Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only a few embodiments of the present application, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Embodiments of the present application provide an application grouping adjustment method, an application grouping adjustment apparatus, a storage medium, and an electronic device, which will be described in detail below.
As shown in fig. 1, the grouping adjustment method is applied to an electronic device. The electronic equipment can be an intelligent terminal such as a smart phone and a tablet computer. Wherein a plurality of applications are installed in the electronic device. The operating system of the electronic device may include multiple tiers of application standby packets, with higher tier application standby packets configured to have greater scheduling capabilities for electronic device resources. For example, the operating system may be an Android operating system (Android), and the multiple levels of application standby groups may be a power framework under the Android operating system.
Currently, many mobile electronic devices use the android operating system. The android system comprises an application standby grouping function. The application standby grouping function is a power management function. The application standby packet includes the following five packets, respectively: active (applications are being used), working (applications are used with high frequency), common (applications are often used but not daily), rare (applications are rarely used), occasional (applications are used occasionally). The system will divide each application into one of the above-mentioned groups according to its usage, and each group has different restrictions on the scheduling of device resources. Wherein active packets, working packets, frequent packets, rare packets, and occasional packets decrease in order in scheduling capability for device resources. For example, applications in an active group may be configured to have a greater scheduling capability for device resources than work groups. Applications divided into work groups are configured to have a greater scheduling capability for device resources than the usual groups. However, in the related art, the flexibility that the device of the android system divides a certain application into a certain group of the above five groups according to the usage behavior of the application, that is, the device adjusts the application standby group, is poor.
Based on this, the application grouping adjustment method provided at the time of this application or immediately may include the following processes:
101. and acquiring the use information of each application in the historical time period.
The application mentioned in the embodiment may be any application installed on the electronic device, such as an office application, a social application, a game application, a shopping application, and the like.
In some embodiments, the usage information of the application may be a usage record of the application, such as a record of the opening time of each application. In practical application, the use information of each installed application can be recorded after the application is installed, and the use information is converted into corresponding data to be stored in a preset storage area. When the use information of a certain application or certain applications needs to be used, the data corresponding to the certain application or certain applications in a certain time period can be called from the storage area, and the obtained data is analyzed to obtain corresponding information which is used as the use information of the certain application or certain applications in a historical time period. Wherein the historical time period may be the past month, the last week, etc.
In specific implementation, the sampling time point can be set to monitor the usage record of each application for each application. If a result with higher accuracy is desired, the collection time points can be set densely, for example, every 1 minute is a sampling time point; if the electronic device is not required to be accurate, the sampling time points may be set to be loose, for example, every 10 minutes is a sampling time point.
In the specific implementation process, in order to reduce the power consumption of the electronic device and save the terminal resources of the electronic device, the time period required to be recorded can be directly set, and then the use information applied to the sample at each sampling time point is recorded in the time period, so that the use information can be used later.
In the embodiment of the present application, in order to further reduce power consumption, the operation of acquiring the usage information of each application may be set to be triggered only when the electronic device is in a standby state.
102. The current point in time is determined.
In particular, a timer may be integrated in the electronic device for detecting current time information, such as a timestamp, in real time. Then, the acquired time stamp is converted into time information in a currently general time format, such as xx minutes xx seconds in xx year xx month xx day xx, xx minutes xx seconds in xx year, xx week xx, xx seconds in xx year, and the like.
103. And adjusting the priority of each application at the current time point according to the use information.
Specifically, the use information of each application can be counted, and the high-frequency applications frequently used by the user at different time points can be obtained according to the counting result, so that the use habits of the user in using the applications can be used for sequencing the application priority.
In practical application, a prediction algorithm model (such as a Gaussian mixture algorithm model, a convolutional neural network algorithm model and the like) of application use conditions can be constructed based on use information of each application, so that the priority of each application at different time points is adjusted according to a prediction result.
104. Applications in the plurality of application standby packets are adjusted based on the priority.
Specifically, the applications configured in the application standby group can be adjusted according to the priority order of each electronic device at the current time point, so that the applications in each hierarchical group under the electric quantity framework can be dynamically adjusted according to the use habit of the user and the current time point, and the purpose of reducing the resource consumption of the electronic devices can be achieved on the premise of not closing the applications.
