Referring to fig. 11, the toggle device 300 includes a firing assembly for firing the squeezing assembly to squeeze the sachet 200 and a further firing assembly triggered by the hour 102/minute 103 hands.
In the current clock design, the structure inside the clock is very precise, so the hands of the clock cannot directly play a role of pressing the sachet 200, if the force of the hour hand 102 or minute hand 103 pressing the sachet 200 on the clock is too large, the accuracy of clock moving can be affected, and if the force of the hour hand 102 or minute hand 103 pressing the sachet 200 on the clock is too small, the deformation of the sachet 200 can be inconspicuous, and the sachet 200 cannot be effectively made to emit odor.
Therefore, a new power source needs to be arranged on the squeezing assembly, and the effect of squeezing the sachet 200 is achieved after the squeezing assembly is triggered by the firing assembly.
Further, the firing assembly comprises an arc-shaped piece 311, a push rod 312 and a guide block 313, wherein the arc-shaped piece 311 is the arc-shaped piece 311, the arc-shaped piece 311 is arc-shaped, the arc-shaped piece 311 is concave towards one side of the circular shape of the dial plate 101, the other side of the arc-shaped piece 311 is connected with the push rod 312, the guide block 313 is fixed on the mounting box 423 through a squeezing assembly, and a hole for the push rod 312 to pass through is formed in the guide block 313, so that the guide block 313 can guide the push rod 312.

In order to reduce the influence of the resistance generated by the interaction between the hands and the arc-shaped pieces 311 on the accuracy of the hand movement, the ends of the hour hand 102 and the minute hand 103 are further provided with a dial 1031, and the dial 1031 is fixed to the end of the hour hand 102/minute hand 103 by a shaft 1032 and can rotate relative to the shaft.
Referring to fig. 12, the squeezing assembly is required to squeeze the sachet 200 upon activation of the firing assembly, and for this purpose the squeezing assembly needs to be provided with a new power source, and for this purpose a structure is provided which is capable of storing mechanical energy and releasing it.
The pressing assembly includes a driving member, a rotating shaft 322, a guide rail 3230 and a pressing member 324, wherein the rotating shaft 322 is associated with the driving member and can rotate under the driving of the driving member. In this embodiment, the driving member is preferably a barrel containing a built-in mainspring 3211.
The barrel 321 includes a built-in spring 3211, a housing wrapping the built-in spring 3211, and a central shaft 3212, the built-in spring 321 includes a power disc 3210 and a spring 3210a, wherein the spring 3210a is a common spring on the market, the end of the spring 3210 is connected to the power disc 3210, and further, when the spring 3210 is released, the power disc 3210 is driven to rotate, and the power disc 3210 is connected to the rotating shaft 322.
The central shaft 3212 is associated with the built-in clockwork spring 3211 and is used for winding the built-in clockwork spring 3211, an upper end cover 321a is sleeved on the central shaft 3212, the central shaft 3212 can rotate relative to the upper end cover 321a and limit the upper end cover 321a, the built-in clockwork spring 3211 is connected with the rotating shaft 322, the built-in clockwork spring 3211 can drive the rotating shaft 322 to rotate, a lower end cover 321b is further sleeved on the rotating shaft 322, a gap is formed between the lower end cover 321b and the upper end cover 321a, a stopper 333 is further arranged on a circumferential wall of the built-in clockwork spring 3211, and the stopper 333 can rotate in the gap between the lower end cover 321b and the upper end cover 321 a.
Wherein the upper endcap 321a is coupled to the guide block 313 for securing the firing assembly and the lower endcap 321b is coupled to the mounting box 423 through the guide track 3230.
Referring to fig. 13, the rotation shaft 322 may be driven by a built-in clockwork 3211 to rotate, the pressing member 324 is disposed on the guide rail 3230 and may move back and forth under the constraint of the guide rail 3230, and further the pressing member 324 includes a guide slider disposed on the guide rail 3230 and a power block connected to a side of the guide slider, and a guide sliding slot 3320 is disposed on a circumferential side wall of the rotation shaft 322, a path of the guide sliding slot 3320 is "W" shaped, and one end of the power block is connected to the guide slider and the other end is embedded in the guide sliding slot, so that the rotation shaft 322 drives the pressing member 324 to move back and forth during the rotation of the rotation shaft 322, and the pressing member 324 may press the sachet 200 on the mounting case 423.
Referring to fig. 12, when the built-in spring 3211 rotates, it drives the rotating shaft 322 to rotate, and further drives the extrusion component 324 to extrude the sachet 200 on the mounting box 423, for this purpose, the extrusion component can be controlled by the firing component through the component that is arranged on the component linked with the firing component and used for limiting the rotation of the built-in spring 3211.
