In daily life, people often leave home for a period of time due to reasons such as business trips, traveling and the like, and the people cannot take care of business at home during leaving home, which is a pain point of people. For example, when people go out for a long time, there is a need for care of the elderly at home, cultivated plants, raised animals, and the like, and there may also be a need for care of items such as vehicles at home, and the like. At present, people can look after people by finding acquaintances, but finding acquaintances who are convenient to help to look after is generally difficult, and disputes are easy to generate in the process of looking after.
Therefore, there is a need to provide a reliable way of providing attended services.
In order to solve the defects in the prior art, the scheme provides the following embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an overall application scenario of a method for generating witness data in an embodiment of the present specification. As shown in fig. 1, a platform for providing a care-of-service is provided that may include a server 102, a service demander 104, and a service provider 106. From a hardware perspective, the service demander 104 and the service provider 106 may be various terminal devices, which may be mobile or fixed, for example, a smart phone, a tablet computer, various wearable devices, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), and the like. From a software perspective, the service demander 104 and the service provider 106 may be programs running on the terminal device, for example, application programs (APP), applets, and the like. In embodiments of the present description, the service demander 104 and the service provider 106 may access the server 102 through a browser webpage, an application, an applet, etc. on the terminal device. Browser pages, applications, applets, etc. specifically accessed by service demander 104 and service provider 106 may be different, e.g., divided into a service demander version and a service provider version.
In practical application, the service provider 104 may publish the service information to the service platform, the service demander 106 may search and select the service provider 104 on the service platform, and the platform generates credit witness data according to the requirements of the suppliers and demanders, and the credit witness data is determined by the service provider 104 and the service demander 106 and then is uplink-stored. Therefore, the attended service demand party can conveniently find the personnel capable of providing attended services, and the stored witness information can be used for dispute handling in the subsequent attended process, so that disputes can be reduced or dispute handling is facilitated to a certain extent, and the rights and interests of both the attended service supply and demand parties are ensured.
Next, a method for generating witness data provided in the embodiments of the specification will be specifically described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for generating witness data according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. From the viewpoint of the program, the execution subject of the flow may be a program installed in an application server or an application terminal.
As shown in fig. 2, the process may include the following steps:
step 202: acquiring service requirement information appointed by a service demander; the service requirement information at least comprises care requirement information for the target object.
The service demander refers to a user who has a need to attend to the service, for example, a pet owner. The service provider is a user who provides a care service for the current service demander.
The target object may comprise any object that needs to be attended to. Specifically, caring for the target object may include caring for pets such as animals, plants, etc.; caring for the target object may also include caring for assets such as houses, vehicles, etc. In practical applications, the target object can be attended to children, the elderly, the disabled, and other people in need of attention.
In practical application, the service-looking-after demander can specify specific service requirement information for subsequent generation of credit witness data.
In an embodiment of the present specification, the service requirement information may include at least care requirement information for the target object. The care requirement information may include specific care actions that need to be taken, etc., which may include, for example, feeding animals, watering, walking, watering plants, etc. The care requirement information can also comprise time and frequency of care. Here, only an example of the care required information is shown, and the present application is not particularly limited thereto.
In addition, optionally, the service requirement information may further include service fee information customized by the service demander, and the like.
The step of obtaining the service requirement information specified by the service demander may specifically include: displaying a service item list to a service demand party; and then acquiring and responding to the selection operation of the service demander on the service items in the service item list, and determining the service items selected by the service demander as service requirement information. The service item list may be determined by the platform according to a specific type of the target object (for example, if the target object is a pet dog, the platform may automatically generate a default service item list that is usually required by the pet dog for the service demander to select), or may be provided by the service provider.
The determination of the service requirement information through the selection operation of the service demander is only a specific example of the manner of acquiring the service requirement information, and is not limited to this in practical application. For example, optionally, the service demander may also input specific service item information by text, in which case, the platform may determine that the service demander requires the service requirement information by natural language recognition.
Step 204: and generating credit witness data based on the first identification information corresponding to the service demander, the second identification information corresponding to the service provider and the service requirement information.
