In this embodiment, each first connecting rod 2 and each second connecting rod 5 are threaded rods, the outer end of each first connecting rod 2 penetrates through a connecting hole formed in the rotating ring body 1-1 and is locked by a nut, the outer end of each second connecting rod 5 penetrates through a connecting hole formed in the fixing ring body 6-1 and is locked by a nut, the inner end of each first connecting rod 2 penetrates through a connecting hole formed in the inner ring 3-6 of the base ring and is locked by a nut, and the inner end of each second connecting rod 5 penetrates through a connecting hole formed in the outer ring 3-1 of the base ring and is locked by a nut.
In this embodiment, the upper end of each first connecting rod 2 is located in the inner connecting hole 1-4 of the rotating ring, the lower end is located in the inner connecting hole 3-4 of the inner ring, the lower end of each second connecting rod 5 is located in the outer connecting hole 6-5 of the fixing ring, and the upper end is located in the outer connecting hole 3-5 of the outer ring.
Because the tip of each connecting rod all adopts fixed connection between lock mother and the corresponding ring body, consequently can adjust the hookup location between connecting rod and the ring body through unclamping or screwing corresponding lock mother, has realized correspondingly that the regulation of distance between gyration ring 1 and the base ring 3, distance between base ring 3 and the solid fixed ring 6.
Referring to fig. 4, 5, 6 and 7, it can be seen that:
the tensioner 4 comprises a fixed base 4-5 and a moving base 4-2 moving inwards or outwards along the radial direction of the fixed base 4-5, and a long tensioning screw 4-4 is installed and fixed on the moving base 4-2. The tensioning long screw 4-4 is correspondingly moved inwards or outwards by adjusting the moving base 4-2 to move inwards or outwards along the radial direction, and the fixed base 4-5 is fixedly connected with the ring body.
A groove is arranged at the middle position of the bottom of the movable base 4-2, the top of the fixed base 4-5 falls into the groove, so that the groove is equivalent to a slide way into which the fixed base 4-5 falls, as shown in the figure, the fixed base 4-5 is I-shaped in cross section, and correspondingly, the groove at the bottom of the movable base 4-2 is not I-shaped in cross section. An adjusting screw rod 4-1 with an adjusting end at the outer end is arranged in the groove of the movable base 4-2, a threaded hole is arranged on the fixed base 4-5, and the middle part of the adjusting screw rod 4-1 is positioned in the threaded hole. Thus, when the adjusting screw rod 4-1 is rotated by the adjusting end head to rotate forwards or backwards, the fixed base 4-5 is not moved, and the movable base 4-2 moves inwards or outwards.
The tensioning long screw 4-4 comprises a screw section with a tip at the inner end and a threaded rod section with external threads, a mounting hole is formed in the movable base 4-2, and the threaded rod section of the tensioning long screw 4-4 is located in the mounting hole and locked by an inner locking nut and an outer locking nut. In this embodiment, the mounting hole on the moving base 4-2 is a threaded hole, and the threaded rod section of the tensioning long screw 4-4 is located in the threaded hole, so that the tensioning long screw 4-4 can be moved inward or outward in the radial direction by rotating the tensioning long screw 4-4, and the inner and outer lock nuts are used for locking the tensioning long screw 4-4 which is moved in place, so as to prevent displacement.
In this embodiment, two of the tensioners 4 on the base ring 3 are located at the overlapping positions of the first base outer ring 3-1-1 and the second base outer ring 3-1-2, and the fixed bases 4-5 of the two tensioners 4 are fixedly connected with the overlapping positions of the two base outer rings by using the mounting bolts 4-3. Thus, at these two overlapping positions, the mounting bolt 4-3 simultaneously effects the overlapping connection of both the first outer base ring 3-1-1 and the second outer base ring 3-1-2, and the fixing of the fixing base 4-5 of the corresponding tensioner 4. Other positions of tensioner 4 are mounted and secured using base ring screws 3-3.
