The fish tail slitting device as claimed in claim 4, further comprising a guiding structure, wherein the guiding structure comprises two guiding plates arranged on the bottom wall of the fish feeding groove body at intervals in the front-back direction, a fish feeding channel is formed between the two guiding plates, and at least one of the guiding plates is adjustable in relative position in the front-back direction so as to adjust the size of the fish feeding channel.
6. The fish tail slitting device as claimed in claim 5, wherein at least one of the guide plates is an adjustable guide plate;
the guide structure further comprises an elastic piece, and the elastic piece is arranged between the adjustable guide plate and the side wall corresponding to the fish feeding groove body.

The fish tail slitting device according to claim 1, further comprising a dust cover, wherein the dust cover is rotatably mounted on one side of the frame along a left-right axis and is arranged corresponding to the fish slitting station so as to cover the fish slitting mechanism; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