In the scheme execution process, the platform can acquire first identification information corresponding to a service demander through a terminal of the service demander; after a service demander selects a service provider, a platform can acquire first identification information corresponding to the service provider; then, the service request information is acquired from the terminal of the service demander, and credit witness data is generated. In the embodiment of the present specification, the credit witness data is used for witness to a care service contract made by a service demander and a service provider for witness to a service.
The credit witness data may include the first identification information, the second identification information, and the service requirement information. The first identification information and the first identification information may be identification information that can uniquely identify the user, such as a user identification number and a user name. In addition, since the service provider is a registered caregiver, the second identification information corresponding to the service provider may be platform account information.
In an optional embodiment, the credit witness data may further include other information such as fee information, insurance information, and the like, and may be set as needed in actual application.
Step 206: and acquiring first confirmation information of the service demander aiming at the credit witness data.
After generating the credit witness data, displaying the credit witness data to the service demander on a terminal of the service demander; then, first confirmation information of the service demander is acquired. In practical application, before the service demander confirms the credit witness data, the generated credit witness data can be returned to be modified, for example, service requirement information in the credit witness data can be modified.
Step 208: and acquiring second confirmation information of the service provider aiming at the credit witness data.
After or simultaneously with acquiring the first confirmation information of the service demander on the witness credit data, the witness credit data may be transmitted to the terminal of the service provider to acquire the second confirmation information of the service provider.
Step 210: storing the witness credit data to a blockchain in response to the first validation information and the second validation information.
When both the service demander and the service provider confirm the credit evidence data, it means that both sides have agreed on the care service, and therefore, the credit evidence data confirmed by both sides can be stored. The stored credit witness data may be queried by the service demander or the service provider, and optionally by an authorized third party. If a dispute occurs in the follow-up service caring process, for example, a dispute occurs for a specific caring item, dispute processing may be performed based on the information recorded in the credit witness data, so as to ensure the rights and interests of both the caring service supplier and the caring service supplier.
In embodiments of the present description, the witness credit data may be stored on a blockchain. The blockchain may provide a decentralized (or weakly centralized), non-tamperproof (or difficult to tamper) and trusted distributed ledger, and may provide a secure, stable, transparent, auditable, and efficient way to log transactions and data information interactions. The blockchain network may include a plurality of nodes. In general, the more participants in the blockchain network, the more unauthorized the participants are, the higher the credibility of the blockchain network is. Storing the credit witness data on the blockchain may ensure the security and non-tampering of the credit witness data, thereby providing reliability for subsequent disputes based on the use of the credit witness data.
In addition, in order to facilitate subsequent searching of the witness data, the witness data may be stored in correspondence with the first identification information and the second identification information in the storage process. Thus, the stored credit witness data can be found by the first identification information or the second identification information.
It should be understood that in the method described in one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the order of some steps may be adjusted according to actual needs, or some steps may be omitted.
The steps shown in fig. 2 may be executed entirely by the application terminal, entirely by the application server, or may be executed partly by each of the application terminal and the application server. For example, in an alternative embodiment, steps 202, 206, 208 may be performed by the application terminal, and steps 204, 210 may be performed by the application server. In another alternative embodiment, steps 202 through 210 may all be performed by an application server.
In the method in fig. 2, a platform is provided for the service demander and the service provider of the care service, so that both parties can reach a care service agreement under the witnesses of the platform, thereby providing convenience for the care service demander to find the care service, and solving the problem of inconvenience in finding the care service to a certain extent; moreover, the platform can provide the credit witness data containing the service requirement information and store the credit witness data confirmed by the two parties in the blockchain, so that if a service dispute for caring about subsequently occurs, the dispute can be handled by the stored credit witness data, namely, the provision of the service for caring about under the platform witness can improve the guarantee of the rights and interests of the two parties for supply and demand.
Based on the method of fig. 2, the embodiments of the present specification also provide some specific implementations of the method, which are described below.
In an embodiment of this specification, before obtaining the service requirement information specified by the service demander, the method may further include: and determining the service provider in response to the selection operation of the service demander.