The assembling method comprises the following steps:
processing and molding a first rotary half ring 1-1-1 and a second rotary half ring 1-1-2 of the rotary ring 1, overlapping the end parts of the first rotary half ring and the second rotary half ring, and fixedly connecting the two by adopting rotary ring bolts 1-1-3 to form a complete rotary ring body 1-1; processing and forming a first fixed half ring 6-1-1 and a second fixed half ring 6-1-2 of the fixed ring 6, overlapping the end parts of the first fixed half ring and the second fixed half ring, and fixedly connecting the first fixed half ring and the second fixed half ring by using a fixed ring bolt 6-1-3 to form a complete fixed ring body 6-1;
a first base outer ring 3-1-1 and a second base outer ring 3-1-2 of a base ring outer ring 3-1 of a base ring 3 and two inner ring bodies of a base ring inner ring 3-6 are machined and formed, the inner ring bodies of the two base ring inner rings 3-6 are respectively placed into track grooves of the first base outer ring 3-1-1 and the second base outer ring 3-1-2, and then the two components are in butt joint connection; mounting and fixing the tensioner 4 by adopting a mounting bolt 4-3 at the two butt joint parts; installing adjusting bolts 3-7 at corresponding positions on the outer ring 3-1 of the base ring and enabling gears in the middle of the adjusting bolts 3-7 to be meshed and connected with the inner ring 3-6 of the base ring;
a plurality of first connecting rods 2 and a plurality of groups of locking nuts are adopted to connect the revolving ring body 1-1 and the inner ring 3-6 of the base ring to form a frame structure, and a plurality of second connecting rods 5 and a plurality of groups of locking nuts are adopted to connect the fixing ring body 6-1 and the outer ring 3-1 of the base ring to form a frame structure;
a plurality of tensioners 4 are respectively arranged on the rotary ring body 1-1, the fixed ring body 6-1, the base ring outer ring 3-1 and the base ring inner ring 3-6, generally, the number of the tensioners 4 on the rotary ring body 1-1, the fixed ring body 6-1, the base ring outer ring 3-1 and the base ring inner ring 3-6 is four, and because two tensioners 4 are already arranged on the base ring outer ring 3-1, two tensioners 4 are arranged on the base ring outer ring 3-1; the four tensioners 4 on each ring are generally equally angularly spaced, i.e. the angle between two adjacent tensioners 4 is 90 °.
The using method comprises the following steps:
(1) the full-ring type use method is shown in figure 1
In the using method, the fixing device is in a closed annular shape; the limbs of the patient penetrate from one side of the fixed ring 6 and penetrate from one side of the revolving ring 1; after the position is properly adjusted, firstly, locking nuts on tensioning long screws 4-4 of each tensioner 4 on the fixing ring 6 and each tensioner 4 on the outer ring 3-1 of the base ring are loosened, each tensioning long screw 4-4 is driven to rotate from the outer end, each tensioning long screw 4-4 is moved inwards along the radial direction until the inner end of each tensioning long screw 4-4 is pressed against the limb bone of the patient; then locking the locking nuts on the tensioning long screws 4-4 to lock the tensioning long screws 4-4 to prevent displacement; at this time, the frame structure composed of the fixing ring 6, the outer ring 3-1 of the base ring and the plurality of second connecting rods 5 is fixed with the limb skeleton of the patient;
then, the locking nuts on the tensioning long screws 4-4 of each tensioner 4 on the revolving ring 1 and each tensioner 4 on the inner ring 3-6 of the base ring are loosened, each tensioning long screw 4-4 is driven to rotate from the outer end, each tensioning long screw 4-4 is moved inwards along the radial direction until the inner end of each tensioning long screw 4-4 is pressed against the limb bone of the patient; then locking the locking nuts on the tensioning long screws 4-4 to lock the tensioning long screws 4-4 to prevent displacement; at the moment, a frame structure consisting of the revolving ring 1, the inner rings 3-6 of the base ring and the plurality of first connecting rods 2 is fixed with the limb skeleton of the patient;
the two frame structures are fixed with one bone segment and the other bone segment of the broken bone of the patient respectively, so that the whole frame structure of the fixing device fixes the broken bone of the patient, and the sections of the two bone segments need to have certain butt joint accuracy, so that the inner ring 3-6 of the base ring can be driven to rotate for a certain angle along the track groove on the outer ring 3-1 of the base ring by operating the adjusting bolts 3-7 to rotate, and the torsion adjustment of the bone segments is realized.
