fig. 2 is a block diagram of a smart watch for health detection according to an embodiment of the present application;
the implementation, functional features and advantages of the objectives of the present application will be further explained with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, an intelligent device for health detection provided in the embodiment of the present application includes a control module 1, a vital sign information acquisition module 2, a storage module 3, and a positioning module 4;
the vital sign information acquisition module 2 is used for acquiring vital sign information of a user;
the control module 1 is configured to determine whether the user is related to a specific epidemic area range according to the recent movement track of the user obtained by the positioning module 4, the epidemic information of the current time period stored in the storage module 3, and a corresponding epidemic area range, determine whether the user suffers from the specific epidemic on the basis of the vital sign information if the user suffers from the specific epidemic area range, and output a prompt message according to a determination result.
Specifically, the vital sign information collecting module 2 includes one or more of a temperature collecting module, a blood oxygen collecting module, a pulse blood pressure collecting module, a motion state collecting module, a sound collecting module, and a blood sugar collecting module.
The control module 1 is connected with the temperature acquisition module, the blood oxygen acquisition module, the pulse and blood pressure acquisition module, the motion state acquisition module and the sound acquisition module. The control module 1 may be a control chip, and serves as a central controller of the whole device to control the operating states of other modules.
The temperature acquisition module is used for acquiring temperature information, and the temperature information can comprise body temperature information and environment temperature information of a user. Preferably, the temperature acquisition module is an infrared temperature sensor, so that the body temperature information is more accurate, the traditional contact sensor detects the temperature of the back of the hand, the body temperature of the human body is acquired through an algorithm, the sensor error is large, the accuracy is lower, and the real body temperature of the human body cannot be accurately reflected.
The blood oxygen collecting module is used for collecting blood oxygen information, and the blood oxygen collecting module can adopt a photoelectric sensor and carries out optical measurement based on the principle that the absorption amount of arterial blood to light changes along with the pulse. By medical definition, the oxygen saturation of human arterial blood is normally about 95% -100%, and the oxygen saturation of venous blood is about 75%. Generally, when the blood oxygen content in the artery is lower than 94%, the oxygen supply is insufficient, and when the blood oxygen content is lower than 90%, the hypoxemia can be defined. Just because the blood oxygen saturation is evaluated according to the interval value, the blood oxygen saturation detected by a wearable device such as a sports watch can still help people to effectively judge the physical condition. For example, when a mountain climbing exercise is performed at an altitude of 3000 m or more, in the case where the heart rate does not exceed 100, it is normal that the blood oxygen saturation is more than 90%; the mild hypoxia exists between 80 percent and 90 percent, and the activities should be reduced and the rest should be properly performed; 70-80% of the patients are in moderate hypoxia, and a proper amount of oxygen should be inhaled to take anti-hypoxia drugs; if the oxygen content is less than 70%, the patient is seriously lack of oxygen, and all activities should be stopped to seek medical advice in time.
The pulse blood pressure acquisition module is used for acquiring pulse information and blood pressure information, specifically, the pulse blood pressure acquisition module can be designed on the side of the intelligent equipment for health detection, is pressed by fingers, collects a photoplethysmography based on multiple parameters, can acquire multi-dimensional waveform characteristic points of finger tip pulse waves through photoelectricity, and acquires the blood pressure information and pulse (heart rate) information through fitting operation, and more specifically, can acquire the electrocardiogram information of a user according to the calculation of the finger tip pulse waves. Compared with the existing method for acquiring physiological data from the back of the hand, the method has the advantage that the physiological data acquired from the finger tip part has higher accuracy.
The motion state acquisition module is used for acquiring motion state information, and the motion state acquisition module can comprise an acceleration sensor and a gyroscope sensor and is used for detecting motion states of a user such as slow walking, running, swimming and the like, counting steps and judging the sleep quality of the user according to the activity condition (such as turnover times) of the user and the pulse information of the user in the sleep stage of the user. The exercise amount of the user can be compared with the average exercise amount in weekdays through the exercise state acquisition module, and whether the user has physical discomfort such as weakness is judged.
The blood sugar collecting module can be a blood sugar sensor and can collect blood sugar information of a user when being attached to the skin of the user.
The sound collection module is used for collecting sound information, such as cough sound, sneeze sound, speech sound and the like of a user, and judging whether the user has cough, nasal obstruction and the like, and the sound collection module can be a microphone.
The intelligent device further comprises a display module 5, which is used for displaying the vital sign information under the control of the control module.
The control module 1 is used for comprehensively judging the health condition of the user according to the collected vital sign information of the user, for example, when the sound collection module collects that the user makes sneezing sound and the speaking sound is low, the situation that the user has nasal obstruction is judged, and when the temperature collection module collects that the body temperature of the user is higher than the normal body temperature, the control module 1 can judge that the user has cold according to a preset rule. For another example, when the user has a cough, the blood oxygen collecting module collects that the blood oxygen level of the user is lower than the normal level, the temperature collecting module collects that the body temperature of the user is higher than the normal body temperature, the exercise state collecting module collects that the exercise data of the user is relatively reduced day by day, and the control module 1 can judge that the user has pneumonia or respiratory tract infection according to a preset rule.