In practical application of the care service providing platform in the embodiment of the present specification, at a terminal of a service demander, basic information of at least one care taker can be displayed to the service demander, so that the service demander with the care service requirement finds a suitable care taker through the platform and determines the suitable care taker as a service provider.
Specifically, a list of caregivers may be presented to the service demander; and then acquiring and responding to the selection operation of the service demander for the caretakers in the caretaker list, and determining the caretaker selected by the service demander as a service provider. The caretaker list may specifically display personal basic information such as identity information of the caretaker, historical raising target object information, historical care target object information, and physical health condition information. Optionally, service condition information such as type information of the targetable object, range information of the serviceable position, and preset price range information may be included.
In practical applications, since in the embodiment of the present specification, the service provider may need to provide the care service to the home of the service demander, in order to ensure that the service provider is reliable, the user providing the care service needs to register as a care taker, and the platform allows the registered care taker to provide the care service through the platform after the platform verifies that the credit meets the preset requirement during the registration process. Generally, in the enrollment process of a caregiver, a registered user is required to provide biometric information to perform real-person verification of the registered user.
In some embodiments, the platform may obtain registration information provided by the user; the registration information comprises user identification information of the user, wherein the user identification information can comprise a user name, a user identity card number, a user mobile phone number and the like; acquiring network credit information of the user based on the user identification information; if the network credit information of the user indicates that the credit value of the user is larger than a preset credit threshold value, the user is registered as a caretaker. The acquiring of the network credit information of the user may specifically include: firstly, confirming whether the user is authenticated by a real person according to the user identification information; and if so, acquiring the network credit information of the user. The network credit information may be information showing a personal credit status acquired by a platform from an official credit investigation institution, a third party credit investigation institution or other trusted platforms, and may be calculated through technologies such as cloud computing and machine learning based on behavior data of a user in various living scenes. The network credit information may be a point value information or rating information, for example, a sesame credit.
In practical applications, in the process of implementing the care service on line, in order to make the service demander relieved and supervise the service provider, the platform or the service demander may request the service provider to provide service witness information, or the service provider may actively provide the service witness information for proving the actual care behavior of the service provider.
Specifically, after storing the witness credit data in the blockchain, the server of the platform may obtain service witness information submitted by the service provider, where the service witness information is used to prove that the service provider fulfills the care requirement agreed in the witness credit data; the service witness information may then be stored. Specifically, service witness information is stored in correspondence with the credit witness data. For example, the service witness information may include a multimedia form, a text form, etc., wherein the multimedia form includes a video form, a motion picture form (equivalent to a video with a short time), a photo form, etc.
Thus, the stored service witness information can be viewed by the service demander. Optionally, the service end of the platform may receive a viewing request for the service witness information sent by the terminal of the service demander, and then send the service witness information to the service demander.
In practical applications, optionally, the service end of the platform may actively send the service witness information to the service demander after receiving the service witness information submitted by the service provider.
In the embodiments of the present specification, the order of the step of storing the service witness information and the step of sending the service witness information to the service demander is not particularly limited. In an alternative embodiment, the service witness information may be sent to the service demander first; then obtaining witness confirmation information of the service requirement policy for the service witness information; and responding to the witness confirmation information and storing the service witness information. In this embodiment, before storing, it may be manually confirmed by the service demander whether the service witness information provided by the service provider is authentic to ensure the reliability of the stored service witness information.
In practical application, the authentication of the authenticity of the service witness information can also be realized by the platform through executing a program.
In an optional embodiment, the obtaining of the service witness information submitted by the service provider specifically may include: acquiring first multimedia information sent by a terminal of the service provider; the first multimedia information comprises photo information or video information; the first multimedia information includes first image information of the target object.
After the server of the platform acquires the first multimedia information sent by the terminal of the service provider, the method may further include: identifying the first image information of the target object contained in the first multimedia information; acquiring pre-stored standard image information of the target object, wherein the standard image information is determined based on second multimedia information provided by the service demander, and the second multimedia information can comprise photo information or video information; analyzing and comparing the first image information and the standard image information to obtain first difference information, wherein the first difference information can reflect whether a target object in the first image information and a target object in the standard image information are the same target object. Correspondingly, the storing the service witness information may specifically include: and if the first difference information is not larger than a preset difference threshold value, storing the first multimedia information. In actual application, if the first difference information is greater than a preset difference threshold, prompt information may be sent to the service provider to prompt the service provider to provide multimedia information again as service witness information.
