For further explanation of the various embodiments, the drawings which form a part of the disclosure and which are incorporated in and constitute a part of this specification, illustrate embodiments and, together with the description, serve to explain the principles of operation of the embodiments, and to enable others of ordinary skill in the art to understand the various embodiments and advantages of the invention, and, by reference to these figures, reference is made to the accompanying drawings, which are not to scale and wherein like reference numerals generally refer to like elements.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive special for the non-asphalt-based pre-paved waterproof coiled material is provided.
The invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments, and as shown in fig. 1-2, according to the hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive special for the non-asphalt-based pre-paved waterproof roll material of the embodiment of the invention, the hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive special for the non-asphalt-based pre-paved waterproof roll material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass:
25-35 parts of thermoplastic elastomer, 5-15 parts of plasticizer, 15-25 parts of tackifier, 10-20 parts of filler, 2-5 parts of antioxidant, 2-5 parts of cross-linking agent, 1-5 parts of ultraviolet absorbent, 10-20 parts of softener and 5-10 parts of cold-resistant agent;
wherein, the thermoplastic elastomer comprises but is not limited to at least one of polystyrene-butadiene-styrene and polystyrene-isoprene-styrene, and the plasticizer comprises but is not limited to at least one of unsaturated polyester resin and polyamide resin.
By means of the scheme, the cold-resistant agent is added, so that the use temperature of the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive can be reduced, the cold resistance of the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive is enhanced, and the defect that the installation time of the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive is influenced by air temperature is overcome; the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive has simple production process, does not need to increase special equipment, has viscosity of 14000mpa.s at 170 ℃, is convenient for production and coating, and has excellent oxidation resistance; the ultraviolet absorbent can absorb ultraviolet rays in a medium-long wave band, so that the radiation intensity of the ultraviolet rays received by the SEPS molecular chain segment in the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive is weakened, and the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive is protected.
In one embodiment, the tackifier comprises, but is not limited to, at least one of terpene resins, petroleum resins, copolymer resins, rosins, hydrogenated rosins, polymerized rosins, rosin glycerol esters, resins, coumarone resins, modified rosins.
In addition, the tackifier has good compatibility with polystyrene-butadiene-styrene and polystyrene-isoprene-styrene, and the tackifier has strong adhesion, has a lasting tackifying effect and small change along with time, and does not influence the vulcanization of rubber.
In one embodiment, the filler comprises methyltriethoxysilane, vinyltrimethoxysilane, gamma-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, dilute hydrochloric acid, and the mass specific gravity between the methyltriethoxysilane, the vinyltrimethoxysilane, the gamma-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, and the dilute hydrochloric acid is 1: 1: 1: 1.
in one embodiment, the softening agent is a naphthenic oil, and the naphthenic oil is a high pressure hydrogenated naphthenic oil.
Specifically, the naphthenic oil has partial properties of aromatic compounds and linear hydrocarbons, has the characteristics of low pour point, high density, high viscosity, no toxic or side effect and the like, and has high dissolving power, excellent low-temperature performance, excellent compatibility with certain resins and polymers, and good acceleration rate and intersolubility with rubber.
In one embodiment, the antioxidant comprises, but is not limited to, at least one of the antioxidants BHT, 1010, 264.
In one embodiment, the crosslinking agent comprises ethoxylated nonylphenol acrylate and hydroxyl-terminated dihedral acrylate, and the mass ratio of the ethoxylated nonylphenol acrylate to the hydroxyl-terminated dihedral acrylate is 1: 13.
In one embodiment, the ultraviolet absorber includes, but is not limited to, at least one of 2- (2H-benzotriazol-2-yl) -4, 6-bis (1-methyl-1-phenylethyl) phenol, 2- [4, 6-bis (2, 4-dimethylphenyl) -1, 2- (2, -hydroxy-5, -methyl) -benzotriazole, 5-bis [1, 1-xylyl ]) -benzotriazole.
In one embodiment, the cold tolerance agent is glycerol rosin stearate.
