Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without making any creative effort based on the embodiments in the present invention, belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a fire detection method of a traction converter according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method can comprise the following steps:
step 101: acquiring detection data of a fire detector in an electrical cavity of the traction converter; wherein the fire detector includes at least one of a temperature detector, a gas detector, and a smoke detector.
It is understood that the fire detector in this step may be a detector arranged in an electrical cavity of a traction converter of the rail train for detecting a fire risk. The specific number of the fire detectors in the step can be set by a designer according to a practical scene and user requirements, for example, the fire detectors can comprise smoke detectors for monitoring the concentration of smoke in an electric cavity of the converter; fire detectors may also include gas detectors for detecting the presence of certain gases (e.g., carbon dioxide, oxygen, carbon monoxide, etc.) by monitoring their volume fraction; the fire detector may further include a temperature detector for detecting a temperature; as shown in fig. 2, three fire detectors, namely a temperature detector, a gas detector and a smoke detector, which are composed of a terminal resistor and a temperature sensing cable, can be arranged in an electrical cavity of the traction converter.
Specifically, the specific type and the setting position of the fire detector in this step may be set by a designer, as shown in fig. 2, the interior of the traction converter may be divided into an electrical cavity and an air duct cavity, the two cavities are isolated from each other, and a high-power module (such as a rectifier, an inverter, a charger, and the like), a capacitor, a contactor, a cable, and the like of the converter, which is prone to fire, are all installed in the electrical cavity. In the embodiment, when the fire detector comprises a smoke detector, the prevention of fire can be realized by monitoring the concentration of smoke in an electric cavity of the traction converter, a reliable and stable ionic smoke sensor can be adopted in the smoke detector, and the current and the voltage of an internal ionization chamber and an external ionization chamber of the sensor are in a stable state; once smoke escapes from the outer ionization chamber, the current and the voltage can be changed, the balance between the inner ionization chamber and the outer ionization chamber can be destroyed, and an alarm signal can be sent out; because the traction converter cabinet body belongs to the sealed cabinet body, under the normal condition, no smoke is generated inside, when the traction converter is in a fire disaster and generates smoke, the smoke detector can accurately detect and send an alarm to the fire detection equipment (such as TCU in figure 2 and the converter transmission controller), and the fire detection equipment can perform corresponding control after receiving the alarm and timely eliminate the fire hazard.
When the fire detector comprises the gas detector in the embodiment, the gas detector can be a converter for converting the volume fraction of the gas into a corresponding electric signal, can convert information such as the components and the concentration of the gas into information which can be utilized by fire detection equipment, and can monitor a plurality of gases simultaneously; because the traction converter cabinet body belongs to the sealed cabinet body, the type, concentration and the like of gas in an electric cavity of the traction converter can not be changed basically under normal conditions, and the gas detector can detect the concentration information of carbon dioxide, oxygen and carbon monoxide in the converter cabinet body in real time and transmit the concentration information to fire detection equipment; the fire detection equipment carries out comparative analysis on the gas type and concentration data in a fixed continuous period, the initially acquired data and the concentration change rate according to the gas type and concentration data when the converter is initially electrified and the temperature difference and running duration of the running environment of the train, and carries out self-adaptive compensation, so that false alarm caused by the change of the gas concentration in the running environment change cabinet of the train is avoided; if the converter is inside to break out the conflagration, the interior oxygen of cabinet reduces sharply, and carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide concentration will increase, and carbon dioxide, oxygen and carbon monoxide concentration that the gas detector feedbacks are monitored to fire detection equipment, compares initial and the state after the compensation obviously different, and the concentration rate of change is showing and risees, can judge that the electric cavity of traction converter is inside to break out the conflagration, and fire detection equipment can carry out corresponding control in time and eliminate the conflagration danger.
