Abstract
The invention relates to a method and a device for dynamically generating a recipe based on physiological data, and belongs to the technical field of internet. After the method of the invention obtains the physiological data of the human body of the user, the recommended recipe is generated according to the physiological data, thereby being convenient for dynamically adjusting the recipe based on the real-time data of the conditions of the blood sugar, the weight, the movement and the like of the user; and further, alternative options related to the suggested recipes can be provided for the user to select, so that the determined recipe content is more in line with the preference of the user, the user can more easily insist on eating according to the recipes, and the purpose of effectively managing diet and health of chronic patients such as diabetes mellitus is achieved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of internet, in particular to the technical field of using the internet to realize recipe management, and specifically relates to a method for dynamically generating recipes based on physiological data.
Background
The diet of patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes needs to be intervened to formulate a reasonable diet, which is helpful for enhancing the effect of drug therapy and ensuring the health of the patients.
In the prior art, various recipe software exists, and the daily required calorie can be calculated by inputting basic information of a user, such as age, height, weight and the like; and then calculating to obtain a corresponding recipe according to the calories required by the user. Although such recipes can meet the personalized requirements of different users, the following problems still exist:
1. the dynamic adjustment of the recipes can not be realized according to the conditions of the blood sugar, the weight, the exercise amount and the like of the user;

Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a method and a device for dynamically generating a recipe based on physiological data, which can be used for conveniently and dynamically adjusting based on the conditions of blood sugar, weight, exercise amount and the like, and simultaneously can take the taste of a user into consideration, so that the user can more easily insist on eating according to the recipe, thereby effectively performing diet and health management on chronic patients such as diabetes mellitus and the like.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for dynamically generating a recipe based on physiological data, comprising the steps of:
(10) acquiring human physiological data;
(20) generating a suggested recipe from the physiological data;
(30) providing alternative options associated with the suggested recipes for selection by a user, and generating a determined recipe according to the user's selection.
In the method for dynamically generating a recipe based on physiological data, the step (10) specifically includes the following steps:
(11) acquiring basic physiological data of a user, including age, sex, height and weight;
(12) and acquiring real-time physiological data of the user, including blood sugar, weight and exercise amount.
In the method for dynamically generating a recipe based on physiological data, the step (20) specifically includes the following steps:
(21) generating a preliminary recipe based on a recipe database according to the basic physiological data of the user;
(22) and optimizing the preliminary recipe according to the real-time physiological data of the user to generate a suggested recipe.

In the method for generating a recipe dynamics based on physiological data, the step (30) specifically includes the following steps:
(31) food, auxiliary materials and a cooking method in the suggested recipe are used as default items, and food in the preliminary recipe is used as an alternative item for a user to select;
(32) replacing food in the suggested recipe with food selected by the user, and updating the auxiliary materials and the cooking method according to the food selected by the user;
(33) a determined recipe is generated.
In the method for dynamically generating a recipe based on physiological data, the step (30) further comprises the steps of:

Detailed Description
In order to clearly understand the technical contents of the present invention, the following examples are given in detail.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for dynamically generating a recipe based on physiological data according to the present invention.
In one embodiment, the method for dynamically generating a recipe based on physiological data comprises:
(10) acquiring human physiological data;
(20) generating a suggested recipe from the physiological data;
(30) providing alternative options associated with the suggested recipes for selection by a user, and generating a determined recipe according to the user's selection.
Wherein, the step (10) specifically comprises the following steps:
(11) acquiring basic physiological data of a user, including age, sex, height and weight;
(12) and acquiring real-time physiological data of the user, including blood sugar, weight and exercise amount.
The step (20) specifically comprises the following steps:
(21) generating a preliminary recipe based on a recipe database according to the basic physiological data of the user;
(22) and optimizing the preliminary recipe according to the real-time physiological data of the user to generate a suggested recipe.
The invention also provides a device for dynamically generating the recipe based on the physiological data, which is used for realizing the method. As shown in fig. 2, the apparatus includes: a processor, a memory, and a display. The memory is stored with software, the processor reads and runs the software, and the display is utilized to realize the method for dynamically generating the recipe based on the physiological data.
In a preferred embodiment, the step (21) is specifically:
calculating the heat, food share, required nutrient elements and corresponding food required by the user per day according to the basic physiological data of the user, and searching the recipes which are consistent with the required nutrient elements and the corresponding food in the recipe database to form a preliminary recipe according to the required nutrient elements and the corresponding food;
the step (22) is specifically as follows:
and judging and adjusting food in the preliminary recipe according to the real-time physiological data of the user, determining a cooking method of the food, and generating a suggested recipe.
Wherein the step (22) is specifically as follows:

The step (30) further comprises the steps of:

In practical application, the device for dynamically generating recipes based on physiological data can be a user terminal such as a mobile phone and a tablet personal computer, which can be provided with corresponding software APP for dynamically generating recipes.
Taking a mobile phone as an example, after the recipe dynamics generation software APP is installed and operated, the recipe dynamics generation process based on the physiological data of the present invention is shown in fig. 3.
First, the user enters the recipe dynamic generation software APP, reads the notice and fills in basic information such as birth date, height, weight, and the like as shown in the interface of fig. 4.
Then, the software can calculate the daily required calorie according to the basic information of the user; calculating the corresponding recipe number (medical logic) according to the calorie required by the user; and calculating the nutrient elements such as carbohydrate, protein, fat and the like required by the diabetes patient group according to the recipe parts.
And (3) dynamically generating a recipe database (shown in figure 8) in the software APP (application) or in a network server based on the recipes, and combining and forming a preliminary recipe of three/four meals a day, which does not repeat every day for the user, according to required nutrient elements.
And then, the recipe dynamic generation software APP acquires real-time dynamic data (blood sugar, weight, motion amount and the like) of the user. The real-time dynamic data can be obtained by data interaction between the mobile phone and various detection devices (a blood glucose meter, a weight scale and the like), and can also be obtained by the detection devices (a pedometer and the like) carried by the mobile phone. Then, on the basis of the preliminary recipe, the recipe is dynamically adjusted at any time according to the real-time dynamic data, so that the recipe is more and more suitable for the current physical condition of the user, and a suggested recipe is formed.
Then, as shown in fig. 5, the suggested recipe is displayed on the mobile phone. Meanwhile, the alternative items of the foods in the recipe suggested by the user are provided, and the user can replace the disliked foods according to the preference by using the food material replacing interface shown in fig. 6, so that the finally determined recipe is more in line with the taste of the user, and the user can insist on eating according to the recipe. At the same time, the alternative items of food in the suggested recipe are preferably food contained in the preliminary recipe, which also conform to the nutritional elements required by the user, which is beneficial for the user to better control blood sugar. In addition, when the user selects a food item, other food items in the recipe (including default items and alternatives) may be adjusted accordingly, for example, when the user selects a high calorie food item, the higher calorie food item in another food item is automatically removed.
Further, the suggested recipe may also include nutritional elements of various foods in the specific recipe (as shown in fig. 7), and provide information on the supplementary materials, cooking methods, cooking steps, and the like. The auxiliary materials and the cooking method also have certain influence on the control of blood sugar, and a user can know the information through a mobile phone and can also properly adjust the information.
After the determined recipe is generated, the recipe dynamic generation software APP stores the determined recipe. On the one hand, if the user selects the food in the recipe, the software can record and identify the preference of the user, and apply the preference to the next generation of the suggested recipe, so that the suggested recipe is more consistent with the taste of the user. On the other hand, the software can record the times of selecting the same food within one week/month of the user, give corresponding prompts, or forbid selecting the food after exceeding the preset times so as to help the user to form a healthier recipe.
By adopting the method and the device for dynamically generating the recipe based on the physiological data, after the physiological data of the human body of the user is acquired, the recommended recipe is generated according to the physiological data, so that the recipe can be dynamically adjusted conveniently based on the real-time data such as the conditions of blood sugar, weight, exercise amount and the like of the user; and further, alternative options related to the suggested recipe can be provided for the user to select, so that the determined recipe content is more in line with the preference of the user, the user can more easily insist on eating according to the recipe, the aims of effectively performing diet and health management on chronic patients such as diabetes mellitus and the like are fulfilled, and blood sugar and principle complications are better controlled.

Claims (8)
1. A method for dynamically generating a recipe based on physiological data, comprising:
(10) acquiring human physiological data;
(20) generating a suggested recipe from the physiological data;
(30) providing alternative options associated with the suggested recipes for selection by a user, and generating a determined recipe according to the user's selection.
2. The method for generating a recipe dynamics based on physiological data as set forth in claim 1, wherein the step (10) comprises the steps of:
(11) acquiring basic physiological data of a user, including age, sex, height and weight;
(12) and acquiring real-time physiological data of the user, including blood sugar, weight and exercise amount.
3. The method for physiological data based recipe dynamic generation as claimed in claim 2, wherein the step (20) comprises the steps of:
(21) generating a preliminary recipe based on a recipe database according to the basic physiological data of the user;
(22) and optimizing the preliminary recipe according to the real-time physiological data of the user to generate a suggested recipe.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the physiological data based recipe is generated by a physiological data generating device,
the step (21) is specifically as follows:
calculating the heat, food share, required nutrient elements and corresponding food required by the user per day according to the basic physiological data of the user, and searching the recipes which are consistent with the required nutrient elements and the corresponding food in the recipe database to form a preliminary recipe according to the required nutrient elements and the corresponding food;
the step (22) is specifically as follows:
and judging and adjusting food in the preliminary recipe according to the real-time physiological data of the user, determining a cooking method of the food, and generating a suggested recipe.
5. The method for generating a recipe dynamics based on physiological data as set forth in claim 4, wherein the step (22) is specifically:
and determining whether food in the suggested recipe needs to be adjusted according to the blood sugar, the weight and the exercise amount, determining whether food needs to be increased or decreased according to the blood sugar, the weight and the exercise amount, determining auxiliary materials and a cooking method according to the food in the preliminary recipe, and generating the suggested recipe.
6. The method for physiological data based recipe dynamic generation as claimed in claim 5, wherein the step (30) comprises the steps of:
(31) food, auxiliary materials and a cooking method in the suggested recipe are used as default items, and food in the preliminary recipe is used as an alternative item for a user to select;
(32) replacing food in the suggested recipe with food selected by the user, and updating the auxiliary materials and the cooking method according to the food selected by the user;
(33) a determined recipe is generated.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein said step (30) further comprises the steps of:
(34) and setting the food selected by the user as the preferred food and writing the preferred food into the recipe database.

An apparatus for generating a recipe dynamics based on physiological data, comprising: a processor, a memory and a display, wherein the memory stores software, the processor reads and runs the software, and the display is used for realizing the method for dynamically generating the recipe based on the physiological data according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