Particularly, rosin is an important natural product in China, and a renewable resource is commonly used in the fields of coatings, printing ink, adhesives and the like. But the rosin has carboxyl and conjugated double bonds in the molecule and has certain reactivity. Has great defects in application, such as higher acid value, poor acid resistance and poor alkali resistance. Rosin is often modified to broaden the application of rosin. The traditional rosin ester obtained by modifying polyhydric alcohol has higher softening point and high viscosity.
In addition, the preparation of the stearic acid modified rosin glyceride is synthesized in two steps. The first step is as follows: firstly, weighing a certain amount of rosin, crushing the rosin, putting the crushed rosin into a four-neck flask, and simultaneously adding an antioxidant 300 and a catalyst Z501; then filling nitrogen into the reaction device, heating, dropping glycerol when the temperature reaches 220 ℃, keeping the temperature at 260 ℃ for 6h, and discharging. The second step is that: firstly, crushing the rosin glyceride obtained in the first step, feeding the crushed rosin glyceride and stearic acid into a four-neck flask once, wherein the amount of stearic acid is 22% of the mass of the added rosin glyceride, and discharging after heat preservation at 250 ℃ for 7 hours to obtain the stearic acid modified rosin glyceride.
In order to clearly understand the technical scheme of the invention, the technical scheme of the invention is described in detail through specific examples.
Example one
The hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive special for the non-asphalt-based pre-laid waterproof coiled material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass:
25 parts of thermoplastic elastomer, 5 parts of plasticizer, 15 parts of tackifier, 10 parts of filler, 2 parts of antioxidant, 2 parts of crosslinking agent, 1 part of ultraviolet absorbent, 10 parts of softener and 5 parts of cold-resistant agent.
Example two
The hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive special for the non-asphalt-based pre-laid waterproof coiled material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass:
30 parts of thermoplastic elastomer, 10 parts of plasticizer, 20 parts of tackifier, 15 parts of filler, 3 parts of antioxidant, 3 parts of crosslinking agent, 3 parts of ultraviolet absorbent, 15 parts of softener and 8 parts of cold-resistant agent.
EXAMPLE III
The hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive special for the non-asphalt-based pre-laid waterproof coiled material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass:
35 parts of thermoplastic elastomer, 15 parts of plasticizer, 25 parts of tackifier, 20 parts of filler, 5 parts of antioxidant, 5 parts of crosslinking agent, 5 parts of ultraviolet absorbent, 20 parts of softener and 10 parts of cold-resistant agent.
According to another embodiment of the invention, the preparation method of the special hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for the non-asphalt-based pre-paved waterproof coiled material is also provided, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
s1, fully drying the thermoplastic elastomer;
s2, sequentially adding an ultraviolet absorbent, a softening agent, a cross-linking agent, an antioxidant and a cold-resistant agent into a reaction kettle according to the proportion, keeping the temperature at 120 ℃ and 150 ℃, and mixing for 30-40 minutes;
s3, adding a thermoplastic elastomer, a plasticizer and a tackifier, setting the rotating speed to be 60-80rpm, sealing the reaction kettle, and vacuumizing until the pressure is 0.08 MPa;
s4, keeping for 30-40min until the thermoplastic elastomer, the plasticizer and the tackifier are completely melted and uniformly stirred, extracting the materials without obvious bubbles, and starting to discharge;
and S5, cooling and packaging after discharging to obtain the finished hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive.
In one embodiment, a filter screen is adopted for filtering during discharging in S4, and the filter screen is a 150-mesh double-layer metal mesh.
In conclusion, by means of the technical scheme, the use temperature of the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive can be reduced by adding the stearic acid rosin glyceride, so that the cold resistance of the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive is enhanced, and the defect that the installation time of the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive is influenced by air temperature is overcome; the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive has simple production process, does not need to increase special equipment, has viscosity of 14000mpa.s at 170 ℃, is convenient for production and coating, and has excellent oxidation resistance; the ultraviolet absorbent can absorb ultraviolet rays in a medium-long wave band, so that the radiation intensity of the ultraviolet rays received by the SEPS molecular chain segment in the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive is weakened, and the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive is protected.