In this embodiment, when the fire detector includes a temperature detector, the temperature detector may include a thermosensitive temperature sensing cable and a terminal resistor, the thermosensitive temperature sensing cable may be disposed inside an electrical cavity of the traction converter and may be composed of two steel wires, each steel wire is coated with a layer of thermosensitive temperature sensing insulating material, in a normal state, the two steel wires are in an insulating state, the fire detection device monitors a line temperature signal by detecting a resistance value of the terminal resistor connected to the thermosensitive temperature sensing cable, and finally converts the temperature signal or a variation signal in temperature unit time into an electrical signal to achieve a purpose of detecting a fire; the temperature-sensitive temperature sensing cable can be directly wound on a large-line cable in the traction converter, is arranged around main high-power fire-prone protective devices such as an internal power module and a capacitor, and is bound by adopting safe and reliable wire winding, and other electrical equipment such as a contactor, a resistor, an input/output unit and the like can adopt the same method under the condition that the ambient temperature of the electrical equipment does not exceed the allowable working temperature of the temperature-sensitive cable; when a fire disaster occurs in the traction converter, when the ambient temperature around the device rises to the preset action temperature, the temperature sensitive material of the temperature sensing cable is broken, the two steel wires are in short circuit, the fire disaster detection equipment detects the abnormal change of the resistance value of the terminal resistor, the fire disaster in the electrical cavity of the traction converter can be judged, and the fire disaster detection equipment can perform corresponding control and timely eliminate the fire disaster danger. Furthermore, the temperature detector can comprise two paths of thermosensitive temperature sensing cables to form two paths of monitoring loops which are compared with each other, so that the reliability of fire detection is improved through the comparison of the two paths of monitoring loops.
It is understood that, in this embodiment, a fire detection device dedicated to detecting a fire risk in an electrical cavity of the traction converter may be provided, for example, a processor of the fire detection device additionally provided in the electrical cavity of the traction converter may execute the method provided in this embodiment, so as to detect and eliminate the fire risk in the electrical cavity of the traction converter; as shown in fig. 2, a converter Transmission Controller (TCU) in an electrical cavity of the traction converter may integrate a function of detecting a fire risk in the electrical cavity of the traction converter, that is, a processor of the converter transmission controller may execute the method provided in this embodiment, so as to detect and eliminate the fire risk in the electrical cavity of the traction converter.
Specifically, in this step, the detection data of the fire detector may be data collected by the fire detector and sent to the processor of the fire detection device, that is, the processor of the fire detection device may detect the fire risk in the electrical cavity of the traction converter by using the detection data.
Furthermore, the method provided by this embodiment may further include a step of storing the detection data in a preset storage device in the electrical cavity of the traction converter, that is, in this embodiment, the preset storage device set in the electrical cavity of the traction converter may be used as a black box, so that the continuous detection data before the fire point is stored in the black box, thereby facilitating later detection and accident troubleshooting.
Step 102: and determining the fire risk level of the traction converter according to the detection data.
It can be understood that the purpose of this step may be to divide the fire detection class by the processor of the fire detection device using the detection data collected by the fire detector, so as to avoid the situation of false triggering of the fire extinguishing device.
Specifically, the specific manner of determining the fire risk level of the traction converter by the processor in this step according to the detection data, that is, the specific dividing manner of the fire risk level, may be set by a designer according to a practical scene and a user requirement, for example, the fire risk level may be divided into a suspected fire risk for detecting a possible fire and a fire risk for detecting and determining a fire, for example, when the fire detector includes 3 fire detectors, such as a temperature detector, a gas detector and a smoke detector, if the fire risk level of the traction converter is determined only by the detection data, the processor may determine that the fire risk level is a suspected fire risk when the detection data includes alarm data of any one or two fire detectors, that is, when any one or two of the temperature detector, the gas detector and the smoke detector are triggered; and when alarm data of three fire detectors exist, namely the three detectors, namely the temperature detector, the gas detector and the smoke detector, are triggered, determining the fire risk level as the fire risk.
Furthermore, in order to improve the accuracy of fire detection, the processor in the step can determine the fire risk level according to the detection data, the train state data and the converter state data; the train state data comprises a train running state and a train voltage state, the converter state data comprises a converter voltage state and a converter device fault state, and the fire risk level comprises suspected fire danger and fire danger.