In practical application, in order to more conveniently identify whether the service witness information meets the requirement, the terminal of the service provider may carry time stamp information for indicating the generation time when generating the service witness information.
In an optional embodiment, the obtaining of the service witness information submitted by the service provider specifically may include: and acquiring first multimedia information sent by a terminal of the service provider, wherein the first multimedia information carries time stamp information, and the time stamp information is used for indicating the generation time of the first multimedia information. The storing the service witness information may specifically include: and storing the first multimedia information and the carried time mark information. For example, if the first multimedia information is a photo or a video, the time stamp information may be displayed on the photo or the video. As another example, the time stamp information may be carried as a time stamp in the attribute information of the first multimedia information.
After the service end of the platform acquires the service witness information submitted by the service provider, the method can further comprise the following steps: and judging whether the time mark information meets a preset condition or not to obtain a first judgment result. And if the first judgment result shows that the time mark information meets the preset condition, storing the first multimedia information and the time mark information carried by the first multimedia information. If the first judgment result shows that the time stamp information does not meet the preset condition, prompt information can be sent to the service provider to remind the service provider to provide multimedia information again.
Optionally, the meeting of the preset condition may include that the time indicated by the timestamp information conforms to predetermined attendance requirement information for the target object in the witness data, for example, conforms to an agreed attendance time period in the attendance requirement information. Optionally, the meeting the preset condition may further include that a difference between the time represented by the time stamp information and the current time of the server is not greater than a preset disparity threshold.
Based on the scheme that the service witness information carries the time mark information, the platform can conveniently identify whether the service witness information meets the requirements. Moreover, the video or the photo with the time stamp information can be sent to the service demander, so that the service demander can conveniently confirm whether the service of the service provider meets the contract or not. In addition, the service witness information carrying the time mark information is stored, so that the service witness information can be better used for judging the subsequent service disputes which may appear.
In an alternative embodiment, the service witness information and the time stamp information carried by the service witness information may be stored locally by a service side of the platform. Optionally, the first multimedia information and the time stamp information carried by the first multimedia information may be stored in a blockchain. In practical applications, since the uplink storage consumes relatively more network resources, the information identifier corresponding to the first multimedia information and the corresponding timestamp information may also be stored in the block chain, instead of storing the first multimedia information itself in the block chain, so as to save network resources.
Through the scheme that the service provider provides the service witness information in the service caring process, the caring process can be traced in the whole process, and therefore even if a caring dispute is met, convenience can be provided for distinguishing whether the service provider has a mistake or not, so that the occurrence of the caring dispute is reduced to a certain extent, or evidence information is provided for solving the caring dispute.
In practical applications, the witness credit data may further include information of a fee to be paid.
In an optional embodiment, after obtaining the service requirement information specified by the service demander, the method may further include: and determining the information of the fee to be paid according to the service requirement information. Thus, the generating the witness data may specifically include: and generating credit witness data based on the first identification information corresponding to the service demander, the second identification information corresponding to the service provider, the service requirement information and the information of the fee to be paid.
The information of the fee to be paid can be determined according to the specific care behavior, the care duration and the care frequency required in the care requirement information and according to a preset calculation rule. Wherein the specific care actions required and the length of care, frequency, etc. may be specified by the service demander.
In addition, the information of the fee to be paid can be adjusted according to the preset calculation rule according to the type of the target object. For example, if the target object is more difficult to keep track of, a higher fee to be paid is often required.
In an optional embodiment, before determining the information of the fee to be paid, the method may further include: and acquiring service rating information corresponding to the service provider, wherein the service rating information is determined based on historical service information of the service provider. Thus, the determining information of the fee to be paid may specifically include: and determining the information of the expenses to be paid according to the service requirement information and the service rating information. For example, if the service rating information indicates that the service provider has a large number of historical services and a good quality of historical services, the corresponding information on the fee to be paid may be high.
