Background
The jacquard machine is used as a textile tool and has the following principle: on a jacquard machine, the pattern card is sleeved on a cylinder, and when one weft is woven, one pattern card is turned over, and the cylinder is pressed against a transverse needle once. When the pattern plate is provided with holes, the head end of the horizontal needle extends into the holes of the pattern plate and the cylinder, so that the hook end of the straight needle is still hung on the lifting knife. When the lifting knife rises, the straight needle rises along with the lifting knife, the harness wire is driven to lift through the first line hook and the harness wire, and the warp wire penetrating into the harness eye at the moment also lifts along with the lifting, so that the upper layer of the shed is formed. The heald hammer is hung in the lower heald ring of the heald and plays a role of heald returning depending on the weight when the shed is closed. When no hole is formed on the card, the horizontal needle retreats and passes through the raised head to push the corresponding straight needle, so that the hook end of the straight needle is separated from the lifting knife, the harness wire and the warp wire which are connected with the straight needle are not lifted, and the warp wire is sunk to form the lower layer of the shed. The movement of each warp yarn is determined according to the holes or no holes on the pattern plate, and the holes on the pattern plate are rolled according to the design requirements of patterns and textures, so that the movement of the warp yarns also meets the requirements of the patterns and the textures.
The conventional debugging mode is to enable the jacquard to run in a no-load mode and observe whether the jacquard is abnormal, and the debugging mode is often inaccurate due to lack of load.

The elastic load mechanism 5 comprises a lower baffle 500, a spring 501, a connecting rod 502 and a jacquard quick connector 503 which are sequentially connected from top to bottom, the jacquard quick connector 503 is used for being matched and connected with the end of the jacquard component 301, the lower baffle 500 is positioned at the lower end of the limiting plate 4 and is used for being blocked and connected with the limiting plate 4, and the outer diameter of the jacquard quick connector 503 is larger than the diameter of the through hole of the limiting plate 4, so that the jacquard quick connector 503 can be blocked and connected with the upper surface of the limiting plate 4.
In the above structure, the jacquard quick connector 503 is a known technology in the art, and the structure thereof can be referred to the patent with publication numbers CN211057338U and CN 107227535A.
In some embodiments, the loading assembly further comprises a lifting driving mechanism 2, the lifting driving mechanism 2 is used for driving the limiting plate 4 to lift, so as to release the toggle of the limiting plate 4 to the elastic loading mechanism 5 when the elastic loading mechanism 5 is connected with the jacquard machine assembly 301, and the lifting driving mechanism 2 can also be used for adjusting the loading size. Specifically, the lifting drive mechanism 2 is preferably an air cylinder, and in addition, a mechanism of an oil cylinder or an electric cylinder may be selected.

the limiting plate (4) is provided with a plurality of through holes, the elastic load mechanism (5) penetrates through the through holes of the limiting plate (4), and when the elastic load mechanism (5) moves upwards, the lower end of the elastic load mechanism can be in blocking connection with the limiting plate (4) to prevent the elastic load mechanism (5) from falling off;
the elastic load mechanism (5) comprises a lower blocking piece (500), a spring (501), a connecting rod (502) and a jacquard quick connector (503) which are sequentially connected from top to bottom, the jacquard quick connector (503) is used for being matched and connected with the end of the jacquard assembly (301), and the lower blocking piece (500) is positioned at the lower end of the limiting plate (4) and is used for being blocked and connected with the limiting plate (4);
the load assembly further comprises a lifting driving mechanism (2), and the lifting driving mechanism (2) is used for driving the limiting plate (4) to lift.
2. Jacquard debugging device according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises a drive assembly for driving the operation of the jacquard machine (3).

Jacquard machine debugging device according to claim 2, characterized in that the drive assembly comprises a vertical universal coupling (7) in driving engagement with the transmission structure of the Jacquard machine (3), a gearbox (8) for driving engagement with the universal coupling (7) and an electric motor (6) for driving the gearbox (8) into operation.
