Abstract
A method for preventing the waste discharge process of label paper die cutting is characterized in that after the rolled label paper is unreeled and before the label paper is cut or die-cut, a surface paper layer and a bottom paper layer are separated by using a uncovering and compounding device, and the surface paper layer and the bottom paper layer are compounded after paper is fed in the air for a certain time, so that the viscosity of adhesive sticker on the surface paper layer is reduced, the stripping force between the surface paper layer and the bottom paper layer of the label paper is reduced, and the smooth waste discharge process of the die cutting is ensured. The invention carries out uncovering separation and recombination procedures on the label paper before the cutting or die cutting procedure so as to reduce the peeling force between the paper layer of the label paper and the base paper layer, thereby improving the waste discharge efficiency of die cutting and ensuring the smoothness of the cut large flat label.

Technical Field

Background

The surface paper layer of the label paper is provided with glue, the bottom paper layer is not provided with glue, the rolled label paper is usually unreeled and then directly cut and/or die-cut, and as the peeling force between the surface paper layer and the bottom paper layer is large, the waste edge is easily pulled and broken in the waste discharge process of die-cutting, so that the die-cutting process is interrupted, or the flatness of the directly cut large flat label is poor. According to the invention, the uncovering and recombination process is carried out before the label is cut or die-cut, when the paper feeding speed is set to be 50-150 m/min, the uncovered surface paper layer and the uncovered bottom paper layer are compounded through the recombination roller after running for 1-2 seconds in the air, and the viscosity of the non-setting adhesive on the surface paper layer is reduced, so that the stripping force between the label paper layer and the bottom paper layer is reduced, the die-cut waste edge is not easy to tear, and the waste discharge is smoother; meanwhile, the adhesive sticker layer is smoother in the uncovering, separating and recombining processes, the large flat label obtained by cutting is smoother, and the coiling or twisting phenomenon cannot be generated.
After the surface paper layer and the bottom paper layer of the label paper are uncovered and separated, the paper feeding speed of the surface paper layer and the bottom paper layer is the same, the paper feeding time of the uncovered and separated surface paper layer in the air is controlled to be 1-2 seconds, the paper feeding speed is 50-150 m/min, the surface paper layer and the bottom paper layer are recombined through a compounding roller, and the pressure of the compounding roller is 0.25 MPa. The paper feeding speed, the paper feeding time and the pressure of the composite roller are controlled, so that the peeling force between the paper layer and the base paper layer behind the composite roller is ensured to facilitate waste discharge, and the normal use of the produced label is not influenced.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the label paper of the present invention is subjected to a separation and recombination process of the cover paper layer and the base paper layer by a separation and recombination device. Because the label paper is stored in a roll, the length of the surface paper layer of the whole roll of label paper is different from that of the bottom paper layer, and the length of the surface paper layer which is uncovered and separated at the same time is slightly shorter than that of the bottom paper layer, the bottom paper layer with a certain length needs to be stored in advance, and the storage length is set according to different label paper rolls. The invention realizes the advanced storage of the bottom paper layer through the paper storage device. The bottom paper feeding device 3 comprises a plurality of bottom paper guide rollers 3-1 and a paper storage device, the paper storage device comprises paper storage rollers 3-2, an adjusting cylinder 3-3, a sliding block 3-4 and a sliding rail 3-5, the paper storage rollers 3-2 are arranged on the sliding block, a piston rod of the adjusting cylinder 3-3 is fixedly connected with the sliding block, the adjusting cylinder drives the sliding block to slide along the sliding rail, the position of the sliding block is adjusted in advance, and after the separated bottom paper layer is uncovered, passes through the bottom paper guide rollers 3-1, bypasses the paper storage rollers 3-2 to be cached for a certain length, and then passes through the bottom paper guide rollers behind the paper storage rollers again to be conveyed to the compound rollers 4; the facial tissue paper feeding device 2 comprises a plurality of facial tissue guide rollers 2-1 which are arranged at intervals, and the facial tissue layers are separated and then conveyed to the compound roller 4 through the facial tissue guide rollers 2-1 and are compounded with the bottom tissue layers. The compounded label paper is directly cut into large flat labels or directly rolled and then die-cut into labels with required shapes, and then or the re-compounded label paper is cut, rolled and then die-cut into labels with required shapes.
The number of the paper storage rollers 3-2 is 1-3, and the number of the paper storage rollers and the position of a piston rod of the adjusting cylinder are set according to the length difference of the surface paper layer and the bottom paper layer of the whole roll of label paper. When the paper storage rollers are arranged at intervals of 2-3, the paper storage rollers are positioned in the same vertical direction, the bottom paper guide rollers positioned behind the paper storage rollers are arranged at intervals of 3-4 and positioned in the same vertical direction, the bottom paper layer alternately penetrates through the bottom paper guide rollers and the paper storage rollers, and the adjustment of the paper storage length is realized by adjusting the position of a piston rod of the air cylinder.
The initial peeling force between the paper layer and the base paper layer of the label and the peeling force after the label is uncovered and compounded are tested by a tensile testing machine, the testing temperature is 23 ℃, and the testing humidity is 50% RH. The test results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from table 1, after the label paper is peeled and then laminated, the peeling force between the face paper layer and the base paper layer is significantly reduced. The stripping force is reduced, the stripping force between the waste edges with the adhesive and the base paper is reduced in the die cutting process of the label paper, the waste edges are easy to take up, the breaking rate of the waste edges is effectively reduced, and the die cutting efficiency is improved; in addition, the large-flat label directly cut by the label paper which is uncovered and then compounded is smoother.