Some specific examples of the platform determining the fee to be paid in the present specification are given above, but may not be limited to the above examples in practical applications. In addition, the service provider or the service demander may customize the service fee within a reasonable range as long as the approval of the service demander is obtained. In addition, in actual use, the service provider may also be obligated to provide the care service without charging a service fee.
Under the condition that the care service is normally finished, after the care service is finished, the service demander can carry out payment operation through the terminal. Optionally, an evaluation operation may also be performed.
In an embodiment of the present specification, the platform may transfer funds corresponding to the information of the to-be-paid fee to an account of the service provider in response to a payment request of the service demander. For example, funds corresponding to the information of the fees to be paid may be transferred from the account of the service demander to the account of the service provider. Wherein the account of the service demander and the account of the service demander may be accounts registered in a platform providing a care service.
Optionally, after transferring the fund corresponding to the information of the fee to be paid to the account of the service provider, the method may further include: acquiring service evaluation information provided by the service demander; and adjusting the service rating information corresponding to the service provider according to the service evaluation information. The service evaluation information may be scoring information or text evaluation information of a current service provider by a current service demander. The service rating information may be comprehensive rating information of the service provider as a caretaker, and may reflect credit of the caretaker in the process of performing a care service business. Specifically, the service rating information may be comprehensive rating information of the service provider as a caregiver for a certain type of target object, and may reflect credit of the caregiver in performing a care service business for the type of target object.
Optionally, after transferring the fund corresponding to the information of the fee to be paid to the account of the service provider, the method may further include: acquiring service quantity information of the service provider, wherein the service quantity information comprises service duration information and/or service frequency information; and adjusting the service rating information corresponding to the service provider according to the service quantity information. For example, the service number information may specifically include accumulated service duration information and/or accumulated service number information. In general, the service quantity information may reflect the service experience of the caregiver. Specifically, the service number information may be service number information of the service provider for a certain type of target object.
In some embodiments, the aforementioned determined service rating information may be used when presenting a list of caregivers to a service demander, or when determining a fee to be paid.
In practical applications, in the process of performing the care service, a care service dispute may occur. For example, if a pet is sick during the pet care process, care disputes will likely result. In the embodiment of the present specification, on one hand, the service provider may provide the scheme of the service witness information during the attendance service process, and on the other hand, the platform may help the service demander to purchase insurance (for example, for the pet attendance service, pet medical insurance may be purchased), so that, in combination with the scheme of tracing the attendance process, if a target object is out of insurance (for example, a pet is sick) due to the responsibility of the service provider, the service provider may pay the insurance fee, so as to further avoid disputes (for example, medical expense disputes due to the pet being sick) due to the target object being out of insurance during the attendance process.
Specifically, in an optional embodiment, before determining the information of the fee to be paid, the following steps may be further performed: acquiring target object information provided by a service demander, for example, picture information or video information of a target object; and then generating target object insurance function information and insurance cost information corresponding to the target object insurance function information based on the target object information. Target object characteristic information (for example, biometric information of the pet, and further, nose print information of the pet dog) can be obtained by a platform or an insurance company based on the target object information analysis for signing a insurance policy. Based on the scheme, when determining the information of the fee to be paid, the method specifically includes: firstly, determining service cost information according to service requirement information specified by a service demand party; and then determining the information of the fee to be paid according to the service fee information and the insurance policy fee information. In this embodiment, the fees to be paid may include service fees and insurance fees.
In the case of purchasing insurance, if a career dispute occurs, the scheme of the embodiment of the present specification may further include: receiving a dispute handling request of the service demander; responding to the dispute handling request, and acquiring the credit witness data and the service witness information; determining dispute handling results based on the credit witness data and the service witness information; and if the dispute processing result shows that the service provider should undertake the insurance policy fee information, responding to the payment request of the service demander, and transferring funds corresponding to the service fee information into the account of the service provider. In this embodiment, the insurance fee is actually paid by the service provider. In practical applications, the operation of determining the dispute handling result based on the credit witness data and the service witness information may be specifically executed by the attended server providing platform, or may be executed by another third-party platform, and the dispute handling result obtained by the execution is sent to the attended server providing platform.
