Abstract
The invention discloses a temporomandibular joint disc anchoring operation suture instrument, which comprises a plurality of puncture suture needles and a plurality of suture needles matched with the puncture suture needles; the plurality of puncture suture needles are respectively a conventional puncture suture needle, a puncture suture needle with a hole and a puncture suture needle with a movable lock catch; the thread hooking needles are respectively a forward puncture thread hooking needle, a reverse puncture thread hooking needle and a thread hooking device; the conventional puncture suture needle, the puncture suture needle with the hole, the puncture suture needle with the movable lock catch, the forward puncture thread hooking needle, the reverse puncture thread hooking needle and the thread hooking device are respectively provided with a handle and a needle rod, the needle rods and the handles are integrated, and one side of the handle is provided with a holding area which is matched with fingers of a person; the suturing instrument has simple structure and convenient operation, can complete cumbersome suture at one time in the operation, does not need to repeat one operation action, relieves the pain of a patient and shortens the operation time.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a suturing instrument for temporomandibular joint disc anchoring operation.
Background
The temporomandibular joint is one of the most complex joints of the human body, and because the posterior ligament of the joint is weaker than the muscle attachment strength of the anterior zone, the joint disc is more easily damaged, which is manifested by various types of displacement of the joint disc, and the incidence rate of the displacement accounts for the head of temporomandibular joint diseases. Since the first proposed open temporomandibular disc anchorage procedure in 2001 as taught by Larry Wolford, the procedure was gradually approved by experts in the same group and improved in practice. However, the operation is complicated in local anatomical structure of the temporomandibular joint, the operation space is narrow, a beginner is difficult to master the core operation suture skill, and most temporomandibular joint discs cannot recover to normal positions even if the operation is completed. This prompted us to think again whether the procedure of the procedure could be optimized.
In the existing open temporomandibular joint disc anchoring operation, a common needle holder and a suture needle are usually adopted for completion, and due to the narrow operable space of a joint area, the needle is difficult to be stably held, the suture needle is easy to rotate and cannot be sutured to an ideal position, so that the operation can be repeated for a long time to cause pain to patients and operators.

the conventional puncture suture needle, the puncture suture needle with the hole, the puncture suture needle with the movable lock catch, the forward puncture thread hooking needle, the reverse puncture thread hooking needle and the thread hooking device are respectively provided with a handle and a needle rod, the needle rods and the handles are integrated, and one side of the handle is provided with a holding area which is matched with fingers of a person;
the needle rod of the conventional puncture suture needle, the puncture suture needle with the hole and the puncture suture needle with the movable lock catch, which are far away from the handle, are provided with needle points convenient for puncture, a boundary line between the needle points and the needle rod is provided with a perforation for a suture line to pass through, one side of the perforation is composed of an upper hook and a lower hook, and a gap is arranged between the upper hook and the lower hook; the lower hook on the puncture suture needle with the movable lock catch can move; the needle point of the puncture suture needle with the hole is provided with a threading hole;
the needle rod of the forward puncture thread hooking needle, the needle rod of the reverse puncture thread hooking needle and the needle rod of the thread hooking device are provided with thread hooking ends at the ends far away from the handle, the thread hooking ends of the forward puncture thread hooking needle and the reverse puncture thread hooking needle are conical, and the boundary line of the conical thread hooking end and the needle rod is provided with an oblique port for a suture thread to pass through; the wire hooking end of the wire hooking device is an arc-shaped hook;
the direction of the suture thread passing through the bevel opening on the forward puncture suture hooking needle is opposite to the puncture direction, and the direction of the suture thread passing through the bevel opening on the reverse puncture suture hooking needle is opposite to the puncture direction.
The puncture suture needle of the invention carries in the suture when the first needle is sutured in cumbersome degrees through the perforation which is arranged below the front needle point and is used for the suture to pass through, the suture is hooked out through the suture hooking needle, and the suture is hooked out and knotted when the second needle is sutured in cumbersome degrees, so that cumbersome degrees suture can be completed once in the operation without repeating an operation action, the pain of a patient is relieved, and the operation time is shortened.
Preferably, the diameters of the needle rods of the conventional puncture suture needle, the puncture suture needle with the hole and the puncture suture needle with the movable lock catch are all 1.5mm, the perforation which is arranged on the needle rod and is used for the suture line to pass through is an oval hole, the maximum diameter of the oval hole is 2mm, the minimum diameter of the oval hole is 0.8mm, and the caliber of the notch on the perforation which is used for the suture line to pass through on the oval hole is 0.6 mm.
Preferably, the needle rods of the conventional puncture suture needle, the puncture suture needle with the hole, the puncture suture needle with the movable lock catch, the forward puncture thread hooking needle and the reverse puncture thread hooking needle are provided with two types, namely a straight rod and a bent rod.

The temporomandibular joint disc anchorage suturing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the needle bars of the conventional puncture suturing needle, the puncture suturing needle with a hole, the puncture suturing needle with a movable lock catch, the forward puncture suture hooking needle and the reverse puncture suture hooking needle are both straight and curved.
4. The temporomandibular joint disc anchorage suturing apparatus of claim 3 wherein the curved bar has a curvature of 140 °.
5. The temporomandibular joint disc anchorage suturing apparatus of claim 1 wherein the lower hook of the straight piercing suturing needle with the moveable lock is attached to the needle shaft by a rivet.
6. The temporomandibular joint disc anchorage suturing apparatus of claim 1 wherein the surface of the handle has a roughness.
7. The temporomandibular joint disc anchorages suturing device of claim 1 wherein the orientation of the oblique port through which the suture passes on said forward puncture snag needle is directed in the opposite direction to the puncture direction and the orientation of the oblique port through which the suture passes on said reverse puncture snag needle is directed in the opposite direction to the puncture direction.
