Abstract
The invention discloses a tongue lifting opening device for oral and maxillofacial surgery, which adopts the technical scheme that: the device comprises two corner spreader which are symmetrically arranged, wherein one ends of the two corner spreader are connected through a first bracket, and the other ends of the two corner spreader are connected through a second bracket; the first bracket is rotatably connected with the tongue lifting plate, and a first clamping mechanism is connected between the first bracket and the tongue lifting plate; the second support is rotatably connected with the lower jaw plate, and a second clamping mechanism is connected between the second support and the lower jaw plate. The tongue forceps solves the problems that the existing tongue forceps can not prop open the oral cavity and can not fixedly expose tissues of the tongue abdomen and the mouth bottom, the oral cavity can be fixedly propped open in an operation, and the parts of the tongue abdomen and the mouth bottom can be fully exposed.

Background

Further, the cross section of the mouth corner spreader 2 is arc-shaped, and the bending directions of the two mouth corner spreaders 2 face to the sides close to each other. In this embodiment, the first bracket 9 and the second bracket 10 are respectively of a door-shaped structure and are symmetrically arranged.
An opening is formed between the two mouth corner spreaders 2, the first support 9 and the second support 10 can be set into a telescopic structure, and the distance between the two mouth corner spreaders 2 is adjusted by the telescopic structure of the first support 9 and the second support 10, so that the width adjustment of the opening is realized.
The tongue lifting plate can adopt a structure shown in fig. 3 or a tongue lifting plate structure for tongue frenulum forming operation shown in fig. 4. When in use, the tongue lifting plate for tongue lifting/frenulum forming is placed between the tongue body and the mouth bottom and is tightly attached to the tongue edges at two sides and part of the tongue abdomen.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the tongue lifting plate comprises a tongue lifting plate main body 7, an angle adjusting rod 5 and a tongue edge baffle 8, wherein the tongue lifting plate main body 7 is of an arc-shaped structure with a certain width; the angle adjusting rod 5 is installed at the center of the tongue lifting plate main body 7 far away from the opening side thereof.
In the present embodiment, the angle adjusting lever 5 has an L-shaped structure, and is connected to the first bracket 1. The inner side of the angle adjusting rod 5 is provided with a rotating part 10, and the rotating part 10 is hinged with the first bracket 1. The upper side or the lower side of the rotating part 10 is connected with a second clamping piece 11, and the whole second clamping piece 11 is of an arc-shaped structure.
In order to ensure that the tongue-lifting plate main body 7 can be lifted when the angle adjusting lever 5 is pulled outwards, the second catch 11 is of a downward (with reference to the direction shown in fig. 3) bent structure when it is arranged on the upper side of the rotating part 10; the lower side surface of the second catch 11 has an engagement tooth 12. When the second catch 11 is provided at the lower side of the rotating part 10, it is a bent upward knot, and the upper side surface of the second catch 11 has the engaging teeth 12.
Further, the first bracket 9 is connected with a first clamping member 9, and the first clamping member 9 and the second clamping member 11 form a first clamping mechanism. The first retaining member 9 has an arc-shaped structure, and has an engagement tooth 12 on one side surface thereof. The first clamping piece 9 and the second clamping piece 11 are matched in shape and meshed through the meshing teeth 12, so that the tongue lifting plate is limited after rotating for a certain angle.
For the tongue lifting plate for tongue frenulum formation, the tongue lifting plate main body 7 is provided with the tongue frenulum fixing plate 6 at the inner side thereof, as shown in fig. 4, the tongue frenulum fixing plate 6 and the tongue lifting plate main body 7 are located at the same horizontal plane, and one end of the tongue frenulum fixing plate 6 is provided with an opening. The rest structure is consistent with the tongue lifting plate structure, and the description is omitted here.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the lower jaw pressing plate 3 is an L-shaped structure, and includes a lower pressing plate and a lifting plate which are connected into a whole and are perpendicular to each other; in the present embodiment, the lower pressure plate is a rectangular plate parallel to the cross section of the lip spreader 2, and is located at the central position below (with reference to the direction shown in fig. 1) the lip spreader 2.
The lifting plate is rotatably connected with the second support 4 and is connected with the second support 4 through a second clamping mechanism. The second clamping mechanism comprises a third clamping part (not shown in the figure) fixedly connected with the second support 4 and a fourth clamping part (not shown in the figure) fixedly connected with the lower jaw plate 3, one sides of the third clamping part and the fourth clamping part corresponding to each other are respectively provided with meshing teeth, the specific connection mode of the third clamping part and the fourth clamping part is consistent with that of the first clamping mechanism, and the details are not repeated here.
Preferably, the mouth gag of the present embodiment is made of stainless steel.
The mouth gag of the embodiment can be sterilized at high temperature and high pressure, can be used for fixing and opening the oral cavity in the operation and is suitable for fully exposing the tongue abdomen and the mouth bottom part; the embodiment can fully expose tissues of the tongue abdomen and the mouth bottom under the condition of fixedly opening the oral cavity, is beneficial to fully exposing the operation area, and particularly exposes the difficult area to the operation area.
The using method of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
the mouth angle spreaders 2 at two sides are put into the mouth, the tongue lifting plate is positioned at the upper side, and the lower jaw pressing plate 3 is positioned at the lower side. The angle adjusting rod 5 is used for adjusting the tongue lifting plate to a proper angle, and the tongue lifting plate gradually lifts the tongue body along with the traction of the angle adjusting rod 5, so that the tongue abdomen and the mouth bottom operation area are fully exposed.
When the tongue lifting plate special for tongue frenulum plasty is used, the tongue frenulum is firstly placed in the central gap (opening) at the lower part of the tongue frenulum fixing plate.

2. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mouth angle openers are circular arc-shaped in cross section, and the two mouth angle openers are curved toward the side close to each other.

The tongue lifting opening device for oral and maxillofacial surgery as claimed in claim 1, wherein said first locking mechanism comprises a first locking member fixedly connected to said first frame and a second locking member fixedly connected to said tongue lifting plate, and said first locking member and said second locking member are provided with engaging teeth on their respective sides.

The tongue lifting opening device for oral and maxillofacial surgery as recited in claim 1, wherein said second locking mechanism comprises a third locking member fixedly connected to said second frame and a fourth locking member fixedly connected to said depressing jaw plate, and said third locking member and said fourth locking member have engaging teeth formed on respective sides thereof.
5. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the depressing jaw plate is of an L-shaped configuration.
6. The tongue lifting device for oral and maxillofacial surgery as set forth in claim 5, wherein said depressing plate comprises a depressing plate and a pulling plate perpendicular to each other, said pulling plate being hinged to said second bracket.
7. The tongue lifting device for oral and maxillofacial surgery as recited in claim 1, wherein the tongue lifting plate comprises a main body, and an angle adjusting rod is mounted on one side of the main body and hinged to the first bracket.
8. The tongue lifting device for oral and maxillofacial surgery as claimed in claim 7, wherein the tongue lifting plate body is arc-shaped and the angle adjusting lever is L-shaped.
9. The tongue lifting device for oral maxillofacial surgery as recited in claim 8, wherein a tongue edge baffle is fixed to the edge of the tongue lifting plate body.
10. The tongue lifting device for oral maxillofacial surgery as recited in claim 7, wherein a tongue belt fixing plate is connected to the inner side of the tongue lifting plate body.
