The invention relates to a transverse seam adjusting and fixing device for an LED display screen, wherein a first connecting piece of the device comprises a through hole A penetrating through the device from front to back, a through hole B penetrating through the device from top to bottom and a threaded hole B penetrating through the device from top to bottom; the second connecting piece comprises a through hole C which penetrates through the second connecting piece from front to back and a threaded hole D which penetrates through the second connecting piece from top to bottom; the first connecting piece can be respectively and fixedly connected with two adjacent box bodies on the lower side through a connecting bolt penetrating through the through hole A; the second connecting piece can be respectively and fixedly connected with the two adjacent box bodies on the upper side through a connecting bolt penetrating through the through hole C; the bearing bolt is connected with the B threaded hole of the first connecting piece, can rotate and jacks up the second connecting piece; and the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are connected through a bolt which passes through the through hole B and is connected with the threaded hole D, and a transverse gap between the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece is adjusted. The invention can solve the problem that the replacement box body is damaged in the reduction process when the upper-layer box body sinks due to the influence of gravity in the assembling and maintaining processes of the traditional LED display screen.

Background
In the assembling process of the LED display screen, the integral structure is assembled by using the sectional materials, and then the box body is fixed by the connecting piece, so that the box body is fixed on the sectional material structure.
At present in the use of LED display screen, there is the condition of damage, after damaging, just need dismantle, maintain the box that damages, after the maintenance is accomplished, need restore the box, at box restoration in-process, the upper box can move downwards because of the condition of gravity to make the box can't restore original position, perhaps cause the box to damage at restoration in-process. And the larger the size of the LED display screen is, the more serious the influence on the maintenance of the display screen is, and the more difficult the maintenance is.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a transverse seam adjusting and fixing device for an LED display screen, which can effectively solve the problem that the display screen is damaged when being installed and restored by replacing a box body due to the influence of the gravity of the upper box body during maintenance.
In order to solve the technical problem, the LED display screen transverse seam adjusting and fixing device comprises a first connecting piece, a second connecting piece and a bearing bolt; the first connecting piece comprises at least 2 through holes A which are penetrated through from front to back, at least 2 through holes B which are penetrated through from top to bottom and at least 1 threaded hole B which is penetrated through from top to bottom; the second connecting piece comprises at least 2C through holes penetrating front and back and at least 2D threaded holes penetrating up and down; the first connecting piece can be respectively and fixedly connected with two adjacent box bodies on the lower side through a connecting bolt penetrating through the through hole A; the second connecting piece can be respectively and fixedly connected with the two adjacent box bodies on the upper side through connecting bolts penetrating through the through holes C; the bearing bolt is in threaded connection with the B threaded hole of the first connecting piece and can rotate and jack up the second connecting piece; the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are connected through a connecting bolt which penetrates through the through hole B and is in threaded connection with the threaded hole D, and a transverse gap between the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece is adjusted.
The first connecting piece also comprises a left threaded hole A and a right threaded hole A which are penetrated through in a front-back manner; the front ends of the bolts penetrated by the two A threaded holes can be respectively contacted with the two adjacent box bodies on the lower side.
The second connecting piece also comprises a left threaded hole and a right threaded hole C which are penetrated through in a front-back manner; the front ends of the bolts penetrated by the two C threaded holes can be respectively contacted with the two adjacent box bodies on the upper side.
The upper part of the first connecting piece is U-shaped, and the through hole A, the threaded hole A and the threaded hole B are arranged at the lower part of the first connecting piece; the left part and the right part of the U-shaped upper part are respectively provided with a slot; the through hole B is arranged at the position of the first connecting piece corresponding to the slot; the lower part of the second connecting piece is U-shaped, and the C through hole and the C threaded hole are arranged at the upper part of the second connecting piece; the left part and the right part of the U-shaped lower part are respectively provided with a bulge corresponding to the slot; the projection is inserted into the slot.
The through hole B is arranged at a position corresponding to the slot; correspondingly, the D threaded hole is arranged at a position corresponding to the protrusion.
The slot and the bulge are in long strip shapes.
The slot and the bulge can also be in the shape of a regular polygon prism.
The slot and the projection can also be cylindrical.
According to the invention, the second connecting piece is jacked up by the bearing bolt, so that the transverse seam between the box body to be replaced and the upper box body can be enlarged, and the problem that the replacement box body is damaged in the reduction process when the upper box body sinks due to the influence of gravity in the assembling and maintaining processes of the conventional LED display screen is solved; the first connecting piece is connected with the second connecting piece through bolts, so that transverse seams among the box bodies can be reduced; the flatness of the box body can be adjusted through bolts connected with the threaded holes A and the threaded holes C.

