Claims (10)

1. A connecting pin assembly for connecting a wear member to an implement, comprising:
the pin sleeve is sleeved on the connecting pin; one end of the pin sleeve is provided with a first end face, and one side of the connecting pin, which is close to the first end face, is provided with a second end face; wherein, a plurality of mounting grooves are arranged on one of the first end surface and the second end surface, and a plurality of clamping grooves are arranged on the other one of the first end surface and the second end surface; the four or eight or twelve mounting grooves and the clamping grooves are uniformly distributed on the first end surface or the second end surface;
a plurality of elastic snap members disposed in the mounting groove; the connecting pin can rotate relative to the pin sleeve, so that the elastic clamping piece is clamped into or separated from the clamping groove.
2. A connection pin assembly for attaching a wear member to an implement according to claim 1, wherein the connection pin includes a pin body and a connector removably connected to the pin body, the second end face being on the pin body or on the connector.
3. A connecting pin assembly for attaching a wear member to an implement according to claim 2, wherein the pin body includes a first retaining portion, a pin shaft, and a connecting portion connected in series; the first limiting part is connected to one end of the pin shaft, and the connecting part is connected to the other end of the pin shaft; the connecting piece is connected to the connecting part.

A connector pin assembly for attaching a wear member to an implement according to claim 3, wherein the end of the connector remote from the first limit stop is provided with a second limit stop; first spacing portion and the spacing portion of second are the symmetry and set up, and all are equipped with the recess that supplies the spanner joint in first spacing portion and the spacing portion of second.

A connecting pin assembly for connecting a wear member to an implement according to claim 4, wherein the connecting member further comprises a post integrally formed with the second stop portion, the post defining a rectangular or square aperture, the post defining an receiving bore radially therethrough in communication with the rectangular or square aperture;
the cross section of the connecting part is rectangular or square, the connecting part is arranged in the rectangular hole or the square hole, a threaded hole is formed in the connecting part, and a bolt penetrates through the accommodating hole to be connected in the threaded hole.

A kingpin assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the resilient detent member has a first detent surface at an end thereof adjacent the slot, the slot having a second detent surface, the first detent surface being movably engaged with the second detent surface, the first detent surface being switchable between different ones of the second detent surfaces;
the first clamping surface and the second clamping surface are both curved surfaces or both spherical surfaces.

The attachment pin assembly for attaching a wear member to an implement of claim 6, wherein the resilient catch comprises an elastomeric body and a catch post disposed on the elastomeric body; the elastic body is provided with a mounting hole, one end of the clamping column is provided with a connecting shaft, and the first clamping surface is arranged at the other end of the clamping column; the connecting shaft is arranged in the mounting hole.
8. A connector pin assembly for attaching a wear member to an implement according to claim 7, wherein the elastomer body is cylindrically configured and is provided with one or more through holes radially disposed along the elastomer body.
9. A kingpin assembly according to claim 1, wherein the end of the housing remote from the first end surface is provided with a third end surface, the housing has a periphery provided with a locating projection axially along the periphery, and the locating projection is connected between the first and third end surfaces.
10. A wear system, comprising:
the abrasion part is sleeved on the mounting seat;
a connection pin assembly for connecting a wear member to an implement as defined in any one of claims 1 to 9; the connecting pin assembly is removably connected between the mount and the wear component;
the cover body is detachably arranged on the mounting seat and is positioned at one end close to the abrasion part.
