Description

Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of trunking communications, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, and a device for transmitting an MAC CE.
Background
A Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) of a Broadband Trunking Communication (B-TrunC) protocol support group adopts a common space or a dedicated space according to a terminal capability.
For the first paging of the Group call, the base station starts a timer after issuing a trunking paging message, and before the timer is overtime, the base station schedules a Group Radio Network temporary Identity (G-RNTI) of the Group call in a public space. After receiving the trunking paging message, the G-RNTI PDCCH blind detection capability type 2 terminal reports capability through a Control Element (CE) of a Media Access Control (MAC) Control layer (G-RNTI) if the terminal is in a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection state. If the timer is overtime and no terminal reports that only the public space is supported, the group search space of the base station can be changed into the public space and the group private space, otherwise, the base station should keep the G-RNTI corresponding to the group call in the public space for scheduling.
In the above scheme, the reliability requirement for the MAC CE reported by the terminal is high, and if the base station cannot receive the MAC CE sent by the terminal due to reasons such as poor channel quality, the state of the base station and the state of the terminal side cannot be aligned, which causes service abnormality.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without making any creative effort based on the embodiments in the present invention, belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
The PDCCH space allocation mechanism for the group in the B-Trunc protocol is that when a base station side MAC layer judges that terminal equipment with a G-RNTI PDCCH blind detection capability type 2 in a group call is in an RRC connection state, the G-RNTI of the group call is scheduled in a PDCCH common space, wherein a search space supported by the terminal equipment with the G-RNTI PDCCH blind detection capability type 2 is the common space.
Fig. 1 is an application scenario diagram of a transmission method of a MAC CE according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, for the first paging of a group call, the base station starts a timer after issuing a trunking paging message to terminal device 1, terminal device 2, and terminal device 3, for example, set to 300ms, and if terminal device 1 is in an RRC connected state after receiving the trunking paging message and reports G-RNTI PDCCH blind detection capability type 2 to the base station through G-RNTI MAC CE, the base station keeps placing the G-RNTI of the group call in a common space for scheduling. If the timer times out and no terminal reports that only the public space is supported, the group search space of the base station may be changed to public and group private spaces.
In the above process, the reliability of the MAC CE directly affects the state synchronization between the base station and the terminal, and if the transmission of the MAC CE fails, the group call service may be abnormal. Therefore, the invention provides a transmission method of MAC CE, which configures the maximum transmission times of MAC CE to the terminal equipment by the base station, so that the terminal equipment can continuously transmit MAC CE to the base station for many times, thereby improving the reliability of MAC CE. The method provided by the present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples.
Fig. 2 is a first flowchart illustrating a method for transmitting an MAC CE according to the present invention. The main body of execution of the method is a network device, such as a base station. The method comprises the following steps:
s201, the maximum transmission times of the MAC CE is sent to the terminal equipment.
After the terminal equipment enters an RRC connection state, the base station sends the maximum sending times of the MAC CE to the terminal equipment, wherein the maximum sending times is the initial maximum sending times of the MAC CE of the terminal equipment, namely MAC CE _ Retranmax-initial. Specifically, the base station may configure the maximum transmission time MAC CE _ Retranmax-initial to the terminal device through dedicated signaling, so that the terminal can continuously transmit according to the maximum transmission time when the MAC CE needs to be transmitted.
S202, sending a first cluster paging message to the terminal equipment.
For the first paging of the group call, the base station issues a first cluster paging message to the terminal equipment, and starts a timer, for example, the timeout time of the timer is set to 300ms, and before the timer times out, the base station schedules the G-RNTI of the group call in a public space.
S203, receiving the MAC CE sent by the terminal equipment for the maximum sending times; the MAC CE is used to indicate the blind detection capability type of the terminal device.
After receiving a first trunking paging message sent by a base station, if the terminal device is a terminal device of blind detection capability type 2 and the terminal device is in an RRC connected state, the terminal device reports the capability to the base station, and specifically, the terminal device reports by sending a G-RNTI MAC CE to the base station.