Claims (10)
1. The hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive special for the non-asphalt-based pre-laid waterproof coiled material is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
25-35 parts of thermoplastic elastomer, 5-15 parts of plasticizer, 15-25 parts of tackifier, 10-20 parts of filler, 2-5 parts of antioxidant, 2-5 parts of cross-linking agent, 1-5 parts of ultraviolet absorbent, 10-20 parts of softener and 5-10 parts of cold-resistant agent;
wherein, the thermoplastic elastomer comprises but is not limited to at least one of polystyrene-butadiene-styrene and polystyrene-isoprene-styrene, and the plasticizer comprises but is not limited to at least one of unsaturated polyester resin and polyamide resin.
2. The hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive special for the non-asphalt-based pre-paved waterproof coil according to claim 1, wherein the tackifier comprises at least one of terpene resin, petroleum resin, copolymer resin, rosin, hydrogenated rosin, polymerized rosin, rosin glyceride, resin, ancient road resin and modified rosin.
3. The hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive special for the non-asphalt-based pre-paved waterproof roll as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the filler comprises methyl triethoxysilane, vinyl trimethoxysilane, gamma-methacryloxypropyl trimethoxysilane and diluted hydrochloric acid, and the mass specific gravity among the methyl triethoxysilane, the vinyl trimethoxysilane, the gamma-methacryloxypropyl trimethoxysilane and the diluted hydrochloric acid is 1: 1: 1: 1.
4. the special hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for the non-asphalt-based pre-paved waterproof roll according to claim 1, wherein the mass specific gravity among the methyl triethoxysilane, the vinyl trimethoxysilane, the gamma-methacryloxypropyl trimethoxysilane and the dilute hydrochloric acid is 1: 1: 1:1 glue, characterized in that the softening agent is naphthenic oil and the naphthenic oil is high pressure hydrogenated naphthenic oil.
5. The hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive special for the non-asphalt-based pre-paved waterproof coil according to claim 1, wherein the antioxidant comprises but is not limited to at least one of antioxidant BHT, antioxidant 1010 and antioxidant 264.

The hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive special for the non-asphalt-based pre-paved waterproof roll as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cross-linking agent comprises ethoxylated nonylphenol acrylate and hydroxyl-terminated acrylic acid dihedral lactone, and the mass ratio of the ethoxylated nonylphenol acrylate to the hydroxyl-terminated acrylic acid dihedral lactone is 1: 13.
7. The hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive special for the non-asphalt-based pre-paved waterproof roll as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ultraviolet absorbent comprises at least one of but not limited to 2- (2H-benzotriazole-2-yl) -4, 6-bis (1-methyl-1-phenylethyl) phenol, 2- [4, 6-bis (2, 4-dimethylphenyl) -1, 2- (2, -hydroxy-5, -methyl) -benzotriazole, 5-bis [1, 1-xylyl ]) -benzotriazole.
8. The hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive special for the non-asphalt-based pre-paved waterproof roll as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cold-resistant agent is stearic acid rosin glyceride.
9. A preparation method of a special hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for a non-asphalt-based pre-paved waterproof coiled material is used for preparing the special hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for the non-asphalt-based pre-paved waterproof coiled material in any one of claims 1 to 8, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, fully drying the thermoplastic elastomer;
s2, sequentially adding an ultraviolet absorbent, a softening agent, a cross-linking agent, an antioxidant and a cold-resistant agent into a reaction kettle according to the proportion, keeping the temperature at 120 ℃ and 150 ℃, and mixing for 30-40 minutes;
s3, adding a thermoplastic elastomer, a plasticizer and a tackifier, setting the rotating speed to be 60-80rpm, sealing the reaction kettle, and vacuumizing until the pressure is 0.08 MPa;
s4, keeping for 30-40min until the thermoplastic elastomer, the plasticizer and the tackifier are completely melted and uniformly stirred, extracting the materials without obvious bubbles, and starting to discharge;
and S5, cooling and packaging after discharging to obtain the finished hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive.
10. The preparation method of the hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive special for the non-asphalt-based pre-paved waterproof roll according to claim 9, wherein a filter screen is adopted for filtering during discharging in S4, and the filter screen is a 150-mesh double-layer metal mesh.
