本发明涉及护肤品技术领域,特别涉及一种多效焕颜醒肤露,尤其是一种多效焕颜醒肤露及其制备方法。
背景技术
醒肤露就是一种能够提神作用的护肤品,皮肤也会有累、状态不好的时候,特别是起床和午后,容易很暗沉、松弛、没有光泽。醒肤露里有一些薄荷之类的成分,质地也是非常好吸收的凝露状为主,主要功能是保湿、紧致、活肤,把皮肤调理到一个好的状态。
但申请人在实现现有技术中的技术方案的过程中,发现现有技术的技术方案中存在如下技术问题:
目前市场上护肤产品受众以女生为主,女生的肤质与男生的肤质大有不同,将女士的护肤品用于男士,会影响到护肤效果。

本发明的实施方式一方面要解决的技术问题是提供一种多效焕颜醒肤露,解决了现有技术中醒肤露的对男士护肤效果不足的技术问题,达到了提高护肤功效的技术效果。

一种多效焕颜醒肤露,包括A相、B相和C相组成:所述A相为由粉末溶解而成的水相;所述B相为由油相;所述C相为营养物质;其中,所述A相包括:水、丁二醇、对羟基苯乙酮/尿囊素和EDTA二钠。

本发明的实施方式另一方面要解决的问题是提供一种多效焕颜醒肤露的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(S1)清洗工具:清洗、消毒设备及所需使用工具;
(S2)粉末成分溶解:将粉末成份A相加入一个搅拌锅,保持80℃搅拌粉末完全溶解,得到溶解后的A相物质;
(S3)B相溶解:将B相的物质加入另外一个搅拌锅,保持85℃搅拌至完全溶解,得到溶解后的B相物质;
(S4)物料乳化:将溶解后的A相物质和溶解后的B相物质放入乳化锅中,均质乳化并将乳化物冷却;
(S5)C相加入:往乳化物一次加入C相的物质并搅拌均匀得到多相混合物;
(S6)出料检测:当多相混合物达到38℃时,经出料前物理指标检测合格后,出料于预先消毒的储料容器内,密封移入静置间稳定、待检;半成品经检验合格后灌装、包装得成品。
优选的,(S2)中构成A相的固体成份必须溶解完全,用洁净干燥透明烧杯取样在充足光照下观察,透明澄清且无杂物;(S4)中的乳化速度和时间分别为2500rev/min和5-8min。

一种多效焕颜醒肤露,包括以下重量百分比的原料制备而成:
丁二醇3%,辛酸或癸酸甘油三酯3%,环己硅氧烷和环五聚二甲基硅氧烷混合物3%份,水和羽衣草提取物及乳酸杆菌发酵产物的混合物2%,角鲨烷2%,烟酰胺1%,甜菜碱100-200份,聚二甲基硅氧烷1%,聚丙烯酸钠和C18-21烷及十三烷醇聚醚-6混合物1%,牛油果树果脂1%,茯苓菌核提取物和马齿苋提取物与棕榈酰三肽-8和甘草酸钾混合物0.5%,聚丙烯酸酯-13和聚异丁烯及聚山梨醇酯-20混合物0.5%,1,2-己二醇0.5%,对羟基苯乙酮0.5%,透明质酸钠0.01%,尿囊素0.01%,辣薄荷油0.01%,螺旋藻提取物0.1%,薄荷烷甲酰乙胺0.01%,EDTA二钠0.01%和日用香精0.1%以及余量为溶剂水。
多效焕颜醒肤露的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(S1)清洗工具:清洗、消毒设备及所需使用工具;
(S2)粉末成分溶解:将粉末成份A相加入一个搅拌锅,保持80℃搅拌粉末完全溶解,得到溶解后的A相物质;
(S3)B相溶解:将B相的物质加入另外一个搅拌锅,保持85℃搅拌至完全溶解,得到溶解后的B相物质;
(S4)物料乳化:将溶解后的A相物质和溶解后的B相物质放入乳化锅中,均质乳化并将乳化物冷却;
(S5)C相加入:往乳化物一次加入C相的物质并搅拌均匀得到多相混合物;
(S6)出料检测:当多相混合物达到38℃时,经出料前物理指标检测合格后,出料于预先消毒的储料容器内,密封移入静置间稳定、待检;半成品经检验合格后灌装、包装得成品。
其中,(S2)中构成A相的固体成份必须溶解完全,用洁净干燥透明烧杯取样在充足光照下观察,透明澄清且无杂物;(S4)中的乳化速度和时间分别为2500rev/min和5-8min。
实施例2
一种多效焕颜醒肤露,包括以下重量百分比的原料制备而成:
丁二醇4%,辛酸或癸酸甘油三酯4%,环己硅氧烷和环五聚二甲基硅氧烷混合物4%,水和羽衣草提取物及乳酸杆菌发酵产物的混合物2.5%,角鲨烷2.5%,烟酰胺1.5%,甜菜碱1%,聚二甲基硅氧烷1.5%,聚丙烯酸钠和C18-21烷及十三烷醇聚醚-6混合物1%,牛油果树果脂1.5%,茯苓菌核提取物和马齿苋提取物与棕榈酰三肽-8和甘草酸钾混合物0.8%,聚丙烯酸酯-13和聚异丁烯及聚山梨醇酯-20混合物0.8%,1,2-己二醇0.5%,对羟基苯乙酮0.5%,透明质酸钠0.03%,尿囊素0.1%,辣薄荷油0.01%,螺旋藻提取物0.2%,薄荷烷甲酰乙胺0.03%,EDTA二钠0.03%和日用香精0.2%以及余量为溶剂水。

