In addition, the present application also provides a processing method for processing the above covering member 3, which includes the following steps:
arranging the first mould in an inner cavity of the second mould, and forming a cylindrical gap between the outer wall of the first mould and the inner wall of the second mould; the first mold and the second mold are both injection molds, and form a space (i.e., a gap) corresponding to the outer shape of the cover member 3 by cooperation;
injecting plastic material into the gap to form the covering part 3;
after the plastic raw material is cooled and solidified, taking out the combination of the first mold and the covering part 3 from the second mold, and extracting the first mold from the inner cavity of the covering part 3; since the covering member 3 is cylindrical, the first mold for forming the inner cavity inside the covering member 3 has a rod-like structure, and since the inner cavity of the covering member 3 is divided into the first sub-cavity 6 and the second sub-cavity 7, the first mold is divided into two parts and is used for forming the first sub-cavity 6 and the second sub-cavity 7, and the first positioning hole 9 and the second positioning hole 10 on the partition plate 8, and when the first mold is extracted from the inner cavity of the covering member 3, in order to avoid damaging the partition plate 8, the two first molds are extracted from two ends of the covering member 3 in opposite directions (as shown by arrows in fig. 5).
Compared with the metal covering part (the length of the metal covering part is only 38 mm-43 mm) which is small in size and only covers the connecting structure per se in the prior art, the plastic covering part 3 injection molding method can achieve production of the covering part 3 with larger size on the premise of controlling machining precision, the axial length of the covering part 3 in the application is preferably 260 mm-300 mm, and after the covering part 3 is injection molded, the surface of the covering part 3 can be polished to remove a residual joint line on the appearance surface of the covering part 3, so that the appearance surface of the covering part 3 is smoother and more attractive.
In the present specification, the structures of the respective portions are described in a progressive manner, the structure of each portion is mainly described as being different from the existing structure, and the whole and partial structures of the connecting device can be obtained by combining the structures of the plurality of portions.

Claims (9)

1. A connection device, comprising:
the first connecting structure is used for rotatably connecting a first body and a second body of the electronic equipment;
the second connecting structure is used for rotatably connecting the first body and the second body and is coaxially arranged with the first connecting structure;
the covering piece is positioned between the first connecting structure and the second connecting structure, and two ends of the covering piece are respectively connected with the first connecting structure and the second connecting structure and respectively cover at least part of the first connecting structure and at least part of the second connecting structure;
the covering part is a cylindrical part, and a partition board for installing a functional part is arranged in an inner cavity of the covering part;
the function piece includes first function piece, first locating hole has been seted up on the baffle to:
one end of the first functional piece is connected with the first connecting structure, the other end of the first functional piece is provided with a first filling piece, the first filling piece is convexly provided with a first positioning column which can stretch into the first positioning hole, and the other end of the first functional piece is connected with the inner wall of the covering piece, the first functional piece is filled with the first positioning column, and the first positioning column is connected with the first positioning hole in an inserting mode to achieve positioning in the inner cavity.
2. The connecting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the functional member is connected to the covering member and covered by the covering member made of plastic material.
3. The connection device recited in claim 1, said partition dividing said inner chamber into a first subchamber and a second subchamber; a plurality of functional parts are arranged in the inner cavity, and different functional parts are respectively arranged in the first sub-cavity and the second sub-cavity.
4. The connecting device of claim 1, wherein the cover member is disposed at two ends thereof respectively over the first connecting structure and the second connecting structure.
5. The connecting device of claim 4, wherein the functional member comprises a second functional member, the partition plate has a second positioning hole, and:
one end of the second functional part is connected with the second connecting structure, the other end of the second functional part is provided with a second filling part, a second positioning column capable of extending into the second positioning hole is convexly arranged on the second filling part, and the other end of the second functional part is positioned in the inner cavity through the filling of the second filling part between the inner wall of the covering part and the second functional part and the insertion of the second positioning column and the second positioning hole.

The connecting device according to claim 5, wherein one end of the first functional member connected with the first connecting structure is sleeved with a third filling member abutting against the inner wall of the covering member; the second functional part with one pot head that second connection structure is connected is equipped with the fourth filling piece of the inner wall butt of covering.

The connecting device according to claim 1, wherein the first connecting structure and/or the second connecting structure includes a rotating shaft provided with a routing space, and a wire electrically connecting the first body and the second body is routed by being arranged in the routing space.

and/or, the second connection structure comprises: a third connecting piece for connecting the first body; the third rotating shaft is connected with the third connecting piece; the fourth connecting piece is used for connecting the second body; the fourth rotating shaft is connected with the fourth connecting piece and is linked with the third rotating shaft; grooves are formed in the positions, close to the third connecting piece, of the third rotating shaft and the positions, close to the fourth connecting piece, of the fourth rotating shaft, and the space in the grooves of the grooves is the wiring space.
9. An electronic apparatus comprising a first body, a second body, and a connecting device connecting the first body and the second body, the connecting device comprising:
the first connecting structure is used for rotatably connecting the first body and the second body;
the second connecting structure is used for rotatably connecting the first body and the second body and is coaxially arranged with the first connecting structure;
the covering piece is positioned between the first connecting structure and the second connecting structure, and two ends of the covering piece are respectively connected with the first connecting structure and the second connecting structure and respectively cover at least part of the first connecting structure and at least part of the second connecting structure;
the covering part is a cylindrical part, and a partition board for installing a functional part is arranged in an inner cavity of the covering part;
the function piece includes first function piece, seted up first locating hole on the baffle, and:
one end of the first functional piece is connected with the first connecting structure, the other end of the first functional piece is provided with a first filling piece, the first filling piece is convexly provided with a first positioning column which can stretch into the first positioning hole, and the other end of the first functional piece is connected with the inner wall of the covering piece, the first functional piece is filled with the first positioning column, and the first positioning column is connected with the first positioning hole in an inserting mode to achieve positioning in the inner cavity.