The control module 1 can judge the current time section according to the date of the area of the user, different time sections correspond to different epidemic disease information, whether the user has arrived in a specific epidemic disease or infectious disease high risk area is determined according to the recent movement track of the user, then the health state of the user is judged by integrating the vital sign information of the user, and corresponding reminding information is output. For example, in winter, when the user has symptoms related to flu, the control module 1 may determine that the user has flu according to the related vital sign information. However, some symptoms of influenza, such as weakness, fever, cough and the like, may be closer to pneumonia, and if the user has arrived in a new coronary pneumonia epidemic area recently, the control module 1 may comprehensively judge that the user may be infected with new coronary pneumonia, and remind the user to seek medical advice in time.
In one embodiment, the control module 1 is further configured to generate a questionnaire interacting with the user when it is determined that the probability that the user suffers from the specific epidemic is greater than a preset value, obtain a relevant reference factor, and correct the determination result by using the relevant reference factor.
As described above, when the control module 1 determines that the diagnosis probability of a certain prevalent disease is greater than the preset value, abnormal vital sign data is determined, and a preset questionnaire model related to the abnormal vital sign data is called, so that the questionnaire is displayed on the interface of the smart device or the APP interface in communication connection with the smart device, and is used for investigating other external factors affecting the vital signs of the current user. For example, if it is determined that the user may have a certain prevalent illness based on the current hypoglycemic parameters, the associated preset questionnaire may be whether the exercise is just finished, whether breakfast has been eaten, etc., whether there is an existing medical history; if it is determined that the user may have a certain epidemic based on abnormal heart rate, sleep quality, the associated preset questionnaire may be a query to the user whether the user is currently in a plateau area, the type of medication taken today, whether there is an existing medical history, etc. After the relevant reference factors are obtained through questionnaires, the influence caused by the reference factors is eliminated, and the diagnosis probability value of the current epidemic disease is corrected. And judging whether the prompt information needs to be output again according to the corrected result.
In one embodiment, the control module 1 is further configured to determine the vital sign information required to be acquired according to the prevalence of an epidemic.
As described above, when the control module 1 determines that the diagnosis probability of a certain prevalent disease is greater than the preset value, in order to reduce the power consumption of the smart device, when the vital sign parameter values commonly owned by most of the diseases are collected in advance, the disease types are sorted according to the prevalence of the disease types. In the health monitoring process, various vital sign parameters corresponding to the disease species with the highest popularity are collected firstly, and whether the collected vital sign parameters can obtain the diagnosis confirming probability of the disease species larger than a preset threshold value is determined. If not, collecting all the vital sign parameters corresponding to the disease types in the next sequence, and judging again. Since the disease category with higher popularity is more likely to appear on the user with abnormal physical signs, the disease category is judged first, and under the condition that the condition is met, other vital characteristic parameters do not need to be collected, so that the data collection amount can be reduced, and the power consumption is reduced.
In one embodiment, the intelligent device for health detection further includes a camera module 7, and the control module 1 is further configured to prompt a user to take an image of a specific body part of the user by using the camera module 7, obtain additional vital sign information by using an image recognition technology, and comprehensively judge the health condition of the user by using the additional vital sign information and the vital sign information acquired by the vital sign information acquisition module 2 and output prompt information.
As described above, if it is determined that the diagnosis probability of a certain prevalent disease is just reaching the critical value, in order to improve the determination accuracy, the camera module 7 of the device may be activated to shoot the user, for example, the pupil and tongue condition of the user is shot according to the reminding operation of the user, and the consideration of the vital sign parameters of the disease is further enhanced through image recognition or remote non-contact manual recognition. The intelligent equipment for health detection further comprises a sound playing module 9, and the sound playing module is used for playing sound and outputting sound reminding information during remote non-contact inquiry.
In one embodiment, the control module 1 is further configured to display a human body part diagram on the display module 5, and display a lesion position on the human body part diagram according to the determination result of the health condition of the user.
In this embodiment, when the control module 1 determines the probability value of a specific epidemic disease suffered by a user, a schematic diagram of a human body part can be displayed on the display module 5 of the device according to whether a focus appears on the heart, the lung or other parts of the user, and probability values of each part as a focus are respectively output, so that the user can be more intuitively reminded, and the user can select items corresponding to different parts to seek medical advice in time. More specifically, the control module 1 may also suggest which department the user selects for hospitalization based on the probability of the user suffering from a particular epidemic and based on the probability value of the lesion location. For example, when the smart device for health detection monitors that the user has symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, and lack of strength, the smart device for health detection determines that the probability of pneumonia infection of the user is 80%, displays a human body position map on the display module 5, displays a special color (such as red) mark of the lung as a focus, and gives a prompt (or a prompt when the user clicks the lung) to recommend that the user goes to an inquiry of the respiratory medicine as soon as possible.
