Description

Method, device and system for adjusting comfortable braking parking and vehicle
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of vehicles, and more particularly, to a method, apparatus and system for adjusting a comfort brake park, as well as a controller, machine-readable storage medium and a vehicle.
Background
In order to improve the riding experience of the driver and passengers, a comfort brake stop (Softstop) technology has been developed, which can reduce the brake pressure in time to reduce the magnitude of the jerking motion of the vehicle during the braking deceleration running of the vehicle. However, a reduction in the brake pressure means an increase in the braking distance, and the risk of collision with the preceding vehicle or the preceding obstacle due to the increase in the braking distance increases accordingly.
Therefore, there is a need to provide an improved technical solution to overcome the technical problems in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of the present application to provide a method and apparatus for adjusting comfort brake park to further optimize current comfort brake park technology solutions.
To achieve the above object, the present application provides a method for adjusting a comfort brake stop, the method comprising: obtaining comfortable brake pressure provided for a vehicle brake wheel cylinder when a vehicle is subjected to comfortable braking; determining whether the vehicle can be safely and comfortably braked based on a difference value between an estimated braking distance corresponding to the comfortable braking pressure and a target braking distance of the vehicle; and when the result of the judgment is negative, instructing a comfortable brake pressure control unit of the vehicle to increase the comfortable brake pressure, the increased comfortable brake pressure being less than a brake pressure corresponding to a brake pedal stroke of the vehicle. The method and the device can ensure that the vehicle still has safe braking distance when the vehicle is braked and stopped comfortably.
The present application also provides an apparatus and system for adjusting a comfort brake park as well as a controller, a machine readable storage medium and a vehicle.
According to the application, when the vehicle is braked and stopped comfortably, the increased braking distance is strictly controlled within an acceptable range due to the reduction of the braking pressure, so that the vehicle collision is avoided.
For a better understanding of the nature and technical content of the present application, reference should be made to the following detailed description and accompanying drawings, which are provided for purposes of illustration and description and are not intended to limit the present application.
Drawings
The present application will be more fully understood from the detailed description given below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which like reference numerals refer to like elements. Wherein:
FIG. 1 illustrates an architectural diagram of a system for adjusting a comfort brake park according to one embodiment of the present application;
FIG. 2 illustrates a general flow diagram of a method for adjusting a comfort brake park according to one embodiment of the present application.
Detailed Description
Specific embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the drawings, the same reference numerals indicate the same or corresponding features.
FIG. 1 shows an architectural diagram of a system for adjusting a comfort brake park according to one embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the system for adjusting a comfort brake stop includes a comfort brake pressure control unit 200 mounted on a vehicle for generating a comfort brake pressure supplied to brake cylinders of the vehicle when the vehicle is subjected to comfort braking; a sensor unit 300 mounted on the vehicle for detecting a stroke of a brake pedal of the vehicle and/or a speed of the vehicle and/or an obstacle in front of the vehicle; and a means 100 for adjusting a comfort brake stop connected with the sensor unit and the comfort brake pressure control unit. The apparatus 100 for adjusting a comfort brake stop receives a comfort brake pressure signal (e.g., a pressure value of a comfort brake pressure) from the comfort brake pressure control unit 200 and a signal from a sensor unit 300 (e.g., a radar, a camera, a wheel speed sensor, an acceleration sensor, etc. mounted on a vehicle), and after being processed by the apparatus 100 for adjusting a comfort brake stop, generates and outputs a command to the comfort brake pressure control unit 200 to further optimize a comfort brake pressure provided to a brake wheel cylinder of the vehicle for generating a comfort brake of the vehicle.