1) constructing a special word segmentation and named body recognition tool in the field of crop and livestock breeding information based on deep learning, and training a special sequence model in the field of breeding information by adopting the conventional method of developing linguistic data and combining artificial labeling linguistic data in the field of breeding knowledge;
2) extracting relevant contents such as results, varieties, patents, experts and the like and description information from a large amount of text and non-text information;
3) based on deep learning, generating unified representation of information of combining texts and images by using the steps 1) and 2), and generating unified representation of breeding information by adopting a category-content word embedding mode;
4) designing an entity extraction algorithm of breeding information such as achievements, varieties, patents, experts and the like, realizing disambiguation and alignment of entities and completing knowledge fusion; designing a relation extraction algorithm of crop and livestock breeding information, realizing semantic analysis and relation construction between entities, and constructing a knowledge map of breeding information such as achievements, varieties, patents, experts and the like;
5) research represents collaborative reasoning techniques under learning and semantic networks.
Through knowledge association and deep mining, a dynamic analysis mechanism based on data and charts is preliminarily established, so that a user can intuitively and quickly know accurate information such as a leader expert, a core mechanism, a result and the like in a certain field of Szechwan crop and livestock breeding, and the efficiency of breeding information analysis is improved.
4. By constructing a knowledge map model of crop and livestock breeding, information extraction, knowledge association and processing of breeding information are realized, a deep learning technology is introduced into the knowledge association, manual intervention is reduced, and the problems of perception fragmentation, information islanding and the like of the breeding knowledge information are solved. The model mainly realizes layering, systematization, service and intellectualization of breeding knowledge resources, and forms an integrated mode of breeding knowledge processing, inquiring, managing and serving.
