4. The plant for the preparation of urea solution according to claim 1, characterized in that said ultrasonic cleaning device (2) is a plurality of said ultrasonic cleaning devices (2) arranged at a distance from each other; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the ultrasonic cleaning device (2) is arranged at the inner bottom of the container (1).
5. Plant for the preparation of urea solution according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that it comprises a level detection device mounted to said container (1) to detect the level of the liquid inside said container (1).
6. A method for controlling a plant for the preparation of urea solution according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that it comprises:
receiving a trigger signal;
responding to the trigger signal, controlling the ultrasonic cleaning device (2) to start;
controlling a stirring device (3) to start under the condition that the running time of the ultrasonic cleaning device (2) reaches a first preset time;
and controlling the blow-down valve (6) to be opened under the condition that the running time of the stirring device (3) reaches a second preset time.
7. The control method of a urea solution preparation plant according to claim 6, characterized in that it further comprises, in the case where the stirring device (3) is operated for a second predetermined period of time:
and controlling the ultrasonic cleaning device (2) to stop working.
8. The control method of a urea solution preparation plant according to claim 6, characterized in that it further comprises, after receiving a trigger signal, before controlling the ultrasonic cleaning device (2) to start up in response to said trigger signal:
controlling the water inlet valve (4) and the pump (5) to be opened to replenish water into the container (1);
detecting the liquid level of the container (1), and controlling the water inlet valve (4) and the pump (5) to be closed when the liquid level in the container (1) reaches a first preset height.
9. The control method of a urea solution preparation plant according to claim 6, characterized in that it further comprises, after controlling the opening of the blowdown valve (6):
detecting the liquid level in the container (1) in real time;
-controlling the blow-off valve (6) to close in case the liquid in the container (1) is emptied;
controlling the water inlet valve (4) and the pump (5) to be opened to replenish water into the container (1);
controlling the water inlet valve (4) and the pump (5) to be closed and controlling the blow-down valve (6) to be opened when the liquid level in the container (1) reaches a second preset height.
10. The method for controlling a plant for the preparation of urea solution according to claim 9, characterized in that after controlling the inlet valve (4) and the pump (5) to be closed and the blowdown valve (6) to be open, the method for controlling a plant for the preparation of urea solution further comprises:
-controlling the blow-off valve (6) to close in case the liquid in the container (1) is emptied;
the stirring device (3) is closed.
11. A control device of a urea solution production apparatus, comprising:
a receiving unit for receiving a trigger signal;
the first control unit is used for responding to the trigger signal and controlling the ultrasonic cleaning device (2) to start;
the second control unit is used for controlling the stirring device (3) to start under the condition that the running time of the ultrasonic cleaning device (2) reaches a first preset time;
and the third control unit is used for controlling the blow-down valve (6) to be opened under the condition that the running time of the stirring device (3) reaches a second preset time.
12. A processor, characterized in that it is configured to run a program, wherein the program is configured to execute the method of controlling a plant for the preparation of urea solution according to any one of claims 6 to 10 when running.
13. A non-volatile storage medium, characterized in that it comprises a stored program, wherein the program, when executed, controls a plant in which the non-volatile storage medium is located to perform the method of controlling a plant for the preparation of urea solution according to any one of claims 6 to 10.
14. A urea treatment system, comprising:
a urea solution production plant according to any one of claims 1 to 5;
a processor in communication with the urea solution production plant, the processor being configured to run a program, wherein the program when run performs the method of controlling a urea solution production plant according to any one of claims 6 to 10.
