本申请涉及一种工作带宽切换方法、用户设备及网络设备。其包括:确定目标工作带宽BWP和BWP非激活定时器;切换到目标BWP,并启动所述BWP非激活定时器。本申请提供的具体实施方式可以实现在用户设备执行BWP切换时还可以动态调整BWP非激活定时器,使用户设备在不需要再进行数据收发的情况下尽快地切换到带宽较小的BWP,从而进一步节省用户设备的能耗。
