Abstract
本发明公开了一种超微创可视针刀镜系统,包括控制器、针刀镜手术器械、图像采集机构、图像显示机构和冲洗机构,所述冲洗机构与所述针刀镜手术器械连接,所述针刀镜手术器械上设有冷光源和摄像头,所述摄像头与所述图像采集机构电连接,所述图像采集机构、所述图像显示机构、所述冷光源和所述冲洗机构分别与所述控制器电连接。本发明以《内经》"九针十二原"为基础,结合现代医学"可视镜"技术,在微创和可视条件下,提供一种超微创可视针刀镜系统。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域。更具体地说,本发明涉及一种超微创可视针刀镜系统。
背景技术
我国高尿酸血症患者人数已达1.7亿,其中痛风患者超过8000万人,而且正以每年9.7%的年增长率迅速增加。高尿酸血症的发病率从1998年的10.10%上升到2008年的17.90%,而痛风的发病率从1998年的0.34%上升到2008年的2.0%。现今痛风已经成为我国仅次于糖尿病的第二大代谢类疾病。
随着经济水平的不断增高,人们生活水平及生活方式发生了改变,全国痛风人数仍在不断增加。预计到2021年,痛风患者将超过一个亿。
最新数据显示,痛风位列癌症、糖尿病和高血压之后,成为第四大“最受关注疾病”。因此,提高人们对痛风病的科普认识和做好有效防控及科学、规范、有效治疗工作已经是迫在眉睫!
目前对于痛风的一般治疗方法包括药物治疗、物理治疗和开放性手术,药物治疗和物理治疗适用于早期患者,且二者都需要长期治疗,而且药物治疗只能暂时控制病情,无法阻止疾病恶化,同时长期服药毒副作用大,伤害肾脏等重要器官;物理治疗早期虽然可缓解,但是日久疗效下降,病情易复发,而且患者容易产生长期依赖。开放性手术则一般是晚期患者的选择,其虽然治疗时间短,但是只可进行截骨术、关节置换术等,易受二次侵袭,开放性手术具有创口大、风险高、花费多的缺点。
发明内容
本发明以《内经》"九针十二原"为基础,结合现代医学"可视镜"技术,在微创和可视条件下,提供一种超微创可视针刀镜系统。
为了实现根据本发明的这些目的和其它优点,提供了一种超微创可视针刀镜系统,包括控制器、针刀镜手术器械、图像采集机构、图像显示机构和冲洗机构,所述冲洗机构与所述针刀镜手术器械连接,所述针刀镜手术器械上设有冷光源和摄像头,所述摄像头与所述图像采集机构电连接,所述图像采集机构、所述图像显示机构、所述冷光源和所述冲洗机构分别与所述控制器电连接。
优选的是,所述的一种超微创可视针刀镜系统中,所述图像采集机构为高清摄像机,所述高清摄像机分别与所述控制器和所述摄像头电连接。
优选的是,所述的一种超微创可视针刀镜系统中,所述图像显示机构为显示屏。
优选的是,所述的一种超微创可视针刀镜系统中,所述冲洗机构包括依次连接的冲吸泵、排液瓶和排液针。
优选的是,所述的一种超微创可视针刀镜系统中,所述冷光源为LED冷光源。
优选的是,所述的一种超微创可视针刀镜系统中,还包括刨削机构。
优选的是,所述的一种超微创可视针刀镜系统中,还包括经筋刀。
本发明的超微创可视针刀镜系统可解决痛风、痛风石、高尿酸血症、痛风性关节炎、关节肿痛等疾病,同时解决痛风病临床治疗中存在的诸如:治疗不规范、不系统、副作用大、伤肝肾、手术风险大,后遗症多、易复发等一系列问题。
本发明的其它优点、目标和特征将部分通过下面的说明体现,部分还将通过对本发明的研究和实践而为本领域的技术人员所理解。

如图1所示,本发明的实施例提供一种超微创可视针刀镜系统,包括控制器、针刀镜手术器械、图像采集机构、图像显示机构和冲洗机构,所述冲洗机构与所述针刀镜手术器械连接,所述针刀镜手术器械上设有冷光源和摄像头,所述摄像头与所述图像采集机构电连接,所述图像采集机构、所述图像显示机构、所述冷光源和所述冲洗机构分别与所述控制器电连接。
上述实施例中,所述图像采集机构为高清摄像机,所述高清摄像机分别与所述控制器和所述摄像头电连接;所述图像显示机构为显示屏;所述冲洗机构包括依次连接的冲吸泵、排液瓶和排液针;所述冷光源为LED冷光源;还包括刨削机构;还包括经筋刀。
本发明技术康复案例(一):
患者:陈女士
康复过程:关节重度疼痛,夜间经常突然发作,影响日常工作和生活。来院后,主任为她采用CMI国医超微创可视针刀镜溶解术进行治疗。症状有明显改善,疼痛消失,患者十分满意。
本发明技术康复案例(二):
患者:赵女士
治疗过程:痛风发作时,特别是脚踝处,其疼痛感特别强烈,发作起来无法忍受,已影响正常工作生活,患者十分苦恼。来院后,主任为她采用CMI国医超微创可视针刀镜溶解术治疗,治疗后完全不疼了,患者十分满意。
本发明技术康复案例(三):
患者:许先生
治疗过程:来院时关节表面出现红紫和发亮现象,有痛风石,同时还伴随肿胀。主任采用CMI国医超微创可视针刀镜溶解术治疗后康复,肿胀消失,不再疼痛。患者对治疗效果很满意。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的实施例。

1.一种超微创可视针刀镜系统,其特征在于,包括控制器、针刀镜手术器械、图像采集机构、图像显示机构和冲洗机构,所述冲洗机构与所述针刀镜手术器械连接,所述针刀镜手术器械上设有冷光源和摄像头,所述摄像头与所述图像采集机构电连接,所述图像采集机构、所述图像显示机构、所述冷光源和所述冲洗机构分别与所述控制器电连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种超微创可视针刀镜系统,其特征在于,所述图像采集机构为高清摄像机,所述高清摄像机分别与所述控制器和所述摄像头电连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种超微创可视针刀镜系统,其特征在于,所述图像显示机构为显示屏。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种超微创可视针刀镜系统,其特征在于,所述冲洗机构包括依次连接的冲吸泵、排液瓶和排液针。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种超微创可视针刀镜系统,其特征在于,所述冷光源为LED冷光源。
6.如权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种超微创可视针刀镜系统,其特征在于,还包括刨削机构。