For example, when the fire detector includes 3 fire detectors, i.e., a temperature detector, a gas detector, and a smoke detector, the processor may determine that the fire risk level is suspected fire risk if alarm data of any fire detector exists in the detection data when the train voltage state is a low voltage state and the train operation state is a static state. When the train is in a low-voltage state and the train is in a static state, the fault state of the internal devices of the converter is not judged, any one detector is triggered, or any two detectors are triggered, or three detectors are simultaneously triggered, and the fire risk grade is determined to be suspected fire risk.
When the train voltage state is a low-voltage state and the train running state is a running state, if alarm data of any one or two fire detectors exist in the detection data, determining that the fire risk level is suspected fire danger; and if the alarm data of the three fire detectors exist in the detection data, determining that the fire risk level is fire danger. When the train is in a low-voltage state and the train speed is greater than 0, the fault state of an internal device of the converter is not judged, any one detector is triggered or any two detectors are triggered, and the fire risk grade is determined to be suspected fire risk; and the fault state of the internal devices of the converter is not judged, and the three detectors are triggered simultaneously to determine the fire risk level as fire danger.
When the voltage state of the train is a high-voltage state and the voltage state of the converter is a high-voltage state, if alarm data of any two fire detectors exist in the detection data and the fault state of a converter device is a fault or alarm data of three fire detectors exist in the detection data, determining that the fire risk level is fire danger; and if the detection data contains the alarm data of any two fire detectors and the fault state of the converter device is that no fault exists, or the detection data contains the alarm data of any fire detector, determining that the fire risk level is suspected fire danger.
When the voltage state of the train is a high-voltage state and the voltage state of the converter is a low-voltage state, if alarm data of any one or two fire detectors exist in the detection data, determining that the fire risk level is suspected fire danger; and if the alarm data of the three fire detectors exist in the detection data, determining that the fire risk level is fire danger.
Correspondingly, in order to further improve the accuracy of fire detection, the fire risk level can be further divided in the step, so that the situation that fire extinguishing equipment is triggered due to misjudgment of the fire risk and internal devices of the traction converter are damaged is avoided. For example, when the fire detector includes 3 fire detectors, i.e., a temperature detector, a gas detector, and a smoke detector, the processor may determine that the fire risk level is a light suspected fire risk if alarm data of any fire detector exists in the detection data when the train voltage state is a low voltage state and the train operation state is a static state. When the train is in a low-voltage state and the train is in a static state, the fault state of the internal devices of the converter is not judged, any one detector is triggered, or any two detectors are triggered, or three detectors are simultaneously triggered.
When the train voltage state is a low-voltage state and the train running state is a running state, if alarm data of any one or two fire detectors exist in the detection data, determining that the fire risk level is a slight suspected fire risk; if alarm data of three fire detectors exist in the detection data, determining that the fire risk level is a light fire risk;
when the voltage state of the train is a high-voltage state and the voltage state of the converter is a high-voltage state, if alarm data of any one fire detector exists in the detection data, determining that the fire risk level is a slight suspected fire risk; if alarm data of any two fire detectors exist in the detection data and the fault state of the converter device is that no fault exists, determining that the fire risk level is a severe suspected fire risk; if alarm data of any two fire detectors exist in the detection data and the fault state of a converter device is that a fault exists, determining that the fire risk level is a light fire risk; if alarm data of three fire detectors exist in the detection data, determining that the fire risk level is a severe fire hazard;
when the voltage state of the train is a high-voltage state and the voltage state of the converter is a low-voltage state, if alarm data of any one or two fire detectors exist in the detection data, determining that the fire risk level is a slight suspected fire risk; if the train running state is a static state and alarm data of three fire detectors exist in the detection data, determining that the fire risk level is a severe suspected fire risk; if the train running state is the running state and alarm data of three fire detectors exist in the detection data, determining that the fire risk level is a severe fire risk; wherein the suspected fire risk includes a light suspected fire risk and a heavy suspected fire risk, and the fire risk includes a light fire risk and a heavy fire risk.
