Claims (10)
1. A touch panel mounting structure of a hand-held game handle is characterized by comprising a panel connecting component and a panel fixing mechanism, wherein the panel fixing mechanism comprises a bottom cover which is arranged in the handle and fixed with a handle shell and a fixing component which is arranged on the side of the bottom cover facing to a panel, the panel connecting component is arranged on the back of the panel and fixes the panel on the handle shell through the panel fixing mechanism;
the panel connecting assembly comprises a panel FPC, wherein the panel FPC is tightly attached to the back surface of the panel and is arranged on the side surface of the bottom cover facing the panel, one side edge of the panel FPC is close to the top end of the handle, a limiting groove is formed in the side surface of the panel FPC close to the top end of the handle, and a connecting end which is inserted into the limiting groove and can move in the limiting groove is arranged on the back surface of the panel;
the fixing component is arranged between the bottom cover and the panel FPC and presses the connecting end head towards the top end side of the handle.

The touch panel mounting structure of a hand-held game pad of claim 1, wherein the fixing member comprises a clip disposed on the bottom cover and movable on the bottom cover toward and away from the connection terminal, the clip having a pressing groove corresponding to the limiting groove, and the connection terminal penetrating into the pressing groove.

The touch panel mounting structure of a hand-held game pad according to claim 2, wherein said clip is connected to a pressing member and a returning member, said pressing member being disposed outside the top end of the handle case and passing through the handle case to press said clip to release the movement of said connection terminal; the reset assembly is arranged on the side, far away from the pressing groove, of the buckle and comprises a reset spring, the axis of the reset spring is consistent with the moving direction of the buckle, one end of the reset spring is fixed with the buckle, and the other end of the reset spring is fixed with the bottom cover.

The touch panel mounting structure of a handheld gamepad according to claim 3, wherein the pressing assembly comprises a button placed on the handle housing, a pressing rod integrally connected to the button and passing through the handle housing to press the buckle, and an arc-shaped reset spring plate sleeved on the pressing rod, the outer convex surface of the arc-shaped reset spring plate faces the button, the pressing rod passes through the center of the arc-shaped reset spring plate, the two ends of the arc-shaped reset spring plate are fixed to the handle housing, and the arc-shaped reset spring plate is a steel sheet.

The touch panel mounting structure of a hand-held game pad according to claim 2, wherein the clip is provided with a guide member, the guide member includes an elongated hole and a guide groove, the elongated hole and the guide groove are aligned with a moving direction of the clip, the clip is movably connected to the bottom cover by passing through the elongated hole by a fastener, and the bottom cover is provided with a guide block passing through the guide groove.

The touch panel mounting structure of a hand-held game paddle according to claim 1, wherein the panel FPC is further connected to an L-shaped connecting plate on a side surface thereof near the top end of the handle, one side plate of the L-shaped connecting plate is integrally connected to the panel, and the other side plate is parallel to the panel FPC and is pressed against a side surface of the bottom cover away from the panel.

The touch panel mounting structure of a hand-held game pad according to claim 6, wherein an avoiding shoulder having a depth larger than a thickness of a side plate of the L-shaped connecting plate parallel to the panel FPC is provided on a side surface of the bottom cover remote from the panel, and the side plate of the L-shaped connecting plate parallel to the panel FPC is placed on the avoiding shoulder;
the panel pushing mechanism is arranged in the handle shell and is arranged on the side, away from the panel, of the bottom cover, the panel pushing mechanism comprises an elastic push rod, and the outer end of the elastic push rod is arranged on a side plate, parallel to the panel FPC, of the L-shaped connecting plate in an ejecting mode.

The touch panel mounting structure of a hand-held game paddle according to claim 7, wherein the panel push-out mechanism is a pogo pin, the pogo pin is mounted on a PCB of the handle, the L-shaped connecting plate is a part of a panel FPC, and the pogo pin realizes conduction between the L-shaped connecting plate and the PCB.

The touch panel mounting structure of a hand-held game paddle according to claim 8, wherein the side of the bottom cover away from the panel is provided with glass, a main FPC and a main FPC bracket in sequence from near to far, the PCB is arranged on the side of the main FPC bracket away from the main FPC, and the pogo pin penetrates the main FPC bracket to push the L-shaped connecting plate and realize conduction of the L-shaped connecting plate.
10. The touch panel mounting structure of a hand-held game pad of claim 1, wherein a top cover is provided on a surface of the handle housing, a position-limiting post is provided on a back surface of the top cover, the panel FPC is disposed on the back surface of the top cover, a position-limiting hole is provided in correspondence with the position-limiting post, a surface of the panel is flush with a surface of the top cover, and a support block for supporting the panel FPC is provided on a side surface of the bottom cover adjacent to the panel FPC.
