Abstract
The invention relates to a coating roller and a roller coating device comprising the same. The coating roller comprises a cylinder body capable of rotating around a vertical axis, and a top cover and a bottom cover which are respectively positioned at the upper end and the lower end of the cylinder body, wherein the peripheral surface of the cylinder body is a roller coating working surface, and a plurality of paint flow channels are arranged on the top cover. The invention has the advantages that the paint is uniformly distributed on the coating roller, and then uniform coating is realized.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a painting device for wood, in particular to a coating roller for painting the sunken surface of a wood edge strip and a roller coating device comprising the coating roller.
Background
The paint pipe of the existing painting device for the sunken surface of the wooden edge strip is directly added with paint at a certain position of the outer side wall of the hollow roller, and the paint is distributed on the side wall of the roller under the opposite rotation action of the two rollers, so that the sunken surface of the wooden edge strip is painted. Because paint is added to the peripheral side wall of the roller from a fixed position in the technology, the paint flows downwards under the action of gravity, so that the paint cannot be uniformly distributed on the side wall of the roller when the two rollers rotate in opposite directions, and the painting quality is further reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
To solve the above problems in the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a coating roller in which paint can be uniformly distributed on the peripheral side wall of the roller and thus uniform painting can be achieved. Another object of the present invention is to provide a roll coating apparatus comprising the same.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a coating roller, comprising a cylinder body capable of rotating around a vertical axis, and a top cover and a bottom cover respectively positioned at the upper end and the lower end of the cylinder body, wherein the peripheral surface of the cylinder body is a roller coating working surface, and the coating roller is characterized in that: the top cover is provided with a plurality of paint flow passages.
According to the scheme, the top cover is provided with the paint flow channels, the top cover is located at the upper end of the cylinder, paint can flow to the upper portion of the cylinder through the flow channels and then flows to the whole peripheral side wall of the coating roller from top to bottom around, so that the paint can be uniformly distributed on the peripheral side wall of the coating roller, and uniform painting is achieved.
Preferably, the plurality of paint flow passages includes a central annular groove, an outer annular groove and a plurality of inclined chutes communicating the central annular groove and the outer annular groove.
The central annular groove is as the accepting groove of paint, for the initial station of paint on scribbling the roller, and outside annular groove is close to the barrel outer wall, for spilling over groove and the transfer station of paint, and both get up through a plurality of oblique spout UNICOMs, are spoke rim form, conveniently with the paint equipartition in the last periphery of barrel.
Preferably, the coating roller further comprises an end cap located above the cylinder, the end cap being provided with annular gaps separated by tie bars.
The annular gap is beneficial to leading in paint and preventing foreign matters from entering the paint. The end cover effectively prevents foreign matters from falling on the end face of the roller on the whole, so that the blockage of a paint flow passage and the pollution of paint are prevented, and the paint utilization rate and the painting quality are improved.
Preferably, the coating roller further comprises a paint collecting tray located below the cylinder, and a paint outlet is formed in the lower position of the paint collecting tray.
Therefore, the redundant paint can be collected for recycling, and the paint waste is reduced.
Preferably, the inclined slide groove has a slope of 0 to 2 degrees, and a position connecting one end of the central annular groove is relatively high.
Preferably, the inclined sliding groove has a trapezoidal section, a rectangular section, or a semicircular section.
Therefore, the flow speed of the paint in the flow channel can be conveniently adjusted according to the requirement, and the paint supply amount in unit time is further controlled.
Preferably, the width of the central annular groove is greater than the width of the outer annular grooves.
Therefore, the width of the central annular groove is slightly larger, which is beneficial to adding paint; the external annular recess of smaller width is mainly advantageous in that the paint merges and in time forms a waterfall flow at the top of the roller.
Preferably, the barrel, the top cover and the bottom cover are fixedly connected by welding. This contributes to the structural rigidity and strength of the applicator roll.
In order to achieve another object of the present invention, the present invention provides a roll coating apparatus comprising the above-described coating roll. Due to the application of the coating roller, the roller coating device has the advantages brought by the coating roller.
Preferably, the roller coating device of the invention further comprises an auxiliary roller and a conveying device which are arranged adjacent to the coating roller, and the coating roller is positioned on one side of the conveying device.
