The hydroxyl value of the alkyd resin is 100-150, so that the marking paint is resistant to yellowing and hydrolysis. The paint prepared by using the alkyd resin as a base material has lower surface tension ratio and is less influenced by the defects of a coating film, and the problems of edge shrinkage, shrinkage cavity and other defects caused by surface tension driven flow or surface tension difference driven flow are avoided. In addition, the alkyd resin is not flocculated in a solvent, the material is easy to disperse, the alkyd resin has the capability of crosslinking through automatic oxidation, and air drying or low-temperature baking drying can be adopted, so that the crosslinking agent with potential toxicity hazards is avoided being used for drying.
The polyurethane resin includes polyether polyurethane resin and polyester polyurethane resin. The polyether polyurethane resin has hydrolysis resistance, high strength, good rebound resilience and good low-temperature performance. The polyester type polyurethane resin has good tensile property, flexibility, wear resistance, solvent resistance and high temperature resistance. The difference of the two performances is mainly caused by the difference of the two molecular compositions, wherein the adhesion force of the ester group in the polyester polyurethane resin and the polar base material is stronger than that of the polyether polyurethane resin, and the hydrolysis resistance of the polyether polyurethane resin is stronger because the hydrolysis-resistant ester group which is relatively easy to hydrolyze does not exist. The marking paint and the water-based paint are mixed for use, so that the marking paint has excellent adhesion and hydrolysis resistance and is durable in use.
The titanium dioxide is used as pigment and mainly plays a role in whitening and increasing the covering power in the marking paint.
The dispersing agent is alkylhydroxy ammonium salt of a block copolymer object containing an acidic group, preferably BYK-180, and mainly has the effects of dispersing pigment and filler, reducing viscosity, and improving the stability problems of sedimentation, caking and the like in the storage process. The catalyst is dibutyltin dilaurate.
The solvent is selected from one or a mixture of more of methyl ester, ethyl ester, butyl ester or propylene glycol methyl ether acetate (PMA).
The curing agent is Hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI) dimer, such as Bayer N75.

The curing agent selects Hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI) dimer for fast curing time, can be cured quickly at normal temperature, selects titanium dioxide as pigment, has strong covering power and good whitening performance, and can avoid yellowing phenomenon.
