In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 11 to 15, the transmission assembly 2 includes a third fixing frame 21a with a hollow interior, a sliding block 26, an elastic member 27, a circuit board 22, and a plurality of elastic pins 23 disposed on the circuit board 22, wherein at least a portion of the third fixing frame 21a can be fitted into the opening 11; the sliding block 26 is disposed in the third fixing frame 21a, detachably connected to the circuit board 22, and slidably connected to the third fixing frame 21a, for driving the circuit board 22 and the pogo pins 23 to approach or depart from the chip 101; the elastic member 27 is arranged in the third fixed frame 21a, one end of the elastic member 27 is fixed on the inner bottom of the third fixed frame 21a, the other end of the elastic member 27 abuts against one side of the sliding block 26 close to the inner bottom of the third fixed frame 21a, and the elastic member 27 enables the elastic needle 23 to be far away from the chip 101 based on the assembling state of the consumable 100; the circuit board 22 can be electrically connected with a test device, and the pogo pins 23 can be electrically connected with the chip 101 of the consumable 100.
The specific structures, the mutual connection relationships, and the like of the pogo pins 23 and the circuit board 22 are the same as those in embodiment 1, and this embodiment will not be described in detail.
In this embodiment, the sliding block 26 is provided with a circuit board fixing portion 263 for placing the circuit board 22, instead of the fastening member 24 in embodiment 1.
In addition, the circuit board fixing portion 263 can reduce the number of parts of the consumable packaging box, and compared with the fastening member 24, the circuit board 22 can be more easily disassembled and assembled, and the possibility of damage to the circuit board 22 and the pogo pin 23 during the disassembly and assembly can be reduced.

It should be noted here that the external intervention force is typically the force applied by the tester to the test equipment when the test equipment is electrically connected to the circuit board 22, although other forms of force are not excluded. In other embodiments, the circuit board 22 and the testing device may also be wirelessly connected, and when the circuit board 22 and the testing device are wirelessly connected, an external intervention force is directly applied to the sliding block 26, so that the sliding block 26 drives the pogo pin 23 to approach the chip 101 until the pogo pin 23 abuts against the chip 101, thereby writing and reading a code on or upgrading the chip 101 as needed. Further, the transmission assembly 2 further includes a guide post 28, the guide post 28 is disposed on the inner bottom of the third fixing frame 21a, the elastic member 27 is sleeved outside the guide post 28, the guide post 28 is used for guiding the elastic member 27 itself, and therefore, the elastic member 27 is prevented from being easily deformed in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the elastic member 27 to cause misalignment when being compressed by a force, and the compression length of the elastic member 27 is reduced, so that the pogo pin 23 cannot contact the chip 101.
Further, the axial length of the elastic member 27 in the free state is larger than that of the guide post 28 to provide a space length for sliding the slide block 26.
In this embodiment, in order to allow the sliding block 26 to move smoothly, a guide post 28 and an elastic member 27 are provided at both ends of the inner bottom surface of the third fixed frame 21 a. Of course, the number and the position distribution of the guide posts 28 and the elastic members 27 are not limited in this embodiment, and can be designed according to actual needs.
Illustratively, the elastic member 27 is a spring.
Further, a limiting through cylinder 29 is further disposed on the bottom of the third fixing frame 21a, and the elastic needle 23 can penetrate through the limiting through cylinder 29 and be close to or far away from the chip 101, so that the sliding block 26 can be mounted on the third fixing frame 21a more conveniently and accurately. Of course, the number of the limiting through cylinders 29 corresponds to the number of the elastic needles 23 one by one, and the number of the elastic needles 23 is not limited in the implementation and can be designed according to actual requirements. Similarly, in other embodiments, other structures besides the limiting through cylinder 29 can be adopted as long as the sliding block 26 can be conveniently installed, and the embodiment is not limited.
In this embodiment, considering that the sliding block 26 is easily separated from the third fixed frame 21a by the external force only by the elastic member 27 abutting against the sliding block 26, as shown in fig. 16, the sliding block 26 is provided with the insertion tongue 261, the third fixed frame 21a is provided with the insertion groove 262 matching therewith, and the insertion tongue 261 can be inserted into the insertion groove 262 for insertion.
To facilitate the movement of the sliding block 26, the slot 262 is elongated, and the length direction of the slot 262 extends along the axial direction of the sliding block 26, so that the insertion tongue 261 can slide up and down in the slot 262.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, "the axial direction of the slide block 26" coincides with the axial direction of the elastic member 27.
Further, in order to facilitate mounting of the slide block 26 to the third frame body 211a, the insertion tongue 261 and the slide block 26 are cantilevered so that the free end of the insertion tongue 261 can swing inward and outward by an external force.
Further, the insertion tongue 261 is provided with a slope surface inclined downward, so that the insertion tongue 261 can swing inward when the slide block 26 is mounted.
It can be understood that the sliding block 26 slides into the third fixed frame 21a from above, and the inserting tongue 261 swings and retracts into the sliding block 26 under the extrusion of the inner side wall of the third fixed frame 21a until the inserting tongue 261 swings and moves out of the sliding block 26 without being extruded by the inner side wall of the third fixed frame 21a, and at this time, the inserting tongue 261 is inserted into the slot 262, so that the sliding block 26 and the third fixed frame 21a are detachably and slidably connected. Of course, in other embodiments, the slide block 26 and the three-frame body 211a may also be detachably connected in other manners, and this embodiment is not limited.
Further, the slide block 26 is provided with a relief hole 214a which functions in the same manner as the communication hole 214 in embodiment 1, and the relief hole 214a penetrates the slide block 26, and the embodiment will not be described in detail since the specific shape and function thereof are identical to those of the communication hole 214.
In this embodiment, the third fixed frame 21a includes a third frame body 211a and a third overlapping portion 212a, the third overlapping portion 212a is provided on the top peripheral side of the third frame body 211a, and the third overlapping portion 212a can be overlapped on the outer side of the box body 1 so that the third fixed frame 21a does not fall from the opening 11 when being fitted into the box body 1.
In this embodiment, the transmission assembly 2 further includes a fourth fixed frame 25a, and the structure and function of the fourth fixed frame 25a are the same as those of the second fixed frame 25 in embodiment 1, so the fourth fixed frame 25a will not be described in detail in this embodiment.
Similarly, the structure of connecting the third and fourth fixed frames 21a and 25a to each other is the same as that of connecting the first and second fixed frames 21 and 25 in embodiment 1, and therefore, this embodiment will not be described in detail.
As shown in fig. 16, the installation process of the transport assembly 2 in the consumable packaging box provided in the present embodiment is as follows: the elastic member 27 is fitted over the guide post 28 in the third frame body 211a, and the circuit board 22 with the pogo pins 23 mounted thereon is rested in the slide block 26 through the circuit board fixing portion 263, the slide block 26 is slid into the third fixing frame 21a through the tongue 261, and then the third fixing frame 21a is put into the opening 11 through the third engaging portion 212a, and the fourth fixing frame 25a is engaged with the fourth fixing frame 25a from the bottom of the third frame body 211 a.