As shown in figure 1, the LED display screen transverse seam adjusting and fixing device is arranged at the splicing position of four adjacent box bodies and comprises a first connecting piece 1, a second connecting piece 2 and bearing bolts 4-3.
As shown in fig. 2a-2d, the upper part of the first connecting piece 1 is U-shaped, and the lower part thereof comprises 2 through holes a 1-1 which are penetrated through from front to back, 2 threaded holes a 1-2 which are penetrated through from front to back and 1 threaded holes B1-4 which are penetrated through from top to bottom; the left part and the right part of the U-shaped upper part are respectively provided with a strip-shaped slot 1-5; the first connecting piece 1 is provided with a through hole B1-3 which penetrates through the slot 1-5 from top to bottom.
As shown in fig. 3a-3d, the lower part of the second connecting member 2 is U-shaped, and the upper part thereof comprises 2C through holes 2-1 penetrating through the front and back, and 2C threaded holes 2-2 penetrating through the front and back; the left part and the right part of the U-shaped lower part are respectively provided with a strip-shaped bulge 2-4; the position of the second connecting piece 2 corresponding to the bulge 2-4 is provided with a D threaded hole 2-3 which penetrates through the upper part and the lower part.
The slots 1-5 and the bulges 2-4 can also adopt other shapes such as regular polygon prism or cylindrical shape.
As shown in fig. 1, the first connecting piece 1 is respectively and fixedly connected with the two lower cases through 2 connecting bolts 4-1 penetrating through the through holes 1-1A; the two A threaded holes 1-2 can be connected with bolts, and the front ends of the bolts are respectively contacted with two adjacent box bodies on the lower side to adjust the flatness of the surfaces of the box bodies. The second connecting piece 2 is respectively fixedly connected with the two box bodies on the upper side through 2B connecting bolts 4-2 penetrating through the C through holes 2-1; the two C-shaped threaded holes 2-2 can be connected with bolts, and the front ends of the bolts can be respectively contacted with the two adjacent box bodies on the upper side to adjust the flatness of the surfaces of the box bodies.
When the box body needs to be replaced, the bearing bolts 4-3 are in threaded connection with the B threaded holes 1-4 of the first connecting piece 1 on the upper left and upper right 2 LED display screen transverse seam adjusting and fixing devices of the box body needing to be replaced, and the bearing bolts 4-3 are rotated to jack up the second connecting piece 2, so that the transverse seam between the box body and the upper box body is enlarged; screws which are connected with the display screen back frame at the four corners of the box body to be replaced are removed, the box body to be replaced is pushed out, a prepared replacement box body is replaced, and then the four corners of the replacement box body are fixedly connected with the display screen back frame through the screws; and (4) loosening the bearing bolt 4-3, and using 2C connecting bolts 4-4 to penetrate through the B through hole 1-3 of the first connecting piece 1 to be in threaded connection with the D threaded hole 2-3 of the second connecting piece 2, so that the previously jacked transverse seam is restored.
Before the box body is replaced, the transverse seam above the box body to be replaced is enlarged through the bearing bolts 4-3, and then the box body is replaced, so that the damage to the box body in the box body replacing process is greatly reduced.
When the box body is assembled, the C connecting bolts 4-4 are used for connecting the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece, so that the transverse seams between the box bodies can be reduced, and the appearance of the transverse seams between the box bodies is reduced.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments; the first connecting piece 1 can only comprise threaded holes for connecting the bearing bolts 4-3 and through holes for connecting the box body; the second connecting piece 2 only comprises a through hole for connecting with the box body; the first connecting piece 1 and the second connecting piece 2 can also adopt other shapes with or without slots and bulges; the number of through holes and screw holes of the first and second connectors 1 and 2 is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and may be increased as needed.

1.A transverse seam adjusting and fixing device for an LED display screen is characterized by comprising a first connecting piece (1), a second connecting piece (2) and a bearing bolt (4-3); the first connecting piece (1) comprises at least 2 through holes A (1-1) which are penetrated through from front to back, at least 2 through holes B (1-3) which are penetrated through from top to bottom and at least 1 threaded hole B (1-4) which are penetrated through from top to bottom; the second connecting piece (2) comprises at least 2C through holes (2-1) which are penetrated through from front to back and at least 2D threaded holes (2-3) which are penetrated through from top to bottom; the first connecting piece (1) can be respectively and fixedly connected with two adjacent box bodies on the lower side through a connecting bolt penetrating through the through hole (1-1) A; the second connecting piece (2) can be respectively and fixedly connected with the two adjacent box bodies on the upper side through connecting bolts penetrating through the C through holes (2-1); the bearing bolt (4-3) is in threaded connection with the threaded hole B (1-4) of the first connecting piece (1), can rotate and jacks up the second connecting piece (2); the first connecting piece (1) and the second connecting piece (2) are connected through a connecting bolt which penetrates through the through hole (1-3) B and is in threaded connection with the threaded hole (2-3) D, and a transverse gap between the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece is adjusted.