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the apparatus 100 for adjusting a comfort brake stop includes a receiving module 10, a determining module 20, and an output module 30, which are communicatively connected to each other. The receiving module 10 is configured to acquire a comfortable brake pressure supplied to a brake cylinder of the vehicle when the vehicle is comfortably braked from the comfortable brake pressure control unit 200, and acquire a signal of a running condition of the vehicle from the sensor unit 300; the determination module 20 is configured to determine whether the vehicle can be safely and comfortably braked based on a difference between an estimated braking distance corresponding to the comfort braking pressure and a target braking distance of the vehicle; the output module 30 is configured to output a command signal instructing a comfort brake pressure control unit of the vehicle to increase a comfort brake pressure when a result of the determination is negative, the increased comfort brake pressure being less than a brake pressure corresponding to a brake pedal stroke of the vehicle. The receiving module 10 obtains a comfortable brake pressure value signal from the comfortable brake pressure control unit 200 and a vehicle driving condition signal from the sensor unit 300, and transmits the signals to the determining module 20, and the determining module 20 calculates an estimated brake distance under the comfortable brake pressure according to the comfortable brake pressure value applied to the vehicle brake cylinder at the moment and the current driving condition of the vehicle; meanwhile, the receiving module 10 calculates a target braking distance of the vehicle according to a current driving condition (e.g., wheel speed, acceleration, braking pressure, etc.) of the vehicle from the sensor unit 300 (e.g., radar, camera, wheel speed sensor, acceleration sensor, pressure sensor, etc.) and obstacle information in front of the vehicle; the determination module 20 determines whether the vehicle can be comfortably braked safely to avoid a collision based on a difference between the estimated braking distance and the target braking distance. In one embodiment, when the difference between the estimated braking distance corresponding to the comfortable braking pressure and the target braking distance of the vehicle is within a specified difference range, it is determined that the vehicle cannot be safely and comfortably braked, and optionally, if the difference is smaller than a set value, for example, but not limited to, a range greater than 0 and less than 10cm, it means that the estimated braking distance is very close to the target braking distance and a collision may occur, the corresponding determination module 20 makes a determination that the vehicle cannot be safely and comfortably braked under the current situation and sends the determination result to the output module 30; the output module 30 generates a command to increase the comfort braking pressure (to decrease the estimated braking distance to avoid collision) according to the determination result and transmits it to the comfort braking pressure control unit 200 to be executed thereby. According to the configuration and calibration of a specific vehicle, it is further optional that, if the difference between the estimated braking distance corresponding to the comfortable braking pressure and the target braking distance of the vehicle is within a specified difference range, for example, but not limited to, a range greater than 0 and less than 20cm, which means that the estimated braking distance is very close to the target braking distance and a collision may occur, it is determined that the vehicle cannot be safely and comfortably braked under the current situation, and accordingly, the output module 30 generates an instruction to instruct the comfortable braking pressure control unit 200 to increase the comfortable braking pressure according to the determination result.
In order to still be able to have a comfortable braking effect, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the increased comfortable brake pressure is still less than the brake pressure corresponding to the vehicle brake pedal travel. The specific calculation method of the aforementioned "braking distance" is known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail.
In one aspect, the receiving module 10 is further configured to acquire a vehicle speed of the vehicle from a sensor unit 300 mounted on the vehicle; the determination module 20 is further configured to check whether the vehicle has stopped based on a vehicle speed of the vehicle; and the output module 30 is configured to, if the result of the check is positive, output a command instructing the comfort brake pressure control unit 200 of the vehicle to increase the comfort brake pressure to a brake pressure corresponding to the brake pedal stroke, i.e. to keep the vehicle stopped, when the vehicle is to be braked again.
The technical solution of the embodiment of the present invention can be applied to the situation that the comfort braking function is started and the vehicle is in a comfort braking operation process, the device 100 for adjusting the comfort braking parking according to the present invention monitors the difference between the estimated braking distance corresponding to the comfort braking pressure and the target braking distance corresponding to the vehicle driving condition in real time, and continuously monitors and corrects and adjusts the comfort braking pressure value, so as to reduce the risk of collision between the vehicle and the front obstacle on the premise of ensuring the comfort braking effect. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that, further, the apparatus 100 for adjusting a comfort brake stop may further include a timer unit, and if the determination result of the determination module 20 is still negative (i.e., the comfortable braking cannot be safely performed) after a set period of time, the output module 30 may generate a command instructing the comfortable brake pressure control unit 200 of the vehicle to increase the comfortable brake pressure to the brake pressure corresponding to the brake pedal stroke, and brake the vehicle in time. Alternatively, the timer unit may also be provided in parallel with the device 100 for adjusting the comfort brake parking and need not necessarily be part of the device 100.