In some embodiments, other state parameters of the electronic device may also be introduced to further regulate the application standby grouping of each tier. For example, the status parameter may be a power parameter, a network status parameter, a motion status parameter, etc. of the electronic device.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, taking an electric quantity parameter as an example, before adjusting the applications in the application standby packets based on the priority, the method further includes the following steps:
105. acquiring the current electric quantity of the current electronic equipment;
the step "adjusting the applications in the plurality of application standby packets based on the priority" may include the following procedures:
1041. determining an electric quantity interval in which the current electric quantity is located;
1042. acquiring quantity distribution information of the application quantity in each application standby group in the electric quantity interval according to a preset mapping relation, wherein the preset mapping relation comprises the following steps: mapping relation between the electric quantity interval and quantity distribution information of the application quantity in each application standby group;
1043. based on the number distribution information and the priority, applications in the plurality of application standby packets are adjusted.
The quantity distribution information is application quantity information correspondingly configured in the application standby group of each hierarchy. For example, there are five levels of application standby packets, and the first level is the highest level, the number distribution information may be set as: the number of applications configured for the application standby packet of the first tier is 3, the number of applications configured for the application standby packet of the second tier is 4, the number of applications configured for the application standby packet of the third tier is 5, the number of applications configured for the application standby packet of the fourth tier is 6, and the number of applications configured for the application standby packet of the fifth tier is 7.
In the embodiment of the present application, a mapping relationship between the power interval and the quantity distribution information of the application quantity in each application standby packet needs to be established in advance. Firstly, dividing an electric quantity area, and if the full electricity is 100%, dividing the electric quantity into a plurality of intervals according to actual requirements, such as four electric quantity intervals of 0-20%, 20-40%, 40-80%, 80-100% and the like. Then, the number of applications allowed to be allocated in the application standby group of each hierarchy is set according to the amount of power of each section. In practical application, the higher the electric quantity is, the more the number of applications allowed to be configured in the application standby packet corresponding to the higher hierarchy is, and correspondingly, the less the number of applications allowed to be configured in the application standby packet corresponding to the lower hierarchy is; the lower the power level is, the fewer the number of applications allowed to be configured in the application standby packet corresponding to the higher hierarchy level is, and correspondingly, the greater the number of applications allowed to be configured in the application standby packet corresponding to the lower hierarchy level is.
For example, the power interval is 0 to 20%, the number of applications allowed to be configured in the application standby packet of the highest hierarchy is 1, and the number of applications allowed to be configured in the application standby packet of the lowest hierarchy is 10. The electric quantity interval is 80-100%, and the number of applications allowed to be configured in the corresponding application standby packet of the highest hierarchy is 5.
In some embodiments, the step of "adjusting the applications in the plurality of application standby packets based on the number distribution information and the priority" may include the following procedures:
according to the quantity distribution information, sequentially screening corresponding quantity of applications from high to low in priority to obtain a plurality of application sets;
matching application standby packets of a plurality of levels with a plurality of application sets according to the level sequence of the packets;
and replacing the applications in each application standby group with the applications in the matched application set.
Specifically, when the corresponding number of applications are sequentially screened in the order of the priority from high to low according to the number distribution information, it is assumed that 10 applications are a, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, and J in the order of the priority from high to low, the grouping hierarchy is five hierarchies, and the number distribution information from the high hierarchy to the low hierarchy is: 1. 1, 2,3 and 3. Then, five sets, respectively a set 1, a set 2, a set 3, a set 4, a E, F, G, a set 5, a J, H, I, J, may be screened from a plurality of applications according to the number of grouping levels. Then, a corresponding set of applications may be matched for each level in order of packet level to replace applications within each application standby packet with applications in the matched set of applications.
In some embodiments, the step of "matching the application standby packets of the plurality of hierarchies with the plurality of application sets in the order of the packet hierarchy level" may include the following procedures:
setting a set level for a plurality of application sets, wherein in two application sets adjacent to the set level, the priority of the application in the high-level application set is higher than that of the application in the low-level application set;
and matching the plurality of application sets with the plurality of application standby groups in a one-to-one correspondence manner according to the sequence of the set level from high to low and the grouping level from high to low.
Specifically, in order to increase the matching speed and the probability of effective matching, a set level may be set for a plurality of application sets. For example, the set 1 hard A is set as the first level (i.e. the highest level), the set 2 hard B is set as the second level, the set 3 hard C, D is set as the third level, the set 4 hard E, F, G is set as the fourth level, and the set 5 hard H, I, J is set as the fifth level (i.e. the lowest level). Then, in the order of the set level from high to low and the packet level from high to low, set 1 is matched with the application standby packet of the first level, set 2 is matched with the application standby packet of the second level, set 3 is matched with the application standby packet of the third level, and so on.
In some embodiments, the step of "replacing an application within each application standby packet with an application in the matched application set" may include the following process:
screening out applications which are different from the matched application set from the current application standby group;
removing different applications from the current application standby packet;
and updating the applications which are different from the current application standby group in the matched application set to the current application standby group.
