Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 7, the wearable cap of the present invention comprises a cylinder a, a cap B, an air column C, a vest-like band D, and a pull string E. Fig. 1 is a schematic view illustrating a front appearance of a user wearing a wearable cap according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 7 is a schematic view illustrating a back appearance in which the back appearance and the front appearance of a vest-like band D are not illustrated the same.
First, the cap B is formed of a plastic film. In this case, the plastic film may be formed to be completely transparent, but in order to prevent glare of sunlight and prevent the user's face from being sunburned when the user wears the glasses, a colored translucent form such as that suitable for sunglasses is preferable. Also, as sunglasses, a variety of colors may be used.
The cap B is formed in a cylindrical shape. The lower surface of the cylindrical shape is open and the inside is hollow. That is, the cylindrical shape of the cap B is constituted by the upper face and the side face.
On the upper and side surfaces of the cap B, as shown in FIG. 6, air tubes are arranged in a net 701 by being cross-linked with each other. The upper and side surfaces of the cap B can be in a folded state under the state that the air tube has no air. On the contrary, when the air tube is filled with air, the cap B is unfolded into a cylindrical shape and maintains the state. The net 701 made up of a plurality of air tubes may be provided anywhere on the inner and outer surfaces of the upper and side surfaces of the cap B, wherein from the design point of view, it is preferable to be provided on the inner surface.
The outer surface of the side of the hat B can be provided with a forced-fitting metal buckle group 702. The plurality of metal button groups 702 may be formed in various colors, and a plurality of metal buttons of the same color may be combined with each other to fold the cap B in a uniform and neat manner.
The vest-like band D is then worn over the shoulders and upper body of the user. The vest-like band D, as shown in fig. 1 and 7, for example, includes: a pair of band parts (D-1 and D-2) which are inserted from the arms of the user and worn through the shoulders and the lower side parts of the armpits; an upper back fastening band portion D-3 and a lower back fastening band portion D-4 which connect a pair of circular band portions (D-1 and D-2) to each other on the back of the user; upper chest connecting band portions (D-5 and D-6) and lower chest connecting band portions (D-7 and D-8) which are connected to a pair of circular band portions (D-1 and D-2), respectively, on the chest of the user; a vertical chest band portion D-9 connected to one of the upper chest band portions (D-5 and D-6) and a vertical chest band portion D-10 connected to one of the lower chest band portions (D-7 and D-8). The upper chest connecting band portions (D-5 and D-6) and the lower chest connecting band portions (D-7 and D-8), respectively, are provided with a snap-fit type metal button 501, as shown in more detail in FIG. 4. And the vertical chest connecting band parts (D-9 and D-1) are also provided with a forced-inserting matching type metal buckle 501.
The vest-shaped band D is worn by putting a pair of circular band parts (D-1 and D-2) on both arms of a user, respectively, then connecting the upper chest connecting band parts (D-5 and D-6) to each other with the metal button 501, and connecting the lower chest connecting band parts (D-7 and D-8) to each other, and then connecting the vertical chest connecting band parts (D-9 and D-10) to each other with the metal button 501. The vest-like band D has elasticity and can be tightened to fit everyone.
Then, the air columns C connect the side edge portions of the hat B with the vest-like band D, two in front and two in back, which are formed into four. Here, front and back refer to the chest and back of the user. The air column C is adhered to the side edge portion of the cap B and the vest-like band D as illustrated by symbols 401 and 402 in the drawing of fig. 3, and may be sewn with a sewing machine, for example, so as to be firmly formed.
The present invention having the above-mentioned structure is a wearable cap in which a user puts a vest-shaped band D on his or her shoulders and upper body in a state where the air column C is filled with air, and then puts his or her head in a vacant space inside the cap B, so that the cap does not contact the user's head, but is supported on and around the user's head by the air column C. That is, the wearable cap of the present invention has a structure in which the cylindrical cap B formed of a plastic film is floated by the air column C. The cap B floats on the upper portion of the user's hair, so that the user's hair is not pressed or disturbed by the cap B.
