Firstly, adopt two flexible rollers 22 common with the contact of auxiliary leaf spring 3, can increase area of contact, realize that the atress is more even, secondly, two flexible rollers 22 enclose into the triangle-shaped structure with axle sleeve 213 three's fixed point, guarantee contact stability and rotational stability. In other embodiments, the flexible roller 22 may be arranged in one or more, as long as stable contact with the sub leaf spring 3 can be satisfied.
Optionally, the shaft sleeve 213 and the connecting shaft 12 are in clearance fit, so as to facilitate the dismounting and the maintenance of the roller assembly 2, and accordingly, the fixing bracket 1 does not need to be separated from the frame, meanwhile, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the pin 4 and the first mounting hole 2111, the fixing hole 221 and the second mounting hole 2121 are in clearance fit, so as to facilitate the dismounting and the maintenance of the flexible roller 22, for example, when one of the parts of the sub leaf spring bracket is damaged, only the part needs to be dismounted and replaced or maintained, and the whole sub leaf spring bracket does not need to be replaced at the same time, thereby reducing the maintenance cost.
Alternatively, in order to further reduce the friction resistance, as shown in fig. 4, a lubricating oil passage 41 is provided on the pin 4, the lubricating oil passage 41 includes an axial oil passage 411 extending in the axial direction of the pin 4 and a plurality of radial oil passages 412 extending in the radial direction of the pin 41, the plurality of radial oil passages 412 are communicated with the circumferential oil passage 411 and are uniformly arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction, and the axial oil passage 411 penetrates through the pin 4 and has one end connected with an oil nozzle. External lubricating oil is introduced into the axial passage 411 through the oil nipple, and then the flexible roller 22 is lubricated through the radial oil passages 412 provided at the respective positions, so that reduction in frictional resistance between the flexible roller 22 and the surface of the sub leaf spring 3 can be achieved.