丁二醇5%,辛酸或癸酸甘油三酯5%,环己硅氧烷和环五聚二甲基硅氧烷混合物5%,水和羽衣草提取物及乳酸杆菌发酵产物的混合物3%,角鲨烷3%,烟酰胺2%,甜菜碱2%,聚二甲基硅氧烷2%,聚丙烯酸钠和C18-21烷及十三烷醇聚醚-6混合物2%,牛油果树果脂2%,茯苓菌核提取物和马齿苋提取物与棕榈酰三肽-8和甘草酸钾混合物1%,聚丙烯酸酯-13和聚异丁烯及聚山梨醇酯-20混合物1%,1,2-己二醇0.5%,对羟基苯乙酮0.5%,透明质酸钠0.05%份,尿囊素0.1%,辣薄荷油0.01%,螺旋藻提取物0.3%,薄荷烷甲酰乙胺0.05%,EDTA二钠0.05%和日用香精0.3%以及余量为溶剂水。
实施例1-3的测试结果如图1所示,数据源于内部168名男士消费者平均分批使用实施例1-3后测试,使用后,自我评估肌肤变化和使用感受的正面评价平均比例,实际效果因人而异。

4.根据权利要求1或2所述的多效焕颜醒肤露,其特征在于:包括以下重量份数的原料制备而成:
丁二醇300-400份,辛酸或癸酸甘油三酯300-400份,环己硅氧烷和环五聚二甲基硅氧烷混合物300-400份,水和羽衣草提取物及乳酸杆菌发酵产物的混合物200-250份,角鲨烷200-250份,烟酰胺100-150份,甜菜碱100-150份,聚二甲基硅氧烷100-150份,聚丙烯酸钠和C18-21烷及十三烷醇聚醚-6混合物100-150份,牛油果树果脂100-150份,茯苓菌核提取物和马齿苋提取物与棕榈酰三肽-8和甘草酸钾混合物50-80份,聚丙烯酸酯-13和聚异丁烯及聚山梨醇酯-20混合物50-80份,1,2-己二醇50份,对羟基苯乙酮50份,透明质酸钠1-3份,尿囊素10份,辣薄荷油1份,螺旋藻提取物10-20份,薄荷烷甲酰乙胺1-3份,EDTA二钠1-3份和日用香精10-20份以及溶剂水8000-10000份。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的多效焕颜醒肤露,其特征在于:包括以下重量份数的原料制备而成:
丁二醇400-500份,辛酸或癸酸甘油三酯400-500份,环己硅氧烷和环五聚二甲基硅氧烷混合物400-500份,水和羽衣草提取物及乳酸杆菌发酵产物的混合物250-300份,角鲨烷250-300份,烟酰胺150-200份,甜菜碱100-150份,聚二甲基硅氧烷150-200份,聚丙烯酸钠和C18-21烷及十三烷醇聚醚-6混合物100-150份,牛油果树果脂150-200份,茯苓菌核提取物和马齿苋提取物与棕榈酰三肽-8和甘草酸钾混合物80-100份,聚丙烯酸酯-13和聚异丁烯及聚山梨醇酯-20混合物80-100份,1,2-己二醇50份,对羟基苯乙酮50份,透明质酸钠3-5份,尿囊素10份,辣薄荷油1份,螺旋藻提取物20-30份,薄荷烷甲酰乙胺3-5份,EDTA二钠3-5份和日用香精20-30份以及溶剂水10000-12000份。

丁二醇400份,辛酸或癸酸甘油三酯400份,环己硅氧烷和环五聚二甲基硅氧烷混合物400份,水和羽衣草提取物及乳酸杆菌发酵产物的混合物250份,角鲨烷250份,烟酰胺150份,甜菜碱100份,聚二甲基硅氧烷150份,聚丙烯酸钠和C18-21烷及十三烷醇聚醚-6混合物100份,牛油果树果脂150份,茯苓菌核提取物和马齿苋提取物与棕榈酰三肽-8和甘草酸钾混合物80份,聚丙烯酸酯-13和聚异丁烯及聚山梨醇酯-20混合物80份,1,2-己二醇50份,对羟基苯乙酮50份,透明质酸钠3份,尿囊素10份,辣薄荷油1份,螺旋藻提取物20份,薄荷烷甲酰乙胺3份,EDTA二钠3份和日用香精20份以及溶剂水10000份。
7.一种如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的多效焕颜醒肤露的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(S1)清洗工具:清洗、消毒设备及所需使用工具;
(S2)粉末成分溶解:将粉末成份A相加入一个搅拌锅,保持80℃搅拌粉末完全溶解,得到溶解后的A相物质;
(S3)B相溶解:将B相的物质加入另外一个搅拌锅,保持85℃搅拌至完全溶解,得到溶解后的B相物质;
(S4)物料乳化:将溶解后的A相物质和溶解后的B相物质放入乳化锅中,均质乳化并将乳化物冷却;
(S5)C相加入:往乳化物一次加入C相的物质并搅拌均匀得到多相混合物;
(S6)出料检测:当多相混合物达到38℃时,经出料前物理指标检测合格后,出料于预先消毒的储料容器内,密封移入静置间稳定、待检;半成品经检验合格后灌装、包装得成品。
8.根据权利要求7所述的多效焕颜醒肤露的制备方法,其特征在于:(S2)中构成A相的固体成份必须溶解完全,用洁净干燥透明烧杯取样在充足光照下观察,透明澄清且无杂物;(S4)中的乳化速度和时间分别为2500rev/min和5-8min。
