Fixed sleeve 71 fixed mounting is in the inside of fixed disk 62, the looks adaptation between sliding block 72 and the fixed sleeve 71, sliding block 72 sliding connection is in the inboard of fixed sleeve 71, fixed connection between movable pin 73 and the sliding block 72, the lower extreme of pull ring 74 and the upper end fixed connection of movable pin 73, spring 75 movable mounting is in the upper end of the outside sliding block 72 of movable pin 73, dead lever 76 fixed mounting is inside the lower extreme of fixed disk 62, spacing hole 77 is seted up in the upper end intermediate position of dead lever 76, looks adaptation between the lower extreme of movable pin 73 and the spacing hole 77.
The first cable 9 and the second cable 10 penetrate through the inside of the fixed pipes 5 and the fixed frame 81, so that the connection part of the inner copper wires of the first cable 9 and the second cable 10 is positioned between the two groups of fixed pipes 5, at the moment, the pull ring 74 at the upper end of the movable pin 73 is hooked by using the index finger, the pull ring 74 is pulled up, the pull ring 74 moves up to drive the movable pin 73 to move up, the movable pin 73 moves up to drive the sliding block 72 to slide up on the inner side of the fixed sleeve 71, the sliding block 72 slides up on the inner side of the fixed sleeve 71 to compress the spring 75 on the outer side of the movable pin 73, when the lower end position of the movable pin 73 is higher than the position of the first cable 9 and the second cable 10, the first cable 9 and the second cable 10 are separated from each other by stirring, at the moment, the index finger releases the pull ring 74 at the upper end of the movable pin 73, the spring 75 is reset under the action of self elasticity, the spring 75 is reset to drive the sliding block 72 to slide down on the inner side of the fixed sleeve 71, and finally the movable pin 73 moves down through the first cable 9 and the second cable 10, and finally the lower end of the movable pin 73 is inserted into the limit hole 76 at the inner side of the upper end of the fixed rod 77 of the movable pin 73.
One end of fixed frame 81 and one end fixed connection of mount 4, slide rail 82 is seted up inside both ends around fixed frame 81, the looks adaptation between slider 83 and the slide rail 82, slider 83 sliding connection is in the inboard of slide rail 82, fixed connection between slider 83 and the clamp plate 84, the inside looks adaptation of clamp plate 84 and base 1, clamp plate 84 sliding connection is in the inboard of fixed frame 81, the upper end of compressing tightly the line 85 and the lower extreme fixed connection of clamp plate 84, cylinder 86 fixed mounting is at the upper end surface of fixed frame 81, be provided with the output shaft between cylinder 86 and the clamp plate 84, fixed connection between the upper end of output shaft and the inside piston of cylinder 86, the lower extreme of output shaft and the upper end fixed connection of clamp plate 84.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:
referring to fig. 1-9 of the specification, in operation, by penetrating the first cable 9 and the second cable 10 through the inside of the fixed tube 5 and the fixed frame 81, the connection part of the inner copper wires of the first cable 9 and the second cable 10 is located between the two groups of fixed tubes 5, at this time, by hooking the pull ring 74 at the upper end of the movable pin 73 with the index finger, pulling the pull ring 74 upward, the pull ring 74 moves upward to drive the movable pin 73 upward, the movable pin 73 moves upward to drive the sliding block 72 to slide upward on the inside of the fixed sleeve 71, the sliding block 72 slides upward on the inside of the fixed sleeve 71 to compress the spring 75 on the outside of the movable pin 73, when the lower end position of the movable pin 73 is higher than the positions of the first cable 9 and the second cable 10, the first cable 9 and the second cable 10 are separated at this time, the index finger releases the pull ring 74 at the upper end of the movable pin 73, the spring 75 resets under the self elastic force, the spring 75 is reset to drive the sliding block 72 to slide downwards on the inner side of the fixed sleeve 71, so that the movable pin 73 moves downwards to pass through the space between the first cable 9 and the second cable 10, finally the lower end of the movable pin 73 can be inserted into the space inside the limiting hole 77 inside the upper end of the fixed rod 76, at the moment, the output shaft of the lower end of the air cylinder 86 extends out of the air cylinder 86 through the actuating air cylinder 86, so that the sliding block 83 slides downwards on the inner side of the sliding rail 82, the aim of moving the pressing plate 84 downwards is fulfilled, the pressing lines 85 at the lower end of the pressing plate 84 can be pressed on the upper ends of the first cable 9 and the second cable 10 inside the fixed frame 81 through the downwards movement of the pressing plate 84, the aim of fixing the first cable 9 and the second cable 10 can be achieved, the positioning of the first cable 9 and the second cable 10 is facilitated, the positioning mode is relatively simple, and at the moment, the preparation work is ready, the rotating bearing 61 is rotated at the outer side of the fixed pipe 5 by pulling the handle 63 at the outer side of the fixed disc 62, so that the fixed disc 62 rotates by taking the fixed pipe 5 as the axis, the movable pin 73 can be driven to rotate by the rotation of the fixed disc 62, and the first cables 9 and the second cables 10 at two sides of the movable pin 73 can be twisted together by the rotation of the movable pin 73, so that the aim of quickly butting the first cables 9 and the second cables 10 is fulfilled.
