By adjusting the opening degree between the communication hole 1141 in the sliding sleeve 114 and the port of the heat conduction pipe 115, drying and dust removal can be effectively performed at the same time; by adding a dedusting agent to the feeding device 14, an insecticidal operation can also be performed.
