressed or is loaded into a garbage can. Furthermore, the effective areas of the two oil cavities of the double-piston-rod oil cylinder are equal, so that when the slide plate reversing valve 25 controls the oil way reversing of the slide plate oil cylinder 20, the flow rates of oil respectively entering the two oil cavities of the double-piston-rod oil cylinder can be kept consistent, the problem that the oil way or the oil pump 42 or the push shovel oil cylinder 10 is impacted due to inconsistent flow rates during the oil way reversing is avoided, and the noise generated during the work of the hydraulic control system is reduced.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in the embodiment of the present invention, the garbage truck further includes a dump body 2 disposed on the sliding plate, a fixed end of the scraper cylinder 80 is hinged to the sliding plate, and a telescopic end (i.e., a piston rod) of the scraper cylinder 80 is hinged to the dump body 2, so that the scraper cylinder 80 controls the rotation of the dump body 2. Further, the dump body 2 is connected with the slide plate through the scraper cylinder 80, so that the slide plate can drive the dump body 2 and the scraper cylinder 80 to move along the self axis of the piston rod of the slide plate cylinder 20.
As shown in fig. 6, an embodiment of the present invention provides a hydraulic control method of a garbage truck, the hydraulic control method being controlled by the above-mentioned hydraulic control system, the hydraulic control method including a pressure adjusting step of adjusting an opening pressure of a first pressure control valve 30 according to a kind of garbage to be compressed, an obtaining step of obtaining a pressure value of a driving chamber of a sled cylinder 20, a comparing step of comparing the magnitude of the pressure value with a first preset value, and an adjusting step of adjusting a pressure of a rodless chamber of a dozer cylinder 10 by the first pressure control valve 30.
In the above technical scheme, the opening pressure of the first pressure control valve 30 is adjusted according to the type of the garbage to be compressed, then the pressure value of the driving cavity of the sliding plate cylinder 20 is obtained, and is compared with the first preset value, when the pressure value of the driving cavity is greater than or equal to the first preset value, the first pressure control valve 30 is opened, so that the rodless cavity of the push shovel cylinder 10 is communicated with the oil tank 41, and the pressure relief of the rodless cavity of the push shovel cylinder 10 is realized.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first preset value may be adjusted according to different garbage types, so that the hydraulic control method may control compression processes of different garbage.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned garbage truck has all the advantages of the hydraulic control system of the above-mentioned garbage truck, and the details are not described herein.
As shown in fig. 6, in the embodiment of the present invention, before the acquiring step, the comparing step, and the adjusting step, the hydraulic control method further includes: acquiring a pressure value of a rodless cavity of the push shovel oil cylinder 10; and comparing the pressure value of the rodless cavity of the blade oil cylinder 10 with a second preset value, and when the pressure value of the rodless cavity of the blade oil cylinder 10 is greater than the second preset value, adjusting the pressure of the rodless cavity of the blade oil cylinder 10, wherein the first preset value is greater than the second preset value.
In the above technical scheme, by obtaining the pressure value of the rodless cavity of the push shovel oil cylinder 10 and comparing the pressure value with the second preset value, when the pressure value of the rodless cavity is greater than or equal to the second preset value, the second pressure control valve 50 is opened, so that the rodless cavity of the push shovel oil cylinder 10 is communicated with the oil tank 41, and therefore pressure relief of the rodless cavity of the push shovel oil cylinder 10 is achieved.
