As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in this embodiment, the rotary driving source 1 may be connected to a controller of the sewing machine, the controller controls the forward rotation or the reverse rotation or the stop of the rotary driving source 1 according to the working requirement of the sewing machine, and the controller controls the rotation angle of the rotary driving source 1, thereby controlling the positional relationship of the stitch length adjusting roller 5 in the cam groove 2a, and also controlling the positional relationship between the presser foot lifting roller 7 and the presser foot lifting bump 3a, so as to realize the presser foot lifting and stitch length adjusting control. The controller can be a PLC or a singlechip which is arranged independently, and can also be a control system of the sewing machine.
The working process of the needle distance adjusting and presser foot lifting device of the sewing machine in the embodiment is as follows:
as shown in fig. 1 to 4, when the sewing machine is ready to start operation, the rotation driving source 1 drives the presser foot lifting cam 3 to rotate, so that the presser foot lifting rolling member 7 is abutted against the presser foot lifting holding surface 3a2 or the presser foot lifting surface 3a1 to lift the presser foot. At this time, the stitch length adjusting roller 5 is positioned in the stitch length holding section 2a2, and the stitch length of the sewing machine is held at the maximum value. After the cloth is placed, the rotary driving source 1 drives the presser foot lifting cam 3 to rotate, the presser foot lifting rolling element 7 is abutted against the end face of the presser foot lifting cam 3, the presser foot presses the cloth to be sewn, meanwhile, the controller controls the rotary driving source 1 to drive the needle pitch adjusting cam 2 and the presser foot lifting cam 3 to continue rotating, and the position of the needle pitch adjusting rolling element 5 in the needle pitch adjusting section 2a1 is adjusted according to the set needle pitch, so that needle pitch adjustment is realized. When the stitch length adjustment is completed, the rotation driving source 1 stops rotating. When the needle pitch adjusting roller 5 is in the needle pitch adjusting section 2a1, the presser foot lifting roller 7 always abuts against the end face of the presser foot lifting cam 3.
When the presser foot is required to be lifted in the sewing process of the sewing machine, the rotary driving source 1 drives the presser foot lifting cam 3 and the stitch length adjusting cam 2 to rotate, so that the presser foot lifting rolling element 7 is abutted against the presser foot lifting holding surface 3a2 or the presser foot lifting surface 3a1 to lift the presser foot, and the stitch length adjusting rolling element 5 enters the stitch length holding section 2a2. The size of the needle distance before the presser foot is lifted is memorized by the controller, after the presser foot falls down, the controller drives the presser foot lifting cam 3 and the needle distance adjusting cam 2 to rotate the position before the presser foot is lifted, and when the needle distance adjustment is completed, the rotation of the rotary driving source 1 is stopped.
When the sewing machine finishes the sewing work, the rotary driving source 1 drives the presser foot lifting cam 3 and the needle pitch adjusting cam 2 to rotate, so that the presser foot lifting rolling piece 7 is abutted against the presser foot lifting holding surface 3a2 or the presser foot lifting surface 3a1, and after the presser foot is lifted, the rotary driving source 1 stops rotating.
The presser foot lifting lever 6 in the application is abutted against the end face of the presser foot lifting cam 3 through the presser foot lifting rolling piece 7, so that the force of the presser foot lifting lever 6 acting on the presser foot lifting cam 3 is applied along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 1 a; because the presser foot lifting cam 3 and the stitch length adjusting cam 2 are arranged on the rotating shaft 1a in a split manner, when the presser foot lifting function fails, the presser foot lifting function can be recovered to be normal by independently adjusting the presser foot lifting cam 3, and the stitch length adjusting cam 2 is not influenced; when the stitch length adjustment deviates, the stitch length adjustment precision can be recovered by independently adjusting the stitch length adjustment cam 2, and the presser foot lifting cam 3 is not influenced.

The needle pitch adjusting and presser foot lifting device of the sewing machine according to claim 1, wherein a presser foot lifting lug (3 a) is convexly arranged on the end face of the presser foot lifting cam (3), the presser foot lifting surface (3 a 1) is positioned on the presser foot lifting lug (3 a), one end of the presser foot lifting surface (3 a 1) is connected with the end face of the presser foot lifting cam (3) in a coplanar manner, and a distance is reserved between the other end of the presser foot lifting surface (3 a 1) and the end face of the presser foot lifting cam (3).
