When the through hole 112 is opened, the pressure gas can enter the pressure gas buffer tank 112 and then enter the gas guide hole 111, and when the through hole 112 is closed, the pressure gas can not enter the pressure gas buffer tank 112 and then can not enter the gas guide hole 111, so that the opening and closing of the gas guide hole 111 are realized.
Alternatively, the through-hole 211 may be a circular through-hole coaxial with the pressure gas buffer tank 112. The pressurized gas can be more uniformly introduced into the pressurized gas buffer container 112.
For example, the diameter of the circular through hole may be smaller than the diameter of the pressure gas buffer groove 112, and the driving member 22 may drive the baffle 23 to move along the axial direction of the circular through hole, so that the plate surface of the baffle 23 abuts against the cover plate 21 and blocks the circular through hole, or the baffle 23 is separated from the cover plate 21, and the circular through hole is opened.

The problem of when the pressure of pressure gas is not enough to overcome the resistance of impurity, the clearance ware blocks up and can not continue to push out the pipeline with impurity is solved.
One implementation of the present disclosure may be described herein to facilitate an understanding of the present disclosure. In one implementation of the present disclosure, the transport pressure of the pipeline to be cleaned in the pipe cleaning process is 6MPa, and the impurities in the pipeline are mainly rust, soil and water. According to the field operation process, the upper threshold pressure of the pipeline to be cleaned is 0.5MPa, and the lower threshold pressure is 0.2 MPa.
In the operation process of the pipeline cleaner, the cleaning assembly 1 on the mounting seat 11 in the pipeline cleaner pushes impurities when moving, the impurities (such as iron rust, soil, hydrate formed by water and natural gas and the like) on one side of the cleaning assembly 1 in the pipeline cleaner are accumulated, and once the blockage condition is reached, the pipeline cleaner stops advancing. At the moment, the pressure of one side of the pipeline cleaner cleaning assembly 1 is unchanged, the pushing pressure of the other side of the pipeline cleaner cleaning assembly 1 is increased along with the pressure gas, when the pressure of the other side of the pipeline cleaner cleaning assembly 1 exceeds the pressure of one side of the pipeline cleaner cleaning assembly 1 by 0.5MPa, the air guide hole 111 in the mounting seat 11 is opened by the switch assembly 2 in the pipeline cleaner, the pressure gas of the other side of the cleaning assembly 1 flows to one side of the cleaning assembly 1 from the other side of the cleaning assembly 1 through the air guide hole 111, and the blockage impurities at the front end of the pipeline cleaner are blown by the pressure gas flowing out of the air guide hole 111 at a high speed, so that the blockage removal purpose is achieved. The pressure difference between the two sides of the cleaning assembly 1 is reduced to be less than 0.2MPa, the switch assembly 2 closes the air guide hole 111, and the pressure gas pushes the mounting seat 11 to continue to advance.
The above description is intended to be exemplary only and not to limit the present disclosure, and any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present disclosure is to be considered as the same as the present disclosure.