Further, by making the first preset value larger than the second preset value, in the compression process of the garbage, the hydraulic control system can compare the pressure value of the rodless cavity of the push shovel oil cylinder 10 with the second preset value, and when the pressure value of the rodless cavity of the push shovel oil cylinder 10 reaches the second preset value (i.e. the garbage is in a compacted state), the second pressure control valve 50 can be opened, so that the rodless cavity of the push shovel oil cylinder 10 is communicated with the oil tank 41 through the second pressure control valve 50, thereby realizing pressure relief; when the second pressure control valve 50 fails in the pressure relief process of the rodless cavity of the blade cylinder 10, the rodless cavity of the blade cylinder 10 cannot be continuously relieved, and the problem of clamping of the blade cylinder 10 can occur, at this time, the driving cavity of the slide plate cylinder 20 is always in a pressurized state, that is, the pressure of the slide plate cylinder 20 can be always increased until the second preset value is reached, so that the first pressure control valve 30 can be opened, the rodless cavity of the blade cylinder 10 is connected with the oil tank 41 through the first pressure control valve 30, the pressure relief of the rodless cavity of the blade cylinder 10 is further realized, and the problem that the rodless cavity of the blade cylinder 10 cannot be relieved due to the failure of the second pressure control valve 50 can be avoided.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, before the step of obtaining the pressure value of the rodless chamber of the blade cylinder 10, the hydraulic control method further includes the step of adjusting the opening pressure of the second pressure control valve 50 according to the kind of garbage to be compressed. The opening pressure of the second pressure control valve 50 can be adjusted by the controller according to the type of the garbage to be compressed, and when the pressure value of the push shovel oil cylinder 10 is greater than the opening pressure of the second pressure control valve 50, the second pressure control valve 50 is opened, so that the rodless cavity of the push shovel oil cylinder 10 is communicated with the oil tank 41, and therefore the pressure relief of the rodless cavity of the push shovel oil cylinder 10 is achieved.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above-described embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects: the first pressure control valve is communicated with the rodless cavity of the push shovel oil cylinder, the first preset value can be adjusted according to different garbage types (namely the opening pressure of the first pressure control valve can be set according to the garbage types), and when the pressure value of the driving cavity of the sliding plate oil cylinder does not reach the first preset value, the sliding plate oil cylinder drives the sliding plate to move towards the push shovel, so that garbage is compressed, and the garbage is compacted; when the garbage reaches the maximum compression amount, the pressure value of the driving cavity of the sliding plate oil cylinder reaches a first preset value (namely the first pressure control valve reaches the opening pressure), and oil in the rodless cavity of the push shovel oil cylinder returns to the oil tank through the first pressure control valve, so that the pressure relief of the rodless cavity of the push shovel oil cylinder is realized. In the compression process to rubbish, through setting for first default according to different types of rubbish, can make the shovel of pushing away can produce the negative pressure of suitable size when compressing rubbish, can exert the extrusion force that the size is suitable to rubbish with the slide like this jointly to can make rubbish reach the maximum compression volume, improve the compaction degree to rubbish, reach good compression effect.

Claims (12)

1. A hydraulic control system of a garbage truck, the hydraulic control system comprising:
the oil pump comprises a main oil supply passage (1), wherein one end of the main oil supply passage (1) is communicated with an oil tank (41), and the other end of the main oil supply passage (1) is communicated with an oil pump (42);
the push shovel oil cylinder (10) is used for driving a push shovel of the garbage truck to perform telescopic action;
the sliding plate oil cylinder (20) is used for driving a sliding plate of the garbage truck to linearly move along the axis direction of a piston rod of the sliding plate oil cylinder (20), and the push shovel oil cylinder (10) and the sliding plate oil cylinder (20) are arranged on the main oil supply passage (1) in parallel;
the inlet of the first pressure control valve (30) is communicated with the rodless cavity of the push shovel oil cylinder (10), the outlet of the first pressure control valve (30) is communicated with an oil tank (41), the control end of the first pressure control valve (30) is communicated with the driving cavity of the sliding plate oil cylinder (20), and when the pressure value of the driving cavity of the sliding plate oil cylinder (20) reaches a first preset value, the inlet of the first pressure control valve (30) is communicated with the outlet of the first pressure control valve (30) so as to adjust the pressure of the rodless cavity of the push shovel oil cylinder (10);
a controller connected to the first pressure control valve (30) to adjust the cracking pressure of the first pressure control valve (30).
2. Hydraulic control system of a refuse vehicle according to claim 1, characterized in that the hydraulic control system further comprises a second pressure control valve (50), the second pressure control valve (50) is provided with an inlet, a first outlet and a control end, the inlet of the second pressure control valve (50) and the control end of the second pressure control valve (50) are both communicated with the rodless cavity of the shovel cylinder (10), a first outlet of the second pressure control valve (50) is communicated with an oil tank (41), when the pressure of the rodless cavity of the blade oil cylinder (10) reaches a second preset value, the inlet of the second pressure control valve (50) is communicated with the first outlet of the second pressure control valve (50), wherein the first preset value is greater than the second preset value, and the controller may control an opening pressure of the second pressure control valve (50).
