In order to fix the water purifier sleeve; as shown in fig. 1-3 and 7, the water purifier sleeve fixing assembly includes a pressing plate 33 and a rotating column 34, the rotating column 34 is rotatably connected to an inner wall of one side of a support 9, a first servo motor 12 is fixed to an outer wall of one side of the support 9 through a bolt, an output end of the first servo motor 12 is connected to an outer wall of one side of the rotating column 34 through a coupling, the pressing plate 33 is connected to an outer wall of the circumference of the rotating column 34 through a thread, a second telescopic spring 35 is fixed to outer walls of two sides of the rotating column 34 through bolts, concentric rollers 36 are rotatably connected to outer walls of one side of the two second telescopic spring 35, the same water purifier sleeve 18 is rotatably connected to outer walls of the circumference of the two concentric rollers 36, an adjusting screw 17 is rotatably connected to an outer wall of one side of the support 9; the opening position of the water purifier sleeve can be pressed on the surface of the pressing plate 33 by utilizing the pressing plate 33, the outer wall of the cambered surface of the arc-shaped fastening plate 16 can be pressed on the bottom of the water purifier sleeve by rotating the adjusting screw 17, so that the water purifier sleeve can be fixed and simultaneously the water purifier sleeve can be driven to rotate by utilizing the servo motor I12, the fixed position of the water purifier sleeve can be guided by arranging the concentric rollers 36, and because the specifications of the two telescopic spring columns II 35 and the specifications of the two concentric rollers 36 are the same, after the water purifier sleeve 18 is sleeved in the two concentric rollers 36, the central shaft of the water purifier sleeve 18 is ensured to be coincided with the central shaft of the pressing plate 33 because the two telescopic spring columns 35 can be compressed simultaneously, the eccentric phenomenon of the water purifier sleeve when being fixed is avoided, and the water purifier sleeve 18, the water purifier sleeve is shifted left and right in the subsequent polishing process, and the dust removal efficiency is influenced.
In order to reduce dead angles of polishing; as shown in fig. 1-3, the same slide rail 15 is fixed on the inner walls of both sides of the bracket 9 through bolts, the rack plate 11 is connected on the inner wall of the slide rail 15 in a sliding manner, the same gear column 19 is connected on the inner walls of both sides of the bracket 9 in a rotating manner, the circumferential outer wall of the gear column 19 is connected on the outer wall of the top of the rack plate 11 in a rotating manner, the bevel gears 39 are connected on the circumferential outer wall of the adjusting screw 6 and the circumferential outer wall of the gear column 19 through keys, the two bevel gears 39 are engaged with each other, and the polishing mechanism is fixed on; the bevel gear 39 is used for driving the gear column 19 to rotate in the rotating process of the adjusting screw rod 6, so that the rack plate 11 is driven to slide along the inner wall of the sliding rail 15 by the rotation of the gear column 19, the polishing mechanism can move in the horizontal direction, and the horizontal movement of the polishing mechanism can be utilized to reduce dead angles existing in polishing when the length of the sleeve of the water purifier is long in the polishing process.
Preferably, the polishing mechanism comprises a limiting column 28, an installation frame 29 and a compensation screw 32, the installation frame 29 is fixed on the outer wall of the bottom of the rack plate 11 through a bolt, the compensation screw 32 is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the bottom of the installation frame 29, the outer wall of the bottom of the compensation screw 32 is rotatably connected with an adjusting frame 40 through a bearing, the outer walls of the bottoms of the two limiting columns 28 are both fixed on the outer wall of the top of the adjusting frame 40 through bolts, the inner walls of the two sides of the adjusting frame 40 are rotatably connected with two polishing rollers 31, the circumferential outer walls of the two polishing rollers 31 are both connected with a belt wheel 8 through a key, the circumferential outer walls of the two belt wheels 8 are rotatably connected with the same belt 7, a third servo motor 30 is fixed on the outer wall of one side of; three 30 servo motor make two burnishing rollers 31 rotate simultaneously under the drive of belt 7, rotate compensation screw 32 and can guarantee the laminating degree between burnishing roller 31 and the water purifier sleeve, are provided with two burnishing rollers 31 simultaneously and can improve the speed and the effect of polishing.
When the water purifier sleeve polishing device is used, firstly, a water purifier sleeve to be polished is sleeved into the two concentric rollers 36, one outer wall of one side of the water purifier sleeve is tightly attached to the surface of the pressing plate 33, then the adjusting screw 17 is rotated to enable the arc-shaped fastening plate 16 to fix the outer wall of the other side of the water purifier sleeve, then the compensation screw 32 is rotated to enable the adjusting frame 40 to move downwards, the attaching degree between the polishing roller 31 and the outer circumferential wall of the water purifier sleeve is ensured, then the servo motor II 14 is controlled to enable the servo motor II 14 to drive the adjusting screw 6 to rotate, the lifting plate 25 moves upwards, the outer circumferential wall of the water purifier sleeve is rotationally connected to the outer circumferential walls of the two hole-shaped rollers 21 under the compression of the compression spring 23, meanwhile, the rack plate 11 drives the installing frame 29 to adjust in the horizontal position, so that the polishing position of the polishing roller, make a servo motor 12 drive water purifier sleeve rotation, two polishing rollers 31 rotate simultaneously and polish the water purifier sleeve, it makes adsorbing material 38 collect the dust that the polishing process produced to bleed air subassembly 2 production negative pressure in the polishing process, along with going on of polishing, the polishing operation is accomplished in most region of water purifier sleeve circumference outer wall, servo motor two 14 reversals afterwards, make lifter plate 25 move down, rack plate 11 slides along slide rail 15 simultaneously, polish the position that the small part of water purifier sleeve surface does not have the polishing, thereby reduce the dead angle of polishing.

s4: polishing the water purifier sleeve by using a polishing roller 31;
s5: controlling the polishing roller 31 to move horizontally to polish different positions of the sleeve of the water purifier;
s6: and (4) taking down the water purifier sleeve after polishing.

