Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of carrying tools, and particularly relates to a guided missile carrying tool.
Background
At present, the small missile is carried and installed in a manual carrying mode mostly because the size and the weight of the small missile are not large. Compared with special carrying equipment, the manual carrying is convenient and quick; but because manual operation, uncertain factors can not be avoided, so the potential safety hazard also exists.
For the carrying work of the missile, two technical difficulties are mainly existed: firstly, because the missile is in a packing box and the front and the back of the missile are contacted with the buffering materials due to the reliability requirement of the packing, no space is left between the front and the back of the missile for clamping and carrying; and the missile is carried out, except for testing, most of the missile needs to be directly arranged on a launcher, a sliding block above the missile is in butt joint with a guide rail, and at the moment, the distance between the missile and the guide rail is only several millimeters. For the first technical difficulty, the common manipulator or clamping tool can carry the missile at present. However, for the second technical difficulty, when the missile needs to be installed on the launcher, no solution for solving the problem is found in the existing products in the market at present.
Therefore, a tool which is simple and reliable in structure, suitable for missile carrying and great in practical significance is expected.

In this embodiment, the first connecting portion is a second connecting shaft, a third hook is arranged at a clamping portion connected with the first connecting portion, and the fastening connecting piece and the clamping portion hinged with the fastening connecting piece are hinged through the second connecting shaft and the third hook. Specifically, the upper end of the second clamping part 4 is provided with a third hook 4-4, the first connecting part of the fastening connecting piece 3 is a second connecting shaft 3-9, and the second clamping part 4 and the fastening connecting piece 3 are hinged with each other through the second connecting shaft 3-9 and the third hook 4-4.
In this embodiment, the buckle connection specifically includes: the upper end of the clamping part (first clamping part 2) connected with the second connecting part is provided with a second hook 2-3, the buckle comprises the second hook 2-3, and the buckle further comprises: the pressing piece 3-5 is connected to the connecting piece main body through a rivet 3-3, and the pressing piece 2-5 can rotate circumferentially around the rivet 3-3; the pressing sheet 2-5 is provided with a connecting rod 3-4; one end of a pull ring 3-1 is sleeved on the periphery of the connecting rod 3-4, the other end of the pull ring is opposite to the second hook 2-3, the pressing piece 2-5 is pressed, the second hook 2-3 is locked with the other end of the pull ring 3-1, the pressing piece 2-5 is lifted, and the second hook 2-3 is unlocked with the other end of the pull ring 3-1. This embodiment illustrates one form of snap, and other types of snap are also suitable for use with the present invention.
The fastener can complete the installation and the disassembly of the fastening connecting piece, namely the conversion of the tool combination and the disassembly state. When the missile is carried to the launcher 6 to be installed, an operator grasps the handle, opens the buckle of the fastening connector 3, and takes down the fastening connector 3; at the moment, no equipment is arranged on the top of the missile 5, and the operation of installing the missile 5 on the guide rail can be further completed.
Referring to fig. 8, when the missile 5 is conveyed to the launcher 6, except for the missile wing part, the front part of the missile 5 needs to be mounted on the guide rail of the launcher 6, and at the moment, the missile conveying tool 1 fastening connection piece 3 is opened and taken down, so that the installation of the missile 5 can be realized. And (3) detaching the fastening connecting piece 3, and grabbing the first handle 2-1 and the second handle 4-6 at two sides to finish the following installation operation. After the missile 5 is installed, the remaining two clamping parts can be easily taken down, and the process of carrying and installing the missile 5 is completely finished.
In this embodiment, the device further comprises a first insurance card 4-2 connected to the first hook 4-1. And the second safety card 2-2 is connected to the second hook 2-3.