3. Hydraulic control system of a refuse vehicle according to claim 2, characterised in that the second pressure control valve (50) further has a second outlet, the inlet of the first pressure control valve (30) communicating with the second outlet of the second pressure control valve (50).
4. The hydraulic control system of a garbage truck according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
an oil pump (42);
the overflow valve (60) is arranged on the main oil supply passage (1), the overflow valve (60) is connected with the push shovel oil cylinder (10) in parallel, an inlet of the overflow valve (60) is communicated with the oil pump (42), and an outlet of the overflow valve (60) is communicated with the oil tank (41); or,
the hydraulic control system further comprises a connecting oil way (4), and the control end of the first pressure control valve (30) is communicated with the driving cavity of the sliding plate oil cylinder (20) through the connecting oil way (4).
5. The hydraulic control system of a garbage truck according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the hydraulic control system further comprises a selector valve (70), an oil inlet of the selector valve (70) is communicated with the oil pump (42), an oil outlet of the selector valve (70) is communicated with the oil tank (41), and the selector valve (70) is arranged in parallel with the shovel cylinder (10).
6. The hydraulic control system of a garbage truck according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
the scraper oil cylinder (80) is arranged on the main oil supply passage (1), and the scraper oil cylinder (80) is used for driving the tipping bucket (2) of the garbage truck to rotate;
and the scraper reversing valve (85) is communicated with the scraper oil cylinder (80) to control the oil way of the scraper oil cylinder (80) to be reversed.
7. The hydraulic control system of a garbage truck according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
the push shovel reversing valve (15) is communicated with the push shovel oil cylinder (10) to control the oil path of the push shovel oil cylinder (10) to be reversed;
and the sliding plate reversing valve (25) is communicated with the sliding plate oil cylinder (20) to control the oil way of the sliding plate oil cylinder (20) to be reversed.

The hydraulic control system of the garbage truck as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising a fluid infusion pipeline (5) and a fluid infusion one-way valve (90) arranged on the fluid infusion pipeline (5), wherein the rod cavity of the push shovel cylinder (10) is communicated with the oil tank (41) through the fluid infusion pipeline (5), and the outlet of the fluid infusion one-way valve (90) is communicated with the rod cavity of the push shovel cylinder (10).
9. A refuse vehicle, characterized in that it comprises a hydraulic control system of a refuse vehicle according to any one of claims 1 to 8, a push blade in control connection with the push blade cylinder (10) and a slide plate in connection with the slide plate cylinder (20).

The garbage truck according to claim 9, further comprising a guiding structure disposed on an inner wall of the packer (3), wherein the sled cylinder (20) is a dual-piston rod cylinder, the dual-piston rod cylinder comprises a cylinder body (21) and two piston rods (22) disposed in the cylinder body (21), the cylinder body (21) is disposed on the inner wall of the packer (3) of the garbage truck, one of the two piston rods (22) is connected to the sled, and the other of the two piston rods (22) is in sliding fit with the guiding structure, so that the sled is movably disposed along an axial direction of the piston rods (22).
11. A hydraulic control method for a garbage truck, characterized in that the hydraulic control method is controlled using the hydraulic control system according to any one of claims 1 to 8, and the hydraulic control method comprises:
a pressure adjusting step of adjusting the opening pressure of the first pressure control valve (30) according to the type of the waste to be compressed;
an acquisition step of acquiring a pressure value of a driving cavity of the slide plate oil cylinder (20);
comparing the pressure value with the first preset value;
and adjusting the pressure of the rodless cavity of the blade cylinder (10) through the first pressure control valve (30).
12. The hydraulic control method of a garbage truck according to claim 11, wherein before the acquiring step, the comparing step and the adjusting step, the hydraulic control method further comprises:
acquiring a pressure value of a rodless cavity of the push shovel oil cylinder (10);
and comparing the pressure value of the rodless cavity of the push shovel oil cylinder (10) with a second preset value, and when the pressure value of the rodless cavity of the push shovel oil cylinder (10) is greater than the second preset value, adjusting the pressure of the rodless cavity of the push shovel oil cylinder (10), wherein the first preset value is greater than the second preset value.
