To maintain the following description of the embodiments of the present invention clear and concise, a detailed description of known functions and known components of the invention have been omitted.
The embodiment of the invention discloses a bathroom chassis device which is particularly suitable for being arranged on the structural ground of an indoor bathroom with small height.
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, the bathroom floor device includes a floor main body 10, a drain pipe 30, a floor drain 31, and a plurality of leg mechanisms 20 for supporting the floor main body 10 and adjusting the height of the floor main body 10.
The chassis main body 10 is divided in the thickness direction from below to above in order: basic layer, structural layer, levelling layer and top layer.
The base layer is formed by a plate frame 11, and the plate frame 11 comprises a rectangular frame and a plurality of cross beams 112; the rectangular frame is formed by butt joint and fixation of four square pipes 111 (pipe bodies) which are connected in an end-to-end manner; a plurality of cross beams 112 are arranged between two opposite square tubes 111 in parallel; as shown in fig. 3, right-angled connecting plates 113 are disposed between the adjacent square pipes 111 and between the cross beam 112 and the square pipe 111, and rivets or screws are inserted into the connecting plates 113 to connect the two adjacent square pipes 111 and the cross beam 112 to the square pipe 111 by the connecting plates 113.
It should be noted that: the cross beam 112 is smaller in size in the thickness direction than the square tube 111.
The structural layer is obtained by sequentially laying a plurality of battens 12 on a plate frame 11; in particular, the slats 12 arranged in succession are perpendicular to the cross-member 112 and can thus overlap the cross-member 112; the section of each batten 12 is in an inverted U shape; and the thickness of the laths 12 arranged in sequence is gradually reduced along one arrangement direction, so that an inclined plane is formed on the upper surface formed by the arrangement of the plurality of laths 12, a sink groove 32 for installing a floor drain 31 is arranged on the lower side of the inclined plane, and the floor drain 31 is arranged at the bottom of the sink groove 32. The method of arranging the slats 12 in the U-shaped configuration to form the inclined surface is: the height of one side plate of each slat 12 is made smaller than the height of the other side plate, so that the top plate of the slat 12 is inclined as shown in fig. 6, which makes the surface formed by the arrangement of the plurality of plate bodies a slope.
The slats 12 may be formed by bending a stainless steel plate, but are not limited to using a stainless steel plate material.
As shown in fig. 4 and 7, the leveling layer is formed by a cover plate 13, the edge of the cover plate 13 is bent to form a step edge 131, and the cover plate 13 is buckled on the above structural layer, i.e. the main body of the cover plate 13 is attached to the formed inclined plane; the step edges 131 are attached to the square tubes 111 of the ledge 11 at the edges.
The cover plate 13 may be formed by processing a fiber composite plate or by injection molding plastic, but is not limited to these two materials.
The surface layer is formed by splicing a plurality of tiles 14, and specifically, the tiles 14 are laid on the cover sheet 13 in a matrix arrangement so that the tiles 14 constitute the surface layer. The tile 14 may be made of a plastic material or a ceramic material.
The key points of the invention are as follows: the structure and arrangement of the drainage pipe 30, and the structure and arrangement of the foot mechanism 20.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the drain pipe 30 is disposed between two adjacent cross beams 112, the drain pipe 30 extends toward the floor drain 31 and is connected to the floor drain 31; in the invention, the drain pipe 30 occupies the thickness space defined by the two cross beams 112 to the maximum extent in the thickness direction, which tends to reduce the distance from the bottom of the drain pipe 30 in the thickness direction to the upper surface of the chassis main body 10, thereby reducing or even avoiding the influence of the drain pipe 30 on the overall thickness of the chassis device. In order to further reduce or even avoid the influence of the drain pipe 30 on the overall thickness of the chassis device, the drain pipe 30 is configured as a flat pipe with a size in the thickness direction smaller than that in the horizontal direction, so that the drain requirement is met by the increase of the size of the flat pipe in the horizontal direction, and the influence on the overall thickness is reduced or even avoided by the reduction of the size of the flat pipe in the thickness direction.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, a plurality of foot mechanisms 20 are disposed at the bottom of the bed 11; each of the leg mechanisms 20 includes: a screw 21, a first nut block 22, a second nut block 23, and a top thread 24; the first nut block 22 is fixed to the bottom wall of the inner hole of the square pipe 111, for example, by forming a hollow (not shown in the drawings) in one side of the square pipe 111 for mounting the first nut block 22 so that the first nut block 22 enters the square pipe 111 from the hollow, and moving the first nut block 22 to the mounting position by a finger operation or a tool, and then, welding and fixing the first nut block 22 with a welding rod; the second nut block 23 is fixed on the outer side wall of the square tube 111 corresponding to the first nut block 22 and is welded and fixed by a welding rod; the screw 21 penetrates through a through hole which is formed in the bottom of the square pipe 111 in advance, penetrates through the first nut block 22, and is further in threaded connection with the first nut block 22; in this manner, it is easily understood that the height and the levelness of the entire chassis main body 10 can be adjusted by rotating the screw 21 of each anchor mechanism 20. The position that the screw hole of first nut piece 22 and second nut piece 23 is relative has seted up perforation 221, and jackscrew 24 transversely wears to establish the screw hole of second nut piece 23, and wears to establish perforation 221 of first nut piece 22 to form threaded connection with second nut piece 23, so, after screw rod 21 has adjusted the height that stretches out, tightly push up the screw rod 21 that is arranged in first nut piece 22 through screwing jackscrew 24 and making the head of jackscrew 24, and then restriction screw rod 21 free rotation.
The upper end of the screw 21 of the foot mechanism 20 is screwed into the square tube 111, so that the expansion amount reserved for the screw 21 by the chassis main body 10 is provided by the thickness occupied by the square tube 111, that is, by the thickness of a part of the chassis main body 10 itself, and compared with the foot mechanism 20 in which the screw 21 penetrates through the screw sleeve arranged at the bottom of the chassis, the foot mechanism 20 provided by the invention and the chassis main body 10 are matched in a way that the whole thickness of the chassis device is smaller.
It should be noted that:
the overall thickness of the chassis device is determined by the lower portion of the drain pipe 30 compared to the lower end of the screw 21 of the foot mechanism 20, and the drain pipe 30 is set lower or the screw 21 is set lower, depending on the displacement requirement and the expansion requirement of the screw 21. However, it can be determined that: by providing the drain pipe 30 and the foot mechanism 20 in the above manner and structure, the present invention provides a chassis apparatus capable of setting the overall thickness smaller than that of the prior art.
The bathroom chassis device provided by the invention has the advantages that:
1. by extending the screw 21 of the foot mechanism 20 into the chassis main body 10, the overall thickness of the chassis device can be made smaller.
2. By enabling the drain pipe 30 to occupy the thickness space defined by the two cross beams 112, the drain pipe 30 can encroach on a part of the thickness of the chassis body 10, so that the distance from the bottom of the drain pipe 30 to the upper surface of the chassis body 10 can be effectively reduced, and the influence of the drain pipe 30 on the whole thickness can be effectively reduced.
3. The U-shaped structural slats 12 arranged in the chassis main body 10 can effectively reduce the overall weight of the chassis main body 10 with little reduction in the strength of the chassis main body 10.
4. The cover sheet 13 having the step edge 131 structure provides a flat paving surface for paving the floor tiles 14, and the cover sheet 13 also serves to prevent water leakage to the lower layer thereof.