In another aspect, the technical solution of the embodiment of the present invention can also be applied when the vehicle system determines that the vehicle needs to be comfortably braked but not yet comfortably braked, i.e. when the comfort brake pressure is not generated, the apparatus 100 for adjusting the comfort brake stop under the disclosure of the present invention obtains the preset comfort brake pressure according to the driving condition of the vehicle and the corresponding target brake distance and generates the pressure by the corresponding pressure unit. Specifically, the receiving module 10 may be further configured to acquire the driving condition of the vehicle when the vehicle needs to be subjected to comfort braking, as shown in fig. 1, since the comfort braking pressure is not generated at this time, the receiving module 10 only acquires the driving condition information of the vehicle from the sensor unit 300, and the comfort braking pressure control unit 200 temporarily transmits no signal to the receiving module 10; correspondingly, the determining module 20 is further configured to obtain a preset comfortable braking pressure based on the target braking distance corresponding to the driving condition; and the output module 30 is further configured to instruct the vehicle to generate the preset comfort brake pressure to provide to a brake cylinder of the vehicle, the preset comfort brake pressure being less than a brake pressure corresponding to a brake pedal stroke of the vehicle. Here, the output module 30 may provide the obtained preset comfort brake pressure value to the comfort brake pressure control unit 200 as shown in fig. 1, and then instruct, for example, a pressure unit of the vehicle to generate a corresponding pressure by the comfort brake pressure control unit 200; or alternatively, the output module 30 may also instruct the pressure unit of the vehicle to generate a corresponding pressure via another control unit using the obtained preset comfort brake pressure value.
The means 100 for adjusting comfort brake park may be, for example, but not limited to, an anti-lock brake system controller, an electronic parking brake controller, or any other suitable existing or newly added controller or portion thereof of the vehicle.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that in the illustrated embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for adjusting a comfort brake park 100 and the comfort brake pressure control unit 200 are described as two parts, but in product implementation, for example, the apparatus for adjusting a comfort brake park 100 may also be part of the comfort brake pressure control unit 200, or for example, the comfort brake pressure control unit 200 may be part of the apparatus for adjusting a comfort brake park 100, or for example, the apparatus for adjusting a comfort brake park 100 and the comfort brake pressure control unit 200 may be part of other units or devices in common.
FIG. 2 illustrates a general flow diagram of a method for adjusting a comfort brake park according to one embodiment of the present application. The method 400 shown in FIG. 2 is described in detail below in conjunction with the system shown in FIG. 1.
As shown in fig. 2, when the vehicle is braked comfortably, the apparatus 100 for adjusting the parking with comfort braking acquires a comfort braking pressure provided to a brake cylinder of the vehicle when the vehicle is braked comfortably and a driving condition of the vehicle, and determines whether the vehicle can be braked comfortably and safely based on a difference between an estimated braking distance corresponding to the comfort braking pressure and a target braking distance corresponding to the driving condition of the vehicle at block 402. In one embodiment, when the difference between the estimated braking distance corresponding to the comfortable braking pressure and the target braking distance of the vehicle is within a specified difference range, it may be determined that the vehicle cannot be comfortably braked safely, and optionally, when the difference between the estimated braking distance and the target braking distance is smaller than a certain set value, for example, but not limited to a range greater than 0 and less than 10cm, it means that the estimated braking distance is very close to the target braking distance, and the estimated braking distance should be reduced to avoid collision; or according to a specific configuration of a specific vehicle, i.e. a calibration condition, optionally, when the difference between the estimated braking distance corresponding to the comfortable braking pressure and the target braking distance of the vehicle is within a specified difference range, such as but not limited to a range greater than 0 and less than 20cm, which means that the estimated braking distance is very close to the target braking distance, it is determined that the vehicle needs to increase the comfortable braking pressure to increase the estimated braking distance. As mentioned above, the specific calculation method of "braking distance" is known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail.
In block 406, if the determination of block 402 is affirmative (Y), i.e., it is determined that the vehicle can be safely and comfortably braked without increasing the comfort brake pressure based on the difference between the estimated braking distance of the vehicle at the current comfort brake pressure and the target braking distance, the apparatus for adjusting comfort brake parking 100 does not need to make an instruction to increase the comfort brake pressure, and the comfort brake pressure control unit 200 continues to maintain the current comfort brake pressure.
In block 408, if the determination in block 402 is negative (N), i.e., it is determined that the vehicle cannot be safely and comfortably braked and there is a risk of collision based on the difference between the estimated braking distance of the vehicle at the current comfort braking pressure and the target braking distance, and it is necessary to increase the comfort braking pressure to avoid collision, the apparatus for adjusting comfort braking 100 makes an instruction to increase the comfort braking pressure and outputs the instruction to the comfort braking pressure control unit 200, and the increased comfort braking pressure is generated by the comfort braking pressure control unit 200. Also, in order to still have a comfort braking effect, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the increased comfort brake pressure is still less than the brake pressure corresponding to the vehicle brake pedal travel.
At block 410, the apparatus 100 for adjusting comfort brake parking checks whether the vehicle has stopped according to the vehicle speed of the vehicle, which may be obtained from a sensor unit 300 (e.g., wheel speed sensor, vehicle speed sensor) mounted on the vehicle.