Specifically, when the applications in each application standby group are replaced with the applications in the matched application set, the same applications in the current application standby group as those in the matched application set may be retained, different applications may be removed from the current application standby group, and the applications in the matched application set that are different from the current application standby group may be updated to the current application standby group, so as to implement application replacement.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiments, in the embodiments of the present application, there are various ways to acquire the usage information of each application in the historical time period, as follows:
in some embodiments, the historical time period comprises a plurality of time periods, each time period divided into a plurality of sampling periods; with continued reference to fig. 2, the step "obtaining usage information of each application in the historical time period" may include the following process:
1011. acquiring use information corresponding to each application in each sampling period;
1012. and processing the use information corresponding to the same sampling time interval in different time periods to obtain the use probability corresponding to different sampling time intervals in the time period.
Assuming that N applications are installed in the electronic device, the number of times that the same sampling period is run in the foreground every day in the past week for each application is counted for each of the N applications respectively (if one day may include 24 hours, then the 1 st hour of monday and the 1 st hour of sunday are the same sampling period; then the 24 th hour of monday and the 24 th hour of sunday are the same sampling period), and is denoted by X = [ X1, X2, X3, X4, xi \8230; \8230, X24], where xi denotes the number of times that the application is used at the i-th hour of each day in the past week.
For example, taking monday to sunday as the historical time period, if in 7, there are 3 days users who used application a at 12 to 20 pm at 00, and the rest of the time is not trusted. Then the application a usage statistics for this user can be shown in table 1 below:
applications of x1 ... x12 ... x20 ... x24
Applications A 0 0 3 3 3 0 0
Application B ... ... ... ... ... ... ...
... ... ... ... ... ... ...
... ... ... ... ... ... ...
TABLE 1
In some embodiments, the obtained usage information of the applications may be preprocessed, the usage probability of each application in different sampling periods may be calculated, the probability distribution of the usage of each application changing with time may be further obtained, and the training samples may be generated by corresponding the sampling periods to the usage probabilities one to one. Then, a preset algorithm model can be trained based on the generated training samples, so as to obtain an algorithm model capable of predicting application use probabilities at different time points.
For example, the generated training samples may be input into a preset gaussian mixture model, and relevant parameters in the preset gaussian mixture model are continuously modified according to the input training samples, so that the trained gaussian mixture model is applicable to all training samples, and application use probabilities at different time points are predicted.
With continued reference to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the step of "adjusting the priority of each application at the current point in time according to the usage information" may include the following process:
1031. determining a target sampling period corresponding to the current time point from a plurality of sampling periods;
1032. acquiring the corresponding target use probability of each application in a target sampling period;
1033. the priority of each application is adjusted based on the target usage probability.
For example, if the current time point is 8 hours and 10 minutes on tuesday, the corresponding target sampling period may be determined to be 9 hours from among a plurality of sampling periods (24 hours as described above). Then, the use probability corresponding to each application in the 9 th hour is obtained, and the priority of each application is adjusted based on the use probability.
In some embodiments, the usage information includes a frequency of use and a length of use; the step of processing the usage information corresponding to the same sampling period in each application in different time periods to obtain the usage probability corresponding to different sampling periods in each application in the time period may include the following steps:
respectively carrying out probability calculation on the use frequency and the use time length corresponding to the same sampling time period in different time periods of each application to obtain a first probability corresponding to the use frequency and a second probability corresponding to the operation time length of each application in different sampling time periods;
and according to the preset weight setting, carrying out weighting processing on the first probability and the second probability, and calculating to obtain the use probability of each application under different sampling periods.
Specifically, when performing probability calculation on the use frequency corresponding to the same sampling period in each application in different time periods, the total number of times of using the application in the same sampling period (for example, 12 hours 00 to 13 hours 00) in different time periods may be counted, the sum of the number of times of using the target application to be calculated in the same sampling period (for example, 12 hours 00 to 13 hours 00) in different time periods may be counted, and finally, the ratio is calculated, which is the first probability corresponding to the use frequency in the sampling period (for example, 12 hours 00 to 13 hours 00) in which the target application is used. By analogy, first probabilities corresponding to the use frequencies of the applications in different sampling periods can be calculated.
Similarly, when the probability calculation is performed on the usage duration corresponding to the same sampling period in each application in different time periods, the total duration of the applications used in the same sampling period (e.g., 12 hours 00 to 13 hours 00) in different time periods may be counted, the sum of the durations of the target applications used in the same sampling period (e.g., 12 hours 00 to 13 hours 00) in different time periods may be counted, and finally, the ratio is calculated, which is the second probability corresponding to the usage duration of the target application in the sampling period (e.g., 12 hours 00 to 13 hours 00). By analogy, second probabilities corresponding to the use durations of the applications in different sampling periods can be calculated.