(2) Semi-ring type application method, see fig. 9
In the using method, the fixing device is in a semi-closed semi-annular shape; specifically, the first rotating half ring 1-1-1 is detached from the second rotating half ring 1-1-2, the first stationary half ring 6-1-1 is detached from the second stationary half ring 6-1-2, the first base outer ring 3-1-1 is detached from the second base outer ring 3-1-2, and one of the inner ring bodies of the base ring inner ring 3-6 is detached, so that the half-ring type usage form shown in fig. 9 is obtained;
at this time, three tensioners 4 remain on the second rotating half ring 1-1-2, three tensioners 4 remain on the second stationary half ring 6-1-2, three tensioners 4 remain on the second base outer ring 3-1-2, and three tensioners 4 remain on the inner ring body of the base ring inner ring 3-6;
at the moment, the limb of the patient does not need to penetrate from one side to the other side of the fixing device, and only the semi-ring type frame is directly installed on the limb of the patient;
specifically, after the adjustment position is proper, firstly, the locking nuts on the tensioning long screws 4-4 of the tensioners 4 on the second stationary half ring 6-1-2 and the tensioners 4 on the second base outer ring 3-1-2 are loosened, the tensioning long screws 4-4 are driven to rotate from the outer end, and the tensioning long screws 4-4 move inwards along the radial direction until the inner ends of the tensioning long screws 4-4 are pressed against the limb bones of the patient; then locking the locking nuts on the tensioning long screws 4-4 to lock the tensioning long screws 4-4 to prevent displacement; at the moment, a frame structure consisting of the second stationary half ring 6-1-2, the second base outer ring 3-1-2 and a plurality of second connecting rods 5 is fixed with the limb bones of the patient;
then loosening the locking nuts on the tensioning long screws 4-4 of the tensioners 4 on the second rotary half ring 1-1-2 and the inner ring body of the base ring inner ring 3-6, driving the tensioning long screws 4-4 from the outer end to rotate, and moving the tensioning long screws 4-4 inwards along the radial direction until the inner ends of the tensioning long screws 4-4 are pressed against the limb bone of the patient; then locking the locking nuts on the tensioning long screws 4-4 to lock the tensioning long screws 4-4 to prevent displacement; at the moment, a frame structure consisting of the second stationary half ring 6-1-2, the inner ring body of the inner ring 3-6 of the base ring and a plurality of first connecting rods 2 is fixed with the limb bone of the patient;
the two frame structures are fixed with one bone segment and the other bone segment of the broken bone of the patient respectively, so that the whole frame structure of the fixing device fixes the broken bone of the patient, and the sections of the two bone segments need to have certain butt joint accuracy, so that the inner ring body of the inner ring 3-6 of the base ring can be driven to rotate by operating the adjusting bolt 3-7 to rotate by a certain angle along the track groove on the outer ring 3-1-2 of the second base, and the torsion adjustment of the bone segments is realized.
Compared with the two using modes, the former using mode has better protection effect on the limbs of the patient, the latter using mode is more convenient to operate, and which specific using mode is adopted can be determined according to a specific using scene.
Claims (8)
1. An adjustable fixing device for trauma orthopedics is characterized in that: the tensioner comprises a base ring (3) positioned in the middle, a rotary ring (1) and a fixed ring (6) positioned on two sides, wherein a plurality of tensioners (4) are respectively arranged on the rotary ring (1), the base ring (3) and the fixed ring (6); the base ring (3) comprises a base ring outer ring (3-1) and a base ring inner ring (3-6) which is positioned on the inner side of the base ring outer ring (3-1) and takes the base ring outer ring (3-1) as a track, the base ring inner ring (3-6) is a toothed ring with teeth on the outer side edge, an adjusting bolt (3-7) with a gear in the middle is further installed on the base ring outer ring (3-1), the adjusting bolt (3-7) is in meshing transmission with the teeth on the outer side edge of the base ring inner ring (3-6), and each tensioner (4) on the base ring (3) is installed and fixed on the base ring outer ring (3-1) and the base ring inner ring (3-6); the rotating ring (1) comprises a rotating ring body (1-1), the fixing ring (6) comprises a fixing ring body (6-1), a plurality of first connecting rods (2) are arranged between the inner ring (3-6) of the base ring and the rotating ring body (1-1), a plurality of second connecting rods (5) are arranged between the outer ring (3-1) of the base ring and the fixing ring body (6-1), each first connecting rod (2) and each second connecting rod (5) are threaded rods, the outer end of each first connecting rod (2) penetrates through a connecting hole formed in the rotating ring body (1-1) and is locked by a nut, the outer end of each second connecting rod (5) penetrates through a connecting hole formed in the fixing ring body (6-1) and is locked by a nut, the inner end of each first connecting rod (2) penetrates through a connecting hole formed in the inner ring (3-6) of the base ring and is locked by a nut, the inner end of each second connecting rod (5) penetrates through a connecting hole formed in the outer ring (3-1) of the base ring and is locked by a lock nut;
the slewing ring body (1-1) comprises a first slewing half ring (1-1-1) and a second slewing half ring (1-1-2) which are in butt joint connection, wherein the first slewing half ring and the second slewing half ring are in lap joint at the butt joint end parts and are fixedly connected by adopting slewing ring bolts (1-1-3); the fixing ring body (6-1) comprises a first fixing half ring (6-1-1) and a second fixing half ring (6-1-2) which are in butt joint connection, and the first fixing half ring and the second fixing half ring are overlapped at the butt joint end and fixedly connected by a fixing ring bolt (6-1-3);
the outer ring (3-1) of the base ring comprises a first base outer ring (3-1-1) and a second base outer ring (3-1-2) which are in butt joint connection, and the two are overlapped and fixedly connected at the butt joint end part; the inner ring (3-6) of the base ring comprises two inner ring bodies which are in butt joint and are overlapped at the butt joint end.

The adjustable fixing device for trauma orthopedics according to claim 1, characterized in that: the tensioner (4) comprises a fixed base (4-5) and a movable base (4-2) which moves inwards or outwards along the radial direction of the fixed base (4-5), and a tensioning long screw (4-4) is fixedly arranged on the movable base (4-2).