A polishing device for processing a water purifier comprises a base (1), a negative pressure adsorption component and a water purifier sleeve fixing component, and is characterized in that a support (9) is fixed on the outer wall of the top of the base (1) through bolts, the inner wall of the top of the support (9) and the outer wall of the top of the base (1) are rotatably connected with a same adjusting screw rod (6), a servo motor II (14) is fixed on the outer wall of the top of the support (9) through bolts, the output end of the servo motor II (14) is connected to the outer wall of the top of the adjusting screw rod (6) through a coupler, three guide pillars (13) are fixed on the outer wall of the top of the base (1) and the inner wall of the top of the support (9) through bolts, the outer walls of the circumferences of the three guide pillars (13) are slidably connected with a same lifting, box (5) one side outer wall sliding connection has two traveller (24), two traveller (24) one side outer wall has same U type frame (22) through the bolt fastening, U type frame (22) one side outer wall and box (5) one side outer wall joint have two compression spring (23), two compression spring (23) circumference inner wall sliding connection respectively in two traveller (24) circumference outer walls, U type frame (22) both sides inner wall rotates and is connected with same hole type roller (21), two U type frame (22) one side outer wall all has gas box (20) through the bolt fastening, adsorption component passes through pipe connection in two gas box (20) one side outer walls.
2. The polishing device for water purifier processing according to claim 1, characterized in that the top outer wall of the base (1) is provided with a controller (4).

The polishing device for processing the water purifier as recited in claim 1, wherein the negative pressure adsorption component comprises an air extraction component (2) and a dust storage box (3), the air extraction component (2) and the dust storage box (3) are both fixed on the outer wall of the top of the base (1) through bolts, the output end of the air extraction component (2) is connected to the outer wall of one side of the dust storage box (3) through a pipeline, the inner walls of the two sides of the air extraction component (2) are rotatably connected with an air guide frame (37), and the adsorption material (38) is placed inside the air guide frame (37).

The polishing device for processing the water purifier as recited in claim 3, wherein a three-way pipe (10) is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the dust storage box (3) through bolts, and two ends of the three-way pipe (10) are respectively connected to the outer walls of one sides of the two gas boxes (20) through pipelines.

The polishing device for water purifier processing according to claim 1, wherein the water purifier sleeve fixing component comprises a pressing plate (33) and a rotating column (34), the rotating column (34) is rotatably connected to the inner wall of one side of the support (9), the outer wall of one side of the support (9) is fixedly provided with a first servo motor (12) through a bolt, the output end of the first servo motor (12) is connected to the outer wall of one side of the rotating column (34) through a coupler, the pressing plate (33) is connected to the outer wall of the circumference of the rotating column (34) through a thread, the outer walls of two sides of the rotating column (34) are fixedly provided with a second telescopic spring column (35) through a bolt, the outer wall of one side of the second telescopic spring column (35) is rotatably connected with a concentric roller (36), and the outer wall of the circumference of the two concentric rollers (36).

The polishing device for water purifier processing according to claim 6, wherein an adjusting screw (17) is rotatably connected to the outer wall of one side of the bracket (9), and an arc-shaped fastening plate (16) is rotatably connected to the outer wall of one side of the adjusting screw (17) through a bearing.

The polishing device for processing the water purifier as recited in claim 1, wherein the same sliding rail (15) is fixed on the inner wall of each side of the support (9) through a bolt, a rack plate (11) is connected on the inner wall of each sliding rail (15) in a sliding manner, the same gear column (19) is connected on the inner wall of each side of the support (9) in a rotating manner, the outer wall of the circumference of the gear column (19) is connected on the outer wall of the top of the rack plate (11) in a rotating manner, the outer wall of the circumference of the adjusting screw (6) and the outer wall of the circumference of the gear column (19) are connected through a key to form a bevel gear (39), the two bevel gears (39) are meshed with each other.

The polishing device for processing the water purifier as recited in claim 8, wherein the polishing mechanism comprises a limiting column (28), a mounting rack (29) and a compensating screw (32), the mounting rack (29) is fixed on the outer wall of the bottom of the rack plate (11) through a bolt, the compensating screw (32) is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the bottom of the mounting rack (29), the outer wall of the bottom of the compensating screw (32) is rotatably connected with an adjusting rack (40) through a bearing, the outer walls of the bottoms of the two limiting columns (28) are both fixed on the outer wall of the top of the adjusting rack (40) through bolts, the inner walls of the two sides of the adjusting rack (40) are rotatably connected with two polishing rollers (31), the outer walls of the circumferences of the two polishing rollers (31) are both connected with belt wheels (8) through keys, the outer walls of the circumferences of the two belt wheels (8) are rotatably connected with the same belt (7, the output end of the servo motor III (30) is connected with the input end of one of the polishing rollers (31) through a coupler.
10. A polishing method of the polishing apparatus for water purifier processing according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by comprising the steps of:
s1: sleeving and fixing the sleeve of the water purifier;
s2: the circumferential outer wall of the polishing roller (31) is attached to the circumferential outer wall of the water purifier sleeve;
s3: the circumferential outer wall of the hole-shaped roller (21) is rotationally connected with the circumferential outer wall of the water purifier sleeve;
s4: polishing the water purifier sleeve by using a polishing roller (31);
s5: controlling a polishing roller (31) to move horizontally to polish different positions of the sleeve of the water purifier;
s6: and (4) taking down the water purifier sleeve after polishing.
