the solid walls at two sides of the clamp frame (1) are respectively provided with a fixing pin middle hole (4) which is a through hole, two sides of the hole are rectangular, and the middle of the hole is circular so as to facilitate the insertion of a fixing pin (8); two sides of the outer end of the bottom of the clamp frame (1) are respectively provided with a first mounting hole (5), the hole is shaped like a circular truncated cone, the size of the hole is slightly larger than that of the first mounting convex rod (11), and the size of the circular truncated cone is not smaller than 102% of the geometric dimension of the first mounting convex rod (11) at the corresponding mounting position; the bottom of the supporting rod (6) is a cylinder, a cylindrical bulge is arranged on the part, close to the clamp frame (1), above the supporting rod, a semi-annular clamp head is welded on the cylindrical bulge, and a layer of anti-skid rubber is adhered on the outer surface of the cylindrical bulge; the bottom of the support rod (6) is welded on the clamp frame (1);
the hollow part in the middle of the storage base (9) is filled with elastic foam plastic, and the surface of the foam plastic is covered with a layer of Lycra cotton cloth; the two storage bases (9) are respectively arranged in front of and behind the clamp frame (1) and are connected through a fixing pin middle hole (4), a fixing pin bottom hole (10) and a fixing pin (8);
