In addition to the hub body 1, the protective cap 2, and the plastic connecting portion 3, the syringe may further include a cylinder 02 having a piston and a plunger, and a needle sheath 03 for covering and buckling the needle tube 01 in the axial direction of the needle tube 01.
The needle shield 03 is mostly configured as a cylindrical needle shield 03, is used for product packaging of an injector, plays a role of shielding the needle tube 01, and is generally applied to the injection before the injection, and is required to be pulled out for disposal. In contrast, the present invention uses the protective cap 2 after the injection of the syringe is completed.
The syringe and the needle holder with the protective cover provided by the invention are described in detail above. The principles and embodiments of the present invention are explained herein using specific examples, which are presented only to assist in understanding the method and its core concepts. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, it is possible to make various improvements and modifications to the present invention without departing from the principle of the present invention, and those improvements and modifications also fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A needle base with a protective cover is characterized by comprising a needle base main body (1) and a protective cover (2) which are integrally formed by injection molding; the needle seat main body (1) is used for inserting and fixing a needle tube (01); the protective cover (2) is used for overturning at an angle that the opening faces the needle seat main body (1) and the needle tube (01) and covering and buckling the needle seat main body (1) and the needle tube (01); the root of safety cover (2) is in the upset and the cover detain in needle file main part (1) the week side of locking in needle file main part (1).
2. The needle holder with the protective cover according to claim 1, characterized in that a positioning column (4) is arranged on the periphery of the needle holder main body (1); the protective cover (2) is provided with a positioning hole (5) for inserting and positioning the positioning column (4).

The needle holder with the protective cover according to claim 2, characterized in that the number of the positioning columns (4) is two, and the two positioning columns (4) are respectively located at two opposite sides of the needle holder main body (1); the side wall of the root part of the protective cover (2) is provided with two positioning holes (5) which are distributed oppositely; the distance between the two positioning holes (5) is smaller than the maximum distance between the two positioning columns (4).

A needle holder with a protective cover according to claim 3, characterized in that the root side wall is further provided with a guide runner (6); the groove bottom surface of the guide sliding groove (6) is in smooth transition from the edge of the side wall of the root part to the edge of the inner hole of the positioning hole (5).

A needle holder with a protective cover according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that a reinforcing rib (7) is arranged in a cavity of the protective cover (2); the demolding direction of the reinforcing ribs (7) is the same as the lateral opening direction of the protective cover (2).

A needle holder with a protective cover according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the protective cover (2) comprises a first curved side wall (21); the first curved side wall (21) is located on the opposite side of the lateral opening of the protective cover (2); a finger groove is arranged between the root part and the head part of the first curved side wall (21).
7. The needle hub with a boot as claimed in claim 6, wherein the root is smoothly bulged as compared to the head to form the finger groove.
8. A needle holder with a protective cover according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that an integrally injection-molded plastic connecting part (3) is further arranged between the needle holder body (1) and the protective cover (2); the surface of the plastic connecting part (3) is provided with a strip-shaped gap groove (8); the protection cover (2) with the central axis in breach groove (8) is the upset of axle and cover and detains needle file main part (1) and needle tubing (01).
9. A needle holder with a protective cover according to claim 8, characterized in that the section of the notch groove (8) is trapezoidal; the width of the notch groove (8) is gradually reduced from the surface of the plastic connecting part (3) to the inside.
10. A syringe comprising a hub with a protective cover as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
