After the medicine pounding cylinder 30 rotates for a period of time, the rotation is stopped, the pounding hammer 20 works for another period of time, so that the pounding hammer 20 and the medicine pounding cylinder 30 work alternately, and finally all the herbal pieces in the medicine pounding cylinder 30 are crushed to the granularity which can pass through the meshes of the filter screen 32. It can be known from the above working process that since the medicine pounding barrel 30 can separate the crushed herbal pieces from the medicine pounding barrel 30, the pounding hammer 20 can efficiently crush the remaining herbal pieces in the medicine pounding barrel 30 in the next working stage, and further the working efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, the upper edge of the bottom plate 31 is provided with an annular slot 311, and the filter screen 32 can be inserted into the slot 311, so as to achieve a fixed connection with the bottom plate 31. When filter screen 32 is damaged or clogged seriously, filter screen 32 can be taken out conveniently and then cleaned or replaced.
In one embodiment, the plurality of stirring pieces 321 are uniformly distributed on the inner wall of the filtering net 32 along the circumferential direction, so that the mixing effect of the herbal pieces in the pounding cylinder 30 can be improved, and the herbal piece powder which can pass through the meshes of the filtering net 32 can pass through the filtering net 32 more quickly.
In one embodiment, the drive device 60 includes a first gear 61, a second gear 62, and a first motor 63. The first gear 61 is sleeved on the support shaft 50, and the first gear 61 is fixedly connected with the support shaft 50. The first spherical groove 71 is arranged at the bottom of the bottom plate 31, the mounting seat 72 is positioned between the supporting shaft 50 and the bottom plate 31, the upper end of the mounting seat 72 is provided with a second spherical groove 721 with the same diameter as the first spherical groove 71, and the lower end of the mounting seat 72 is fixedly connected with the supporting shaft 50. The upper portion of the ball 73 is located in the first spherical groove 71, the lower portion of the ball 73 is located in the second spherical groove 721, the diameter of the ball 73 is the same as that of the second spherical groove 721, and the ball 73 can roll freely in the first spherical groove 71 and the second spherical groove 721. A plurality of pressure springs 74 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the mounting seat 72, and two ends of each pressure spring 74 are fixedly connected with the bottom plate 31 and the mounting seat 72 respectively.
In one embodiment, the air outlet of the purging tube 80 is located near the highest position of the bottom of the collecting cylinder 40, the purging tube 80 is aligned with the supporting shaft 50, and the air outlet direction of the purging tube 80 is substantially parallel to the inclination direction of the bottom of the collecting cylinder 40. The purging tube 80 is connected to a gas source (not shown in the drawings), and when the traditional Chinese medicine pounder in the embodiment is of a small structure suitable for laboratory use, the gas source is preferably a balloon which can be pinched by hand, the balloon is provided with a one-way valve which can only feed gas and can not discharge gas, and after the balloon is pinched by hand, the gas in the balloon is ejected from the purging tube 80. When the traditional Chinese medicine mashing machine in the embodiment is a large-scale structure suitable for production and use, the air source is an air storage tank or an air feeder and other equipment.
In this embodiment, a portion of the material separated from the tamp cartridge 30 tends to accumulate in region a of fig. 1, and this portion can be collected by purging the portion through the purge tube 80.

In this embodiment, it is preferable that the top of the pounding cylinder 30 keeps a certain gap with the bottom of the shielding plate 91, so that after the pounding cylinder 30 is covered by the shielding plate 91, the rotating pounding cylinder 30 does not contact with the shielding plate 91, thereby preventing the shielding plate 91 from generating interference resistance to the rotation of the pounding cylinder 30.

the collecting cylinder is fixed on the rack and positioned at the periphery of the drug smashing cylinder, the upper end of the collecting cylinder is open, the bottom of the collecting cylinder is inclined, and the lowest part of the bottom of the collecting cylinder is provided with a discharge hole;
the supporting shaft is rotatably arranged on the rack along the vertical direction, the upper end of the supporting shaft penetrates through the collecting cylinder and then is connected with the bottom plate, and the supporting shaft can drive the bottom plate to rotate together when rotating; and
the driving device is arranged on the frame and drives the supporting shaft to rotate forwards and backwards in an intermittent mode;
the upper end of back shaft through a connection structure with the bottom plate is connected, connection structure includes:
the first spherical groove is formed at the bottom of the bottom plate;
the upper end of the mounting seat is provided with a second spherical groove with the same diameter as the first spherical groove, and the lower end of the mounting seat is fixedly connected with the supporting shaft;