The knapsack cap of the present invention is, for example, a plastic film cap B with color such as sunglasses, which can not only see the surroundings clearly, but also prevent glare and suntan, and wrap the whole head to have a heat preservation effect, and prevent the hair from being blown around by wind when a woman climbs or walks in winter. The cap B is supported by the air column C, and the cap B does not need to contact with hair, so that the hair cannot be pressed by the cap B, the head is relaxed, and the hair is not disturbed by the cap B. Nowadays, due to the development of science and technology, the flexibility of the plastic film is strong, so that the wearable cap provided by the invention has a long service life.
According to the backpack type cap of the present invention, the cylinder a may be formed on the upper surface of the cap B. The inside of the cylinder A is hollow, and the upper surface of the cap B is used as the lower surface of the cylinder A. The diameter of cylinder A is smaller than the diameter of cap B.
A manual pump (not shown) may be provided inside the cylinder a. Also inside the cylinder a, preferably, air injection ports for injecting air into the air column C and the air tube may be provided. As shown in fig. 2, the cylinder a is opened and closed by attaching a cylinder cover 301 to the upper part with screws.
According to the wearable cap of the present invention, the pulling string E can be divided into four pulling strings 601 fitted to the vest-like band D and four pulling strings 602 fitted to the cap B. The drawstrings 601 are provided in the front and rear of the shoulder portions of the vest-like band D, and four drawstrings 601 are provided, for example, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, in the back and chest shoulder portions of the band portions (D-1 and D-2). The draw string 601 of the circular band parts (D-1 and D-2) can be attached by sewing with a sewing machine, for example. As shown in fig. 5, the pull cords 602 are two at the front and rear of the side edge portion of the cap B, and four pull cords can be attached. The pull cord 602 of the cap B can be attached by sewing with a sewing machine, for example. The cords 601 of the vest-shaped band D and the cords 602 of the cap B are connected to each other by buckles 603. The plurality of strings 601 and 602 are connected to each other by the buckle 603 and then tightened to be tightened, which helps to keep the cap B floating on the top of the vest-like band D by the air column C. Particularly, when the wind is strong, the backpack type cap of the present invention does not substantially shake due to the plurality of pulling ropes 601 and 602. When the wind blows backward from the front of the user, the two pull cords E in the front pull the hat B, and when the wind blows forward from the rear, the two pull cords E in the rear pull the hat B, so that the hat B does not tilt too much under normal wind force.
The wearing process of the wearable cap of the present invention will be described again below.
First, the cap B is filled with air through the air inlet by a manual pump in the empty cylinder a with the inside thereof being empty. That is, the air pipe network 701 and the air column C provided in the cap B are filled with air. The cap B and air column C then expand to deploy as a balloon expands. After the user wears the vest-shaped band D over the shoulder and the upper body of the user as described above, the vest-shaped band D can be worn by buckling the forcibly inserted metal buckle 501. The vest-shaped belt D has elasticity, and can be tightened by anyone to be right and right. Then the user puts his head into the empty space on the hat B, thereby completing the wearing of the wearable hat of the invention.
After the user wears the wearable cap of the present invention, the cap B formed of a colored plastic film is supported by the air column C, and the cap B does not contact the head of the user and can be supported on and around the head of the user, thereby not only facilitating the use but also preventing the hair of the user from being disordered by the cap B. Especially, when the user turns the head left and right, the user can not be blocked by the air column C, and the operation is convenient. The air column C holds the relatively light hat B so that the carryable hat of the present invention does not cause much hindrance to the user's movement or activity. And sunlight dazzling and face tanning can be prevented by using the color of the plastic film. The edge of the cap B may droop to the middle part of the neck, and the whole head is wrapped and the winter insulation effect is outstanding.