In the transmission method of the MAC CE provided in this embodiment, the maximum transmission times of the MAC CE is transmitted to the terminal device; sending a first cluster paging message to the terminal device; receiving the MAC CE sent by the terminal equipment for the maximum sending times; the MAC CE is used for indicating the blind detection capability type of the terminal equipment, the transmission reliability of the MAC CE is improved, and the base station can acquire the capability of the terminal equipment in time, so that the base station can schedule the G-RNTI of the group call in a PDCCH public space when the terminal equipment with the G-RNTI PDCCH blind detection capability type 2 in the group call is in an RRC connected state, and the abnormity of the group call service caused by the transmission failure of the MAC CE is avoided.
In the above embodiment, the base station sends the terminal device the initial maximum MAC CE sending times to the terminal device after the terminal device enters the RRC connected state. If the terminal device always adopts a fixed initial maximum transmission frequency when transmitting the MAC CE to the base station, the channel quality may change when the base station and the terminal device communicate, and the number of times of transmitting the MAC CE by the terminal device may be too many when the channel quality is good, thereby occupying too many air interface resources and causing resource waste; when the channel quality is poor, the number of times that the terminal device sends the MAC CE may be too small, so that the base station cannot receive the MAC CE, thereby causing abnormal service. Therefore, the base station needs to adjust the maximum transmission times of the MAC CE of the terminal device in real time, so as to reduce the waste of air interface resources while improving the reliability of the transmission of the MAC CE. The method for adjusting the maximum transmission times of the MAC CE of the terminal device by the base station is described in two implementation manners below.
In one possible implementation, the base station determines a signal to interference plus noise ratio SINR of the terminal device; and comparing the SINR with a preset threshold value, and updating the maximum sending times according to the comparison result.
The base station receives a Sounding Reference Signal (SRS) periodically transmitted by the terminal device, and determines an uplink SINR of the terminal device according to the SRS, and since the SINR is related to channel quality, the base station may set the maximum number of times of MAC CE transmission of the terminal device based on the SINR of the terminal device. In practical application, a preset threshold value may be set, the SINR is compared with the preset threshold value, and the maximum transmission frequency is updated according to the comparison result.
Optionally, the SINR is respectively compared with a first preset threshold, a second preset threshold, and a third preset threshold, and the maximum transmission times are updated according to a range in which the SINR is located.
The base station may set three SINR preset thresholds, which are a first preset threshold TH1, a second preset threshold TH2, and a third preset threshold TH3, respectively, and periodically compare the SINR of the terminal device with TH1, TH2, and TH3, for example, the period may be 10s, update the maximum transmission time according to different SINR ranges, and configure the updated maximum transmission time MAC CE _ Retranmax-determined of the MAC CE to the terminal device through a dedicated signaling.
For example, the base station sets TH1 to 5db, th2 to 10db, and th3 to 15dB, and updates the maximum number of transmissions to 4 if SINR is 5dB or less. If the SINR is greater than 5dB and less than or equal to 10dB, the maximum sending times is updated to be 3. And if the SINR is more than 10dB and less than or equal to 15dB, updating the maximum transmission times to 2. And if the SINR is more than 15dB, updating the maximum transmission times to 1. In a specific application, the corresponding relationship between the maximum sending times and the SINR range may be set according to an actual situation, and the size and the number of the SINR preset threshold may also be set according to the actual situation, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In another possible implementation manner, the base station determines an average value of Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest (HARQ) times of the terminal device; the maximum number of transmissions is updated based on the average.
In addition to the SINR described above, the number of HARQ operations of the terminal device may also represent the channel quality of communication between the terminal device and the base station. When the average value of the HARQ times is larger, the channel quality is poor, and the maximum transmission times of the MAC CE can be correspondingly increased; when the average value of the number of HARQ times is small, it indicates that the channel quality is good, and the maximum number of transmission times of the MAC CE can be correspondingly reduced. And the base station configures the updated MAC CE maximum transmission times MAC CE _ Retranmax-decoded to the terminal equipment through a special signaling. The corresponding relation between the average value of the HARQ times and the MAC CE transmission times may be set according to actual circumstances.