Specifically, one end of the push rod 312 is connected with the arc piece 311, the other end passes through the guide block 313 and is arranged at one side of the barrel 321, a positioning notch 3120 is arranged on the side surface of the push rod 312 arranged at one side of the barrel 321, the stop 333 on the circumferential wall of the built-in clockwork spring 3211 can pass through the positioning notch 3120, further, when the hand 102/minute hand 103 does not touch the arc piece 311, the positioning notch 3120 and the stop 333 are staggered, at the same time, the stop 333 abuts against the side surface of the push rod 312, the barrel 321 stops rotating, when the end of the hour hand 102/minute hand 103 touches the arc piece 311, the push rod 312 is displaced, the stop 333 passes through the positioning notch 3120 contacting with the stop 333 and abuts against the push rod 312 at the opposite side of the push rod 312, the top pole is internally provided with the built-in clockwork spring 3211, when the end of the hand 102/minute hand 103 again separates from the arc piece 311, the push rod 312 is reset, the stop 333 is again contacted with the notch with the stop 333, the notch contacts with the rotating with the push rod 312, the stop 3211 rotates in each cycle, and the built-in the guide slot 322 rotates.
In this way, when the squeezing assembly is triggered each time, the built-in clockwork 3211 only needs to rotate for one circle to squeeze the sachet 200, so that less mechanical energy is consumed, and frequent winding is not needed in the actual use process.
Referring to fig. 9, during the operation of the firing assembly, the hour hand 102/minute hand 103 needs to move along the radial direction of the dial 101, but when the hour hand 102/minute hand 103 and the arc piece 311 are disengaged, the push rod 312 needs to be reset, and a corresponding reset structure needs to be provided for this purpose.
Specifically, the firing assembly further comprises a resistance block 314, one end of the resistance block 314 is connected with the mounting box 423, the other end of the resistance block 314 corresponds to the push rod 312, and the push rod 312 can be reset after moving towards the direction of the resistance block 314 in a spring arrangement mode between the opposite surfaces of the push rod 312 and the resistance block 314.
Referring to fig. 9, during the operation of the firing assembly, it is necessary to reduce the resistance of the arc-shaped piece 311 to the circumferential movement of the hour/minute hand 102/103, and for this reason, the generated resilience force is not easy to control by an elastic mechanism such as a spring, and for this reason, the corresponding ends of the resistance block 314 and the push rod 312 are provided with magnets having the same magnetic pole, and the repulsion force generated by the magnets having the same magnetic pole is used for resetting the resistance block 314 and the push rod 312.
And, the magnet with the same magnetic pole is used for realizing the reset, and the distance between the push rod 312 and the resistance block 314 can be adjusted, because the lengths of the hour hand 102 and the minute hand 103 are different, and the longitudinal extension rod 421 corresponding to the minute hand 103 also needs to extend out from the lower end of the longitudinal extension rod 421 corresponding to the hour hand 102, and the positions of the spring barrel 321 on the toggle device 300 corresponding to the hour hand 102 and the spring barrel 321 corresponding to the minute hand 103 are staggered, so the length of the push rod 312 needs to be adjusted.
Further, the length of the push rod 312 can be increased or decreased by adding a magnet and an iron block at the end of the push rod 312.
Referring to fig. 9, the pressing member 324 displaces the entire sachet 200 when pressing the sachet 200, thus affecting effective pressing of the sachet 200 after the next reset, and for this reason, a positioning structure is provided for the sachet 200.
Specifically, a cover body stop block 51 is arranged on the cover body 202, the cover body stop block 51 is arranged on the side face of the cover body 202, a cover body fixing block 52 and a cover body limiting block 53 are arranged at one end, facing the spring barrel 321, of the mounting box 423, wherein the cover body fixing block 52 is connected with the bottom face of the mounting box 423, the cover body fixing block 52 is connected with the cover body limiting block 53 through a spring, under the extrusion of the spring, the cover body stop block 51 can be limited between the cover body limiting block 53 and the guide rail 3230, furthermore, one end of the cover body stop block 51 is abutted against the cover body limiting block 53, the other end of the cover body stop block is abutted against the tail end of the rail baffle 323 forming the guide rail 3230, and therefore the cover body 202 is limited.
The tail end of the bag body 201 is further provided with a bag body shifting piece 2011, the side wall of the mounting box 423 is provided with a ratchet wheel 2012 matched with the bag body shifting piece 2011, and the ratchet wheel 2012 and the bag body shifting piece 2011 are matched with each other. Thereby ensuring that the cover 202 cannot move rearward.