The auxiliary roller can further enable the paint on the peripheral side face of the coating roller to be more uniform, the thickness of the paint on the peripheral side wall of the coating roller cylinder body is effectively controlled, and the conveying device can assist workpieces to be conveyed forwards well during painting; therefore, the paint can be uniformly distributed on the side wall of the roller, so that the sinking surface of the wood edge strip can be uniformly painted, and the painting quality is improved.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the roller coating device of the invention comprises a vertically arranged coating roller 4, an auxiliary roller 5 which is arranged side by side with the coating roller 4, and a conveying device 1 for bearing the wood edge strip 2. The coating roller 4 and the auxiliary roller 5 are rotated in opposite directions by a driving device (not shown). The coating roller 4 is positioned on the side surface of the conveying device 1, and the outer periphery of the coating roller 4 is coated with paint on the sunken surface 21 of the wood edge strip. The coating roller 4 rotates around the X axis, and the wood edge strip 2 advances along the conveying direction, namely the direction parallel to the paper surface in the figure 1, so that the painting operation on the whole sinking surface 21 can be completed.
The coating roller 4 is provided with an end cover 3 which does not rotate along with the roller above the coating roller, and is provided with a circular ring-shaped paint collecting disc 6 which is matched with the roller but does not rotate along with the roller below the coating roller. The end cover 3 and the paint collecting tray 6 are respectively separated from the upper end and the lower end of the roller by a certain distance.
Referring to fig. 3, the coating roller 4 is a hollow roller, and mainly comprises a top cover 7, a cylinder 8, a bottom cover 10 and a rotating shaft 9, and all the parts are fixed together in a welding manner. The top cover 7 includes a cylindrical portion 72 and a dome portion 71. The dome portion 71 is provided with a plurality of paint flow paths, as will be described in more detail below.
Referring to fig. 4, the paint flow path on the top cover 7 includes a central annular groove 73, an outer annular groove 75 and a plurality of inclined chutes 74 communicating the central and outer annular grooves. The central annular groove 73, which is located immediately adjacent to the central axis, has a width of 10mm and a depth of 2mm and is primarily used for paint addition. The outer annular groove 75 is 2mm from the edge of the cylinder, 4mm in width and 4mm in depth, and is mainly used for paint convergence. The inclined chutes 74 are radially and uniformly distributed around the top cover 7, and radially radiate from the central region of the top cover. The inclined chutes 74 have a slope of 2 degrees, and are relatively high at an end near the central region of the top cover 7 and low at an end near the periphery of the top cover, thereby increasing the flow rate of the paint.
Referring to fig. 5, the outer diameter of the bottom surface of the end cap 3 is the same as the outer diameter of the cylinder, the inner diameter is matched with the diameter of the rotating shaft, and an annular gap 31 with a width of 20mm is arranged at the outward corresponding position of the same circumference as the outer diameter of the top cap cylindrical part 72, and the gap is used for determining the position of the paint pipe. The annular gap 31 is divided into three segments by three evenly distributed connecting ribs 32. The end cover 3 can prevent foreign matters from entering the end face of the roller, so that the smoothness of a flow passage is ensured to the maximum extent and paint is not polluted during working; the annular gap ensures a stable introduction of paint.
Referring to fig. 6, the outer diameter of the paint collecting tray 6 is larger than the outer diameter of the roller, the inner diameter is smaller than the outer diameter of the roller, a paint outlet 61 with the diameter of 20mm is designed at the lower position of the bottom surface of the circular ring, and the paint is recovered to the maximum extent while collecting the redundant paint.
Referring to fig. 7, the inclined chute 74 has a slope of 0 ° to effectively reduce the flow rate of paint. This is different from fig. 4.
Referring to fig. 8, the outside of the top cover cylindrical portion 72 is provided with an isolation region 76 having a width of 15mm in the radial direction. The central annular groove 73 moves outwardly accordingly, and the distance of the inclined chute 74 becomes shorter, reducing the paint flow time to some extent.
Referring to fig. 9, the cross section of the flow path of the inclined chute 74 is an isosceles trapezoid having a bottom of 4mm and a bottom angle of 120 degrees. When the length of the bottom edge is the same, the cross section area of the trapezoidal flow passage is larger than that of the square, namely the flow of the paint in the inclined flow passage reaches the maximum value.
Referring to fig. 10, the depth of the inclined chute 74 gradually increases from inside to outside, from 35mm to 72mm, so that the impact speed of paint reaching the outer annular groove is low, and the whole paint confluence area can be quickly filled.
In the above embodiment, the inclined slide groove 74 extends substantially linearly in the radial direction. The inclined chutes 74 may also have a certain curvature to reduce the moving time of the paint on the flow channel and the friction force on the side wall of the flow channel to some extent, and to accelerate the flowing speed of the paint. In addition, the oblique chutes 74 may also be angled with respect to the radial direction. These can all be adjusted as required.