After the base station updates the maximum transmission times of the MAC CE and configures the maximum transmission times to the terminal equipment by the method, the terminal equipment can transmit according to the updated maximum transmission times when the MAC CE needs to be transmitted after receiving the updated maximum transmission times.
On this basis, the method provided by the embodiment further includes: the base station sends a second cluster paging message to the terminal equipment; and receiving the updated maximum transmission times MAC CE transmitted by the terminal equipment.
After the base station configures the updated maximum transmission times of the MAC CE to the terminal, if the base station transmits the second trunking paging message to the terminal device, the terminal device will continuously transmit the MAC CE according to the updated maximum transmission times, so that the base station receives the updated maximum transmission times of the MAC CE transmitted by the terminal device.
In the transmission method for the MAC CE provided in this embodiment, the base station adjusts the maximum transmission frequency of the MAC CE of the terminal device in real time according to the SINR or HARQ frequency of the terminal device, so that the reliability of MAC CE transmission is improved and the waste of air interface resources is reduced.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a second method for transmitting an MAC CE according to the present invention. The main execution body of the method is the terminal equipment. The method comprises the following steps:
s301, receiving the maximum transmission times of the MAC CE transmitted by the network equipment.
After the terminal device enters the RRC connected state, the network device, such as a base station, sends the maximum number of MAC CE transmissions to the terminal device, where the maximum number of MAC CE transmissions is the initial maximum number of MAC CE transmissions of the terminal device, i.e., MAC CE _ Retranmax-initial. Specifically, the base station may configure the maximum transmission time MAC CE _ Retranmax-initial to the terminal device through dedicated signaling, so that the terminal device can perform continuous transmission according to the maximum transmission time when the terminal device needs to transmit the MAC CE after receiving the maximum transmission time of the MAC CE transmitted by the network device.
S302, receiving a first cluster paging message sent by the network equipment.
S303, transmitting the MAC CE to the network equipment for a plurality of times with the maximum transmission times; the MAC CE is used to indicate the blind detection capability type of the terminal device.
For the first paging of the group call, a base station issues a first trunking paging message to a terminal device, after the terminal device receives the first trunking paging message, if the terminal device is a terminal device with a blind detection capability type 2 and the terminal device is in an RRC connected state, the terminal device reports the capability to the base station, specifically, the terminal device reports by sending a G-RNTI MAC CE to the base station, and since the base station configures the terminal device with a MAC CE maximum sending time MAC CE _ Retranmax-initial, the terminal device continuously sends MAC CE _ Retranmax-initial to the base station, thereby ensuring the reliability of MAC CE transmission.
In the method for transmitting the MAC CE provided in this embodiment, the terminal device receives the maximum number of times of transmitting the MAC CE transmitted by the base station, and continuously transmits the MAC CE according to the maximum number of times of transmitting when the MAC CE needs to be transmitted to the base station, so that the reliability of MAC CE transmission is improved.
Therefore, the base station needs to adjust the maximum transmission times of the MAC CE of the terminal device in real time, so as to reduce air interface resource waste while improving reliability of MAC CE transmission. The manner for the base station to adjust the maximum number of MAC CEs transmitted by the terminal device has been described in the above embodiments, and is not described herein again. On this basis, the method of the embodiment further includes: and the terminal equipment receives the updated maximum sending times sent by the network equipment.
Optionally, the method further includes:
receiving a second trunking paging message sent by the network equipment; and transmitting the updated maximum transmission times to the network equipment for several times.
After the base station configures the updated maximum transmission times of the MAC CE to the terminal, if the base station transmits a second trunking paging message to the terminal equipment, the terminal transmits the updated maximum transmission times of the MAC CE to the network equipment after receiving the second trunking paging message.
In the transmission method for the MAC CE provided in this embodiment, the terminal device transmits the MAC CE to the base station according to the maximum transmission frequency of the MAC CE updated by the base station, so that the reliability of transmission of the MAC CE is improved, and waste of air interface resources is reduced.