Step 103: and controlling fire extinguishing equipment in an electric cavity of the traction converter according to the fire risk level.
The purpose of this step can be that the treater is according to the conflagration risk level that detects the affirmation, the fire extinguishing operation of controlling the fire extinguishing apparatus in the electric cavity of traction converter to when confirming that there is serious conflagration risk in traction converter, start triggering fire extinguishing apparatus and put out a fire to traction converter.
Correspondingly, the processor in the step can only control the fire extinguishing equipment in the electric cavity of the traction converter according to the fire risk level; in order to avoid damage to internal devices of the traction converter due to the fact that fire risk is triggered by misjudgment, the processor can control power supply of the fire extinguishing equipment and the traction converter in an electric cavity of the traction converter according to the fire risk level in the step, so that when the fire risk exists, the converter is automatically cut off from inputting a high-voltage power supply, the fire risk is eliminated, the using condition of the fire extinguishing equipment is reduced, and the fire can be effectively prevented from being expanded; correspondingly, the processor in the step can also control the power supply of the fire extinguishing equipment and the traction converter and the power supply of the train (namely the power supply of the whole train) according to the fire risk level.
Specifically, the processor may control the fire extinguishing apparatus in the electrical cavity of the traction converter only by using the fire risk level, and if the fire risk level includes suspected fire danger and fire danger, the processor may not start triggering the fire extinguishing apparatus when the fire risk level is the suspected fire danger, and output corresponding prompt information to the display screen to advise a driver to maintain the current status, and check and process the traction converter after the train returns to the warehouse, for example, the TCU in fig. 2 may output the prompt information of the suspected fire danger to the display of the cab through the train network bus; when the fire risk level is fire danger, the fire extinguishing device is started, corresponding prompt information is output to the display screen, and a driver is advised to stop to check and process the traction converter.
The processor can also control power supply and fire extinguishing equipment of the traction converter according to the fire risk level, the train state data and the converter state data; for example, the fire detector includes 3 fire detectors, namely a temperature detector, a gas detector and a smoke detector, the fire risk level includes a light suspected fire risk and a heavy suspected fire risk corresponding to the suspected fire risk and a light fire risk and a heavy fire risk corresponding to the fire risk, and the processor can output suspected fire risk prompt information and warehouse returning inspection information if the fire risk level is the light suspected fire risk when the train voltage state is a low-voltage state; and if the fire risk level is a mild fire risk, outputting fire risk prompt information and warehouse returning inspection information. As shown in fig. 2, when the train is in a low-voltage state and the train speed is greater than 0, the fault state of the internal devices of the converter is not judged, any detector is triggered, or any two detectors are triggered, the TCU can determine that the fire risk level is a slight suspected fire risk, report the suspected fire risk to not trigger the fire extinguishing equipment, and propose to check and confirm after the whole train returns to the warehouse; the fault state of the devices in the converter is not judged, the three detectors are triggered simultaneously, the TCU can determine that the fire risk level is a mild fire hazard, the fire hazard is reported, the fire extinguishing equipment is not triggered, and a driver is advised to stop, check and confirm. When the train is in a low-voltage state and the train is in a static state, the fault state of devices in the converter is not judged, any detector is triggered, or any two detectors are triggered, or three detectors are simultaneously triggered, the TCU can determine that the fire risk level is slight suspected fire danger, reports the suspected fire danger to not trigger the fire extinguishing equipment, and proposes to check and confirm after the whole train returns to a warehouse.
When the voltage state of the train is a high-voltage state and the voltage state of the converter is a high-voltage state, if the fire risk level is slight suspected fire danger, outputting suspected fire danger prompt information and warehouse returning inspection information; if the fire risk level is serious suspected fire danger, outputting suspected fire danger prompt information and warehouse returning inspection information, and cutting off the power supply of the traction converter; if the fire risk level is a mild fire risk, outputting fire risk prompt information and parking inspection information, and cutting off the power supply of the traction converter; if the fire risk level is severe fire risk and the train running state is a static state, outputting fire risk prompt information and parking check information, and cutting off power supply of the traction converter and the train where the traction converter is located; and if the fire risk level is severe fire risk and the train running state is a running state, outputting fire risk prompt information and parking inspection information, starting fire extinguishing equipment and cutting off the power supply of the traction converter and the train in which the traction converter is positioned. As shown in fig. 2, when a train is in a high-voltage state, a traction converter is in a high-voltage state, and the train speed is higher than 0, any detector is triggered, no matter whether faults such as overcurrent, short circuit and overtemperature of devices in the converter occur or not, a TCU can determine that the fire risk level is a slight suspected fire risk, reports the suspected fire risk to not trigger fire extinguishing equipment, and proposes to check and confirm after the whole train returns to a warehouse; when any two detectors are triggered, faults such as overcurrent, short circuit and overtemperature of devices in the converter do not occur, the TCU can determine that the fire risk level is serious suspected fire danger, reports the suspected fire danger, does not trigger fire extinguishing equipment, cuts off an input power supply of the traction converter, and recommends that the whole vehicle returns to a warehouse and then checks and confirms; triggering any two detectors, generating faults of overcurrent, short circuit, overtemperature and the like of devices in the converter, enabling the TCU to determine that the fire risk level is a mild fire risk, reporting that the fire risk does not trigger fire extinguishing equipment, cutting off an input power supply of the traction converter, and advising a driver to stop for inspection and confirmation; the three detectors are triggered simultaneously, and no matter whether faults such as overcurrent, short circuit and overtemperature of devices in the converter occur or not, the TCU can determine that the fire risk level is serious fire danger, report the fire danger and trigger fire extinguishing equipment, and cut off a power supply contactor of the whole vehicle and the traction converter to advise a driver to stop for checking and confirming. When a train is in a high-voltage state, a traction converter is in a high-voltage state, and the train is in a static state, any detector is triggered, whether faults such as overcurrent, short circuit and overtemperature of devices in the converter occur or not, the TCU can determine that the fire risk level is a slight suspected fire risk, reports the suspected fire risk to not trigger fire extinguishing equipment, and proposes that the whole train is checked and confirmed after returning to a warehouse; when any two detectors are triggered, faults such as overcurrent, short circuit and overtemperature of devices in the converter do not occur, the TCU can determine that the fire risk level is serious suspected fire danger, reports the suspected fire danger, does not trigger fire extinguishing equipment, cuts off an input power supply of the traction converter, and recommends that the whole vehicle returns to a warehouse and then checks and confirms; triggering any two detectors, generating faults of overcurrent, short circuit, overtemperature and the like of devices in the converter, enabling the TCU to determine that the fire risk level is a mild fire risk, reporting that the fire risk does not trigger fire extinguishing equipment, cutting off an input power supply of the traction converter, and advising a driver to stop for inspection and confirmation; the three detectors are triggered simultaneously, and no matter whether faults such as overcurrent, short circuit and overtemperature of devices in the converter occur or not, the TCU can determine that the fire risk level is serious fire danger, reports the fire danger, does not trigger the fire extinguishing equipment, cuts off a power supply contactor of the whole vehicle and the traction converter, and advises a driver to stop for checking and confirming.
When the voltage state of the train is a high-voltage state and the voltage state of the converter is a low-voltage state, if the fire risk level is slight suspected fire danger, outputting suspected fire danger prompt information and warehouse returning inspection information; if the fire risk level is serious suspected fire danger, outputting suspected fire danger prompt information and parking check information, and cutting off the power supply of the train; and if the fire risk level is severe fire risk, outputting fire risk prompt information and parking check information, starting fire extinguishing equipment and cutting off the power supply of the train. As shown in fig. 2, when a train is in a high-voltage state, a traction converter is in a low-voltage state, and the speed of the train is higher than 0, no matter whether faults such as overcurrent, short circuit and overtemperature of devices in the converter occur or not, any detector is triggered or any two detectors are triggered, the TCU can determine that the fire risk level is a slight suspected fire risk, report the suspected fire risk to not trigger fire extinguishing equipment, and propose that the whole train returns to a warehouse for inspection and confirmation; whether faults such as overcurrent, short circuit and overtemperature of devices in the converter occur or not, the three detectors are triggered simultaneously, the TCU can determine that the fire risk level is serious fire danger, the TCU reports the fire danger and triggers the fire extinguishing equipment, the power supply of the whole vehicle is cut off, and a driver is advised to stop, check and confirm. When a train is in a high-voltage state, a traction converter is in a low-voltage state, and the train is in a static state, no matter whether faults such as overcurrent, short circuit and overtemperature of devices in the converter occur or not, any one detector is triggered or any two detectors are triggered, the TCU can determine that the fire risk level is slight suspected fire danger, reports the suspected fire danger to not trigger fire extinguishing equipment, and proposes that the whole train returns to a warehouse for inspection and confirmation; no matter whether faults such as overcurrent, short circuit, overtemperature and the like of devices in the converter occur or not, the three detectors are triggered simultaneously, the TCU can determine that the fire risk level is light fire danger, the TCU reports the fire danger, does not trigger fire extinguishing equipment, cuts off a power supply of the whole vehicle, and advises a driver to stop for checking and confirming.
Furthermore, the method provided by the embodiment may further include a self-checking process of the fire detection device, for example, after the fire detection device is started up in the entire train control system of the train, the fire detector and the fire extinguishing device are self-checked to ensure that the fire detector and the fire extinguishing device are normal and not triggered; therefore, when the self-checking of the fire detector and the fire extinguishing equipment is abnormal, corresponding self-checking abnormal information is output. As shown in fig. 2, when the fire detection device is a TCU, after the train starts the entire train control system by supplying power to the storage battery DC110V each time, the TCU can perform self-check on various sensors (i.e., fire detectors) for fire detection and fire extinguishing devices inside the traction converter, and report to the train display screen in time when the self-check is abnormal, so as to advise a driver to perform check processing before the train runs; for example, a TCU in the traction converter detects that DC110V is normal and has no faults of overcurrent, grounding and the like; carrying out self-checking on the fire fighting device to ensure that the device is normal in state and is not triggered; self-checking is carried out on the smoke detector, the gas detector and the temperature detector, so that the normal state and data transmission of each detector are ensured, and the detectors are not triggered; meanwhile, the types and the concentrations of the gas in the cabinet collected by the gas detector are stored, data collected in the early stage are intelligently compared, so that the data are reliable and correct, the types and the concentrations of the gas in the cabinet cannot be changed under normal conditions due to the fact that the converter cabinet body is in a sealed state, and if the types and the concentrations of the gas in the cabinet are changed, the detector is abnormal; the fire extinguishing device, the smoke detector, the gas detector or the temperature detector automatically detects abnormality after the TCU is electrified, and the TCU can report a driver display screen for processing through a train bus in time.
Furthermore, the thermal infrared detector can be arranged in an electrical cavity of the traction converter, the thermal forming image detected by the thermal infrared detector is analyzed and processed by the fire detection equipment, and the fire point can be accurately judged by combining the triggering condition of the sensor. Accordingly, the fire detection apparatus may store the thermoformed image detected by the thermal infrared detector into a preset storage device (i.e., a black box).
In the embodiment of the invention, the fire detector and the fire extinguishing equipment which are arranged in the electric cavity of the traction converter are utilized, so that the fire inside the traction converter can be automatically detected, and fire fighting measures are implemented to extinguish the fire at the initial stage, thereby effectively avoiding the risk that the fire inside the traction converter is expanded to the outside of the cabinet body to cause the fire to spread by means of train operation; the fire risk grade of the traction converter is determined according to the detection data, and the fire detection grade is divided, so that the false triggering of fire extinguishing equipment and the damage of the traction converter caused by the false triggering of the fire extinguishing equipment are avoided.