If the check at block 410 is negative (N), the vehicle has not stopped, and the flow returns to block 410.
At block 412, if the result of the check of block 410 is positive (Y), then the vehicle has stopped, and when the vehicle is to be braked again (while the vehicle is kept stopped), the device for comfort braking 100 commands and outputs to the comfort brake pressure control unit 200 a brake pressure corresponding to the vehicle brake pedal stroke. As known to those skilled in the art, the vehicle brake pedal travel may be sensed by a sensor unit 300 (e.g., a brake pedal travel sensor) and transmitted to the device 100 for comfort braking.
In the solution of this embodiment, when the estimated braking distance of the vehicle under the current comfortable braking pressure is not within the safety range and there is a risk of collision, in order to avoid collision, the apparatus 100 for comfortable braking makes a command to increase the comfortable braking pressure and outputs the command to the comfortable braking pressure control unit 200, the comfortable braking pressure control unit 200 generates an increased comfortable braking pressure, and the increased comfortable braking pressure is still smaller than the braking pressure corresponding to the stroke of the vehicle brake pedal, so that the risk of collision is reduced while the effect of comfortable braking is still maintained.
The technical solution of the embodiment of the present invention can be applied to the situation that the comfort braking function is started and the difference between the estimated braking distance corresponding to the comfort braking pressure and the target braking distance corresponding to the vehicle driving condition is monitored in real time by the method 400 for adjusting the comfort braking parking under the content of the present invention during the comfort braking operation, and the process returns to the block 402 at the block 412, so as to continuously monitor and correct and adjust the comfort braking pressure value, thereby reducing the risk of collision between the vehicle and the front obstacle on the premise of ensuring the comfort braking effect. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that further, the method 400 for adjusting a comfort brake park may further include a timing step between blocks 402 and 408, and if the determination of block 402 is still "negative" (i.e., not capable of safe comfort braking) after a set period of time, the flow may proceed to block 406 to instruct the comfort brake pressure control unit 200 of the vehicle to increase the comfort brake pressure to a brake pressure corresponding to the brake pedal travel to timely brake the vehicle.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that although in the above embodiment, method 400 includes blocks 410 and 412 to facilitate the comfort braking of the vehicle to a stop after the vehicle is stopped, when the vehicle is to be braked again (while the vehicle is held at a stop), device for comfort braking 100 commands and outputs a brake pressure corresponding to the vehicle brake pedal travel to comfort brake pressure control unit 200. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. In other embodiments of the invention, method 400 may not include blocks 410 and 412, in which case, for example and without limitation, the driver manually operates to cause the vehicle's pressure unit to return to generating a brake pressure corresponding to the vehicle's brake pedal travel. The present invention also provides a controller comprising a processor and a memory having stored thereon executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to perform the aforementioned method 400 for adjusting a comfort brake stop.
The technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention can be applied to the situation that the comfortable braking function is started, the difference value between the estimated braking distance corresponding to the comfortable braking pressure and the target braking distance corresponding to the vehicle running condition is monitored in real time by the method 400 in the invention during the working process of the comfortable braking, and the comfortable braking pressure value is continuously corrected, so that the risk of collision between the vehicle and the front obstacle is reduced on the premise of ensuring the comfortable braking effect.
In another aspect, the method of the embodiment of the present invention may also be applied when the vehicle system determines that the vehicle needs to be comfortably braked but comfort braking is not performed, that is, when comfort braking pressure is not generated, the preset comfort braking pressure is obtained by the method of the present invention and the pressure unit is instructed to generate corresponding pressure. Specifically, when the vehicle needs to be comfortably braked, the running condition of the vehicle is acquired; and obtaining a preset comfortable braking pressure based on the target braking distance corresponding to the running condition, and indicating the vehicle to generate the preset comfortable braking pressure to be provided for a brake wheel cylinder of the vehicle, wherein the preset comfortable braking pressure is smaller than a braking pressure corresponding to a brake pedal stroke of the vehicle. Here, the obtained preset comfort brake pressure value may be provided to the comfort brake pressure control unit 200, and then the comfort brake pressure control unit 200 instructs, for example, a pressure unit of the vehicle to generate a corresponding pressure; or alternatively, the obtained preset comfort brake pressure value may also instruct a pressure unit of the vehicle to generate a corresponding pressure via another control unit.
The present disclosure also provides a machine-readable storage medium having stored thereon executable instructions that, when executed, cause a machine to perform the aforementioned method 400 for adjusting a comfort brake stop.
The invention also provides a vehicle comprising a device 100 for adjusting a comfortable brake stop as described above.