In one or more embodiments of the present description, on one hand, the problem that it is difficult for a service demander to find a care service is solved, and for people who are idle, a certain benefit can be obtained through the platform, that is, the scheme of the embodiments of the present description establishes an information communication platform for both a care service supplier and a care service supplier, so that information communication is more convenient; on the other hand, the platform can provide safe and reliable credit witness services which can be traced, specifically, according to the service looking after requirements of the service demander, generating and storing traceable credit witness data and traceable service witness information, and looking after specific looking after items in the service process, thereby fully ensuring the rights and interests of both the service demander and the service provider and avoiding disputes in the looking after process; in yet another aspect, the platform may purchase a corresponding insurance (e.g., pet medical insurance) based on the target object information, and if the target object is out of danger (e.g., pet is sick) during the care process, the corresponding insurance fee may be deducted from the corresponding account according to the liability of the emergence (e.g., the specific reason for the pet being sick), thereby avoiding disputes during the care service process to a greater extent.
According to the above description, a flow chart of a method for generating witness data in a practical application scenario provided in the embodiments of the present specification is schematically shown in fig. 3.
In FIG. 3, step 302: the user registers as a caretaker on the platform.
Step 304: the service demander platform looks for a suitable caregiver as a service provider.
Step 306: after the service demander selects the service provider, the service demander determines the care requirement, and the platform generates credit witness data containing the care item according to the care requirement. Optionally, the witness credit data may further include a care fee or insurance information.
Step 308: after the service provider agrees, the credit witness is validated and uplinked.
Step 310: the service provider provides the care service offline. Although the pet dog is shown as the target object in fig. 3, it is not limited thereto.
Step 312: the service provider may upload service witness information. In practical applications, step 310 and step 312 may be performed synchronously.
Step 314: the service demander can view the service witness information.
Step 316: after the care service is completed, the service demander pays a care fee and evaluates the care service.
Step 318: the service provider receives the care benefits and accumulates credits.
Based on the scheme of fig. 3, since the caring process can be traced in the whole course, on one hand, the caring dispute can be avoided as much as possible, and on the other hand, if the caring dispute is met, convenience can be provided for resolving the dispute through the tracing process.
In addition, if the problem that the target object goes out of danger (for example, pets are sick and the like) is encountered in the process of keeping care of the service, the insurance is used for bearing the treatment cost; and if it is judged that the target object is out of danger (e.g., pet is sick) due to the service provider responsibility, an insurance fee (e.g., pet medical insurance fee) can be paid by the service provider as compensation to the service demander, in view of the retrospective care process.
Overall, the solution of the embodiment of the present specification provides a witness-based attended service transaction platform, which facilitates transactions of attended services, also greatly reduces the occurrence probability of attended disputes, and also facilitates resolution of disputes that have occurred.

The apparatus, the device, and the method provided in the embodiments of the present specification are corresponding, and therefore, the apparatus and the device also have beneficial technical effects similar to those of the corresponding method, and since the beneficial technical effects of the method have been described in detail above, the beneficial technical effects of the corresponding apparatus and device are not described again here.
In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical blocks. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. A digital character system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate a dedicated integrated circuit chip. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually manufacturing an Integrated Circuit chip, such Programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development, but the original code before compiling is also written in a specific Programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and the HDL is not only one kind but many kinds, such as abll (Advanced boot Expression Language), AHDL (alternate hard Description Language), traffic, CUPL (computer universal Programming Language), HDCal (Java hard Description Language), lava, lola, HDL, PALASM, software, rhydl (Hardware Description Language), and vhul-Language (vhyg-Language), which is currently used in the field. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, atmel AT91SAM, microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The systems, apparatuses, modules or units described in the above embodiments may be specifically implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or implemented by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smartphone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.
For convenience of description, the above devices are described as being divided into various units by function, and are described separately. Of course, the functionality of the units may be implemented in one or more software and/or hardware when implementing the present application.

In a typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include forms of volatile memory in a computer readable medium, random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). Memory is an example of a computer-readable medium.

As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