The preset weight may be set by a product manufacturer, for example, the weight corresponding to the usage frequency is set to 40%, and the weight corresponding to the usage duration is set to 60%.
In some embodiments, the usage information may also include other application usage parameters, such as foreground run length, power consumption, and so on.
As can be seen from the above, in the application grouping adjustment method provided in the embodiment of the present application, the use information of each application in the historical time period is obtained; determining a current time point; adjusting the priority of each application at the current time point according to the use information; adjusting applications in the multiple tiers of application standby packets based on the priority. According to the scheme, the application in each hierarchy grouping under the electric quantity framework can be dynamically adjusted in real time according to the use habits of the user, and the purpose of reducing the resource consumption of the electronic equipment is achieved on the premise of not closing the application.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic view of an application scenario of an application grouping adjustment method provided in the embodiment of the present application.
Specifically, assume that there are 5 levels of application standby groups under the current operating system of the electronic device, and the preset power interval is: 0-20%, 20-40%, 40-80%, 80-100%. Referring to fig. 3, assuming that each application standby packet in the drawing is gradually decreased from top to bottom, when the electronic device is in the standby mode, the electronic device triggers to start the application standby packet adjustment mode, at this time, the electronic device may obtain the usage information of each application (assuming that 11 applications such as application 1 to application 11 are installed in the electronic device) in the past week, and then adjust the priority of each application at the current time point (i.e. 11 points 10 points 11 points on the week) according to the usage information, and obtain the sequential ordering result of the priorities from high to low as: the application 1 to the application 11, where the power is 90% and the power interval is 80% -100%, obtain the application quantity distribution information of the application standby packets of each level in the power interval (assuming that: 2,3, 2,1 is in order from the high level to the low level), and refer to (a) of fig. 3 for the configuration of the application standby packets at the current time point, where the application distribution of the application standby packets of each level from the high level to the low level is: application 1, application 2; application 3, application 4, application 5; application 6, application 7, application 8; application 9, application 10; application 11.
When the current time point is detected to be 12 hours and 20 minutes, the electronic equipment can acquire the use information of each application in the past week, and then the priority of each application at the current time point (namely 20 minutes at 12 hours on Monday) is adjusted according to the use information, and the results of sequencing the priority from high to low are obtained as follows: application 3, application 4, application 6, application 7, application 8, application 1, application 2, application 5, application 11, application 10, application 9. At this time, the power amount is 85%, the power amount interval is 80% to 100%, and the power amount interval is consistent with that when the power amount is 90%, so that the application number distribution information of the application standby packet of each tier remains unchanged. The configuration of the application standby packet at the current time point may refer to (b) of fig. 3, where the applications from the high hierarchy to the low hierarchy in the application standby packet of each hierarchy are distributed as follows: application 3, application 4; application 6, application 7, application 8; application 1, application 2, application 5; application 11, application 10; application 9.
When the current time point is detected to be 12 hours and 50 minutes, the electronic equipment can acquire the use information of each application in the past week, then the priority of each application at the current time point (namely, the time point of 12 hours and 50 minutes on the Monday) is adjusted according to the use information, and the sequencing result of the priority from high to low is still obtained as follows: application 3, application 4, application 6, application 7, application 8, application 1, application 2, application 5, application 11, application 10, application 9. At this time, the power is 75%, the power interval is 40% -80%, and the application number distribution information of the application standby packets of each level in the power interval is obtained (assuming that the power interval is from high level to low level: 1,3, 1). The configuration of the application standby packet at the current time point can refer to (c) of fig. 3, and since the priority arrangement is not changed, the applications from the high level to the low level in the application standby packet of each level are distributed as follows: application 3; application 4, application 6, application 7; application 8, application 1, application 2; application 5, application 11, application 10; application 9.
According to the scheme, the current timestamp and the application of the standby grouping of the application of each level under the electric quantity framework can be dynamically adjusted in real time by combining the state information (such as electric quantity, network state and the like) of the electronic equipment according to the use habit of a user, the purpose of reducing the resource consumption of the electronic equipment on the premise of not closing the application is achieved, and the resource consumption of the electronic equipment is effectively managed and controlled.
The embodiment of the present application further provides an application grouping adjustment apparatus 300, which may be integrated in an electronic device, where the electronic device may be an intelligent terminal device such as a smart phone or a tablet computer, and a plurality of applications are installed in the electronic device.
As shown in fig. 4, the application packet adjusting apparatus 300 may include: an information acquisition module 31, a determination module 32, a level adjustment module 33, and a grouping adjustment module 34. Wherein:
