It can be understood that, in the embodiment 4, the policy service provides the user to view the relevant policies, and issues the talent planning requirement and the policy support requirement of the user at the same time; the technical transformation service tracks the fulfillment progress of the technical transaction contract and the dynamic state of the technical transformation in real time, provides a necessary technical implementation scheme, carries out professional training, solves problems generated in the technical implementation process, assists the productive production of technical demanders, and helps the technical demanders to formulate subsequent popularization strategies and operation strategies.
In another embodiment 5, the embodiment 5 relates to the information activity module and the interactive message module.
The information activity module is used for releasing information, activities and related network resources related to the platform;
the interactive message leaving module is used for answering, puzzling and communicating;
it can be understood that the information activity module comprises a news center, an activity center and a platform resource center; the news center comprises scientific and technological news and scientific reports related to a platform, successful cases are associated with specific technical achievements, the activity center comprises important activity notices such as exhibition, forum meeting, training lectures, technical sharing meetings, policy announcement meetings, product publicity, enterprise activities, project explanation and the like, and the platform resource center comprises websites of all key laboratories and website links of all professional departments or associations; the interactive message leaving module issues related questions and answers of five plates of scientific and technological questions and answers, policy questions and answers, intellectual property questions and answers, a posting column and an expert viewpoint, a user can leave messages and search related answers according to the doubt of the user, the related question answering platform can inform the user in a mail or short message reminding mode, and the user can subscribe interested columns.

the technical demander module is used for acquiring related information of a technical demander and issuing user requirements;
the comprehensive service module is used for processing the user requirements of the technology and the technology demander issued by the technology supplier and providing related services;
the information activity module is used for releasing information, activities and related network resources related to the platform;
and the interactive message leaving module is used for answering, puzzling, communicating and exchanging.
2. The technology transfer one-stop service platform system of claim 1, wherein the integrated services module: including technical evaluation service units and legal service units, wherein,
the technical evaluation service unit is used for carrying out technical evaluation on the issued technology and analyzing the value of the issued technology;
the legal service unit is used for technical contract registration, contract provision, signing and auditing, so that cooperation and agreement among users can be achieved.
3. The technology transfer one-stop service platform system of claim 2, wherein the integrated services module further comprises: a market promotion service unit, a financing service unit and an incubation customization service unit, wherein,
the marketing service unit is used for developing survey and analysis on the market, and carrying out effective technical marketing strategy and designing technical packaging scheme so as to market the technical result;
the investment and financing service unit is used for browsing investment requirements and financing requirements by the user and issuing investment and financing requirements of the user;
the hatching customizing service unit is used for providing on-site hatching information and virtual hatching information for the user, issuing hatching requirements of the user and recommending matched hatching information for the user.
4. The technology transfer one-stop service platform system of claim 3, wherein the integrated services module further comprises: a policy service unit and a technology translation service unit, wherein,
the policy service unit is used for the user to browse the relevant policies and simultaneously releasing the talent plan requirements and the policy supporting requirements of the user;
the technical conversion service unit is used for tracking the fulfillment progress of the technical transaction contract and the dynamic state of technical conversion in real time, providing a necessary technical implementation scheme, carrying out professional training and solving the problems generated in the technical implementation process.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the information activity module comprises: a news center unit, an event center unit, and a platform resource center unit, wherein,
the news center unit is used for issuing scientific and technological news, scientific and technological reports and success cases related to the platform, and the success cases are associated with specific technical achievements;
the activity center unit is used for issuing important activity notifications of exhibition, forum meeting, training lectures, technical sharing meetings, policy announcements, product publicity, enterprise activities and project explanation;
the platform resource center unit is used for publishing the website of each key laboratory and the website link of each professional department or association.

the investment and financing service unit is used for browsing investment requirements and financing requirements by the user and issuing investment and financing requirements of the user;
the hatching customizing service unit is used for providing on-site hatching information and virtual hatching information for a user, simultaneously issuing hatching requirements of the user and recommending matched hatching information for the user;
the policy service unit is used for the user to browse the relevant policies and simultaneously issue the talent plan requirements and the policy supporting requirements of the user;
the technical transformation service unit is used for tracking the fulfillment progress of a technical transaction contract and the dynamic state of technical transformation in real time, providing a necessary technical implementation scheme, carrying out professional training, solving the problems generated in the technical implementation process, assisting the productive production of a technical demander and helping the technical demander to formulate a subsequent popularization strategy and an operation strategy.

The system of claim 1, wherein the technology supplier module is used for issuing and searching the technical result, wherein the issuing of the technical result adopts a unique number, the technical information includes a number, a technical name, an industrial application, an innovation point and advantage, a brief introduction, an expert and a contact way, and the corresponding technology is quickly searched and displayed through keyword search.

The system of claim 1, wherein the technology transfer one-stop service platform system is used for technology requirement issuing and searching, the requirement issuing comprises name, industry classification, budget, requirement location, contact, deadline, and requirement classification, the requirement classification is technical problem solution, technical investment, new technology development and detection inspection, and the corresponding requirement is quickly searched and displayed through keyword search.
