Step five: the maintenance of the ladle 10 is completed, the roller shutter 14 is loosened, the roller shutter 4 is wound on the rotating shaft 141 under the action of the volute spiral spring, the sealing of the front side and the rear side of the upright post 1 is released, the main body part of the dust removal assembly is moved to leave the maintenance station, and then the travelling crane takes the ladle 10 away from the hot maintenance station.
Because the hoisting lines are different in size and shape, referring to fig. 8, the ladle hot repair closed dust removal assembly is further provided with a die buckle 17, the die buckle 17 corresponds to the clamping blocks 73 in shape, and when the die buckle 17 is positioned between the clamping blocks 73, complete sealing can be achieved. The die buckle 17 is composed of two half blocks and can be clamped on a hoisting line, so that the hoisting line is conveniently matched with the clamping block 73, and the applicability is improved.
The ladle hot repair closed dust removal assembly in the embodiment is used for dust removal of ladle hot repair, and the ladle hot repair closed dust removal assembly enables a ladle to be in a relatively sealed space during hot repair through relative sealing of six surfaces of the stand column, so that overflow of smoke generated by ladle hot repair is effectively reduced, and dust removal is more thorough.

Claims (10)

1. The closed dust removal assembly for the hot repair of the steel ladle is characterized by comprising a sliding dust removal cover, wherein the sliding dust removal cover comprises an upright post (1), a sealing cover (4), a cover body (5), a side plate (9), a roller shutter (14), a protection plate 15 and a dust suction negative pressure pipe (6);
the walking wheels (2) are arranged at the bottom of the upright post (1), the side plate (9) is arranged on the left side of the upright post (1), the right side plate (15) is arranged on the right side of the upright post (1), the roller shutters (14) are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the upright post (1), and the sealing cover (4) is arranged at the top of the upright post (1);
a middle hanging sealing group (7) and a side hanging sealing group (8) with the same structure are arranged in the sealing cover (4), the middle hanging sealing group (7) consists of two conveyor belt pieces which are arranged side by side and are attached to each other at the linear conveying side, the conveying piece comprises a fixed rotating shaft (71), a conveying wheel (72), a clamping block (73), a supporting belt (74) and a cover plate (75), the transmission wheel (72) is rotationally connected with the sealing cover (4) through a fixed rotating shaft (71), the supporting belt (74) is sleeved on the conveying wheel (72) as a conveying belt, a plurality of clamping blocks (73) which are attached to each other are arranged outside the supporting belt (74), a telescopic rod (76) and a return spring (77) are arranged between the clamping block (73) and the supporting belt (74), the upper part and the lower part of the conveying wheel (72) are respectively provided with a cover plate (75), and the cover plate (75) is provided with a dust suction tube (3) communicated with the lower space of the dust suction negative pressure tube (6) and the sealing cover (4);
the middle hanging sealing group (7) is positioned on one side of the side hanging sealing group (8), and the straight line conveying side, close to the conveying belt piece of the side hanging sealing group (8), of the middle hanging sealing group (7) is attached to the straight line conveying side of the side portion of the conveying belt piece in the side hanging sealing group (8).

The ladle hot repair closed dust removal assembly according to claim 1, wherein the protective plate (15) is provided with tempered glass (151) and a rotary sphere (152), and the rotary sphere (152) is provided with a hole for accommodating the oxygen blowing lance (16) to pass through and a clamping piece for clamping the oxygen blowing lance (16).

The ladle hot repair closed dust removal assembly of claim 1, wherein a pressing member is arranged between the roller shutter (14) and the upright post (1), the pressing member comprises a movable rotating shaft (141), a movable support (142), a fixed block (143), a sliding rod (144) and a pulling spring (145), the roller shutter (14) is wound on the movable rotating shaft (141), two ends of the movable rotating shaft (141) are rotatably connected with the movable support (142), the movable support (142) is slidably connected with the fixed block (143) through the sliding rod (144), the pulling spring (145) for driving the movable support (142) to be close to the fixed block (143) is arranged between the fixed block (143) and the movable support (142), the fixed block (143) is fixedly connected with the upright post (1), the sealing cover (4) is provided with a sliding block, and the sliding block is fixedly connected with one end of the roller shutter (14), the other end of the rolling curtain (14) is connected with a movable rotating shaft (141) through a spiral spring.
4. The ladle hot-repair closed dust removal assembly of claim 1, wherein the edge of the cover plate (75) extends to the latch (73).
5. The ladle hot repair closed dust removal assembly according to claim 1, wherein a cover body (5) is arranged above the sealing cover (4), and one end of the dust suction negative pressure pipe (6) is positioned in the cover body (5).
6. The ladle hot repair closed dust removal assembly according to claim 1, wherein a door panel (91) is provided on the side plate (9).

The ladle hot repair closed dust removal assembly according to claim 1, further comprising a sliding rail (13), wherein the sliding rail (13) is matched with the traveling wheels (2), and limit switches corresponding to the number and positions of the repair stations are arranged on the sliding rail (13).
8. The ladle hot repair closed dust removal assembly according to claim 1, wherein the number of the walking wheels (2) is set according to the span of the upright post (1), and the number of the walking wheels (2) is 6-8.
9. The ladle hot repair closed dust removal assembly according to claim 1, wherein a lighting lamp is arranged at the bottom of the sealing cover (4).
10. The ladle hot repair closed dust removal assembly according to claim 9, further comprising an operation box for controlling the travelling wheels (2) to advance and retreat, wherein the operation box is internally provided with an operation piece for performing interlocking setting on the working positions of the travelling wheels (2) during automatic travelling and controlling the switch of an illuminating lamp.
